Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Majene. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Majene yang berjumlah 156 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 112 orang peserta didik. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat belajar dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi di Kelas X SMA Negeri I Majene yang diketahui dari koefisien korelasi nilai r yaitu 0,577 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai signifikan (0,000) <0,05.

Abstract

SMPN Satap Tandassura merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mulai menerapkan kurikulum merdeka yang mana terletak di kecamatan Limboro, kabupaten Polewali Mandar, provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sekolah tersebut dilengkapi fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai untuk penerapan kurikulum merdeka karena ditunjang oleh fasilitas seperti komputer, tablet, dan Wifi. Namun guru-guru di sekolah tersebut mayoritas belum terampil menggunakan fasilitas tersebut, sehingga kesulitan membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru-guru di SMPN Satap Tandassura dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis IT, diantaranya bahan ajar berupa e-handout, dan e-LKPD. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa ceramah, dan pelatihan. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaannya yakni, pertama, pemaparan/pemantapan konsep pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kurikulum merdeka, dan kedua, pelatihan membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis IT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah guru di SMPN Satap Tandassura mampu menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis IT yang sesuai dengan penerapan kurikulum merdeka sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya.

Abstract

Pelatihan Living Value Education Program (LVED) dilakukan untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru dalam Proyek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Umumnya guru-guru masih menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disiapkan pihak kurikulum tanpa adanya modifikasi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Adapun sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru dan kepala sekolah SDN 015 Sumberjo. Kegiatan PKMS ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran berbasis LVED hingga menghasilkan produk perangkat pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKMS ini dilakukan dalam tiga metode yaitu: (1) Metode paparan, diskusi, serta tanya jawab: Pemaparan tentang pengenalan lebih komprehensif tentang konsep pembelajaran berbasis LVED; define, design, development, dan evaluation, (2) Metode asistensi: Guru mulai menganalisis kebutuhan untuk mendesain pembelajaran berbasis LVED (3) Metode pendampingan: Tim pengabdi memberikan pendampingan kepada guru-guru untuk mendesain LVED.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a technique for cultivating plants without using soil, instead utilizing water as the growing medium. This research aims to compare the growth of ground water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir.) using three different growing media (rockwool, husk charcoal, and cocopeat) with the wick hydroponic method. The parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and root length. The experimental design applied was a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 3 treatments (rockwool, husk charcoal, and cocopeat) and 9 repetitions for each treatment. The results of this study show that differences in the three growing media at weeks 1, 5, and 6 had no significant effect on plant height, but they did have a significant effect at weeks 2, 3, and 4. Additionally, the differences in the three media at weeks 1, 2, 5, and 6 had no significant effect on the number of leaves, while weeks 3 and 4 showed significant effects. Notably, all three media had a significant effect on fresh weight, with cocopeat exhibiting the highest fresh weight, while no significant effect was observed on root length. These findings have been compiled into Student Worksheets (LKPD) for the 3.1 competency standard on growth and development in class XII biology.

Abstract

Cocoa plays a significant role in promoting regional and agroindustrial development, particularly as a raw material for the food and beverage industry. Sulawesi, as Indonesia’s largest cocoa-producing region, offers good-quality cocoa beans; however, its processed products have yet to gain a strong foothold in international markets. PT. Indonesia Hijau, a cocoa processing company, faces several challenges in sustaining its business, including market demand fluctuations, production cost efficiency, raw material price volatility, shifting consumer preferences, and competition from imported products.This study aims to evaluate market demand trends, economic performance, and the competitive advantages of PT. Indonesia Hijau. Two main analytical approaches were employed: market demand trend analysis and Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The findings show that demand for PT. Indonesia Hijau’s cocoa products fluctuated from 2018 to 2023, with a decline during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021) and a recovery afterward. Chocolate bar and cocoa powder products demonstrated consistent growth post-pandemic, indicating promising market potential for processed cocoa. PAM analysis results reveal that PT. Indonesia Hijau holds both competitive and comparative advantages, as reflected by a A PCR of 0.76 and a DCR of 0.79 both falling below the threshold of one indicate that the company's production operations are cost effective and demonstrate strong potential for continued economic development. These findings provide practical insights for cocoa processors and policymakers to enhance supply chain efficiency and strengthen the global competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa products.

Abstract

Modern agricultural development requires not only technological innovation but also a deep understanding of social and institutional dynamics. This study employs Participatory Social Mapping (PSM) to analyze social structures and actor networks within cocoa farming communities in Polewali Mandar. Using purposive sampling, five key informants were selected: four leaders of cocoa farmer groups who are still active in cocoa cultivation and one local cocoa enterprise, PT. Indonesia Hijau. Data were examined through qualitative descriptive analysis combined with Social Network Analysis (SNA) to map relationships and identify central actors. Results show that cocoa farmers form strong, multi-layered networks. Internally, interactions occur within farmer groups in Luyo, Tutar, Mapilli, and Tapango, serving as hubs for knowledge sharing. Externally, farmers are linked with supporting institutions such as PT. Mars (development), Barry Callebaut (seed supply), PT. Indonesia Hijau (collaboration), and the UIH Cooperative (distribution and marketing). These networks are marked by openness and collaboration, with farmers as central actors. Despite geographical constraints, communication is sustained both physically and virtually. The UIH Cooperative emerges as the most connected and influential actor due to its daily engagement in farmers’ socio-economic activities. Supporting institutions contribute to innovation, sustainability, and input provision. The study highlights the critical role of social capital and institutional connectivity in advancing sustainable cocoa farming and effective agricultural extension.

Abstract

The cocoa industry is undergoing complex market dynamics driven by increasing global awareness of sustainability issues. Sustainable entrepreneurship has emerged as a strategic approach to balancing economic performance, environmental protection, and social equity. This study aims to examine the key factors influencing the sustainability of the cocoa industry from a sustainable entrepreneurship perspective and to analyze its impact on economic, social, and environmental outcomes. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that all measurement indicators exhibit outer loading values exceeding 0.70, confirming acceptable convergent validity. Sustainable entrepreneurship demonstrates a strong and statistically significant effect on the overall sustainability of the cocoa sector. Specifically, its application leads to enhanced business efficiency, improved social welfare, and greater adoption of environmentally responsible practices. Moreover, the high R² values for the sustainability constructs suggest that sustainable entrepreneurship serves as a major explanatory variable for performance across all three dimensions. These findings highlight the strategic role of sustainable entrepreneurship in fostering a resilient and sustainable cocoa industry. The implications provide valuable insights for policymakers, industry actors, and stakeholders in developing sustainability oriented cocoa agribusiness models.

Abstract

Pelatihan Mendesain Pembelajaran Berbasis Multiple Intelligences dilakukan untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Menuju Guru Profesional dan Mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar. Umumnya guru-guru masih menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disiapkan pihak kurikulum tanpa adanya modifikasi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Adapun sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru dan kepala sekolah SDN 6 Kampung Baru. Kegiatan PKMS ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran berbasis multiple inte,lligences smartfrencare hingga menghasilkan produk perangkat pembelajaran. Abstract

This study investigated the impact of active learning and the recitation method on student learning outcomes in Islamic education at Integrated Islamic Junior High School Humairoh Siak Hulu. The research aimed to determine whether these instructional strategies significantly improved student achievement compared to conventional teaching approaches. A quantitative experimental design was employed with 74 students from two classes. The students were assigned to experimental groups using active learning and the recitation method, and their performance was measured through pre-test and post-test assessments. Data analysis using an independent samples t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed significant differences in learning outcomes between students taught with active learning and the recitation method and those taught with traditional approaches (p < .05). The findings indicate that both active learning and the recitation method positively influence students' comprehension and retention in Islamic education. These results suggest that interactive and participatory learning methods can enhance academic performance and foster deeper engagement with religious content. The study highlights the importance of innovative pedagogical strategies in Islamic schools to strengthen student-centered learning and improve educational quality.

Abstract

Academic stress is a situation where students cannot face academic demands, there are many tasks and obligations that must be fulfilled by students at school, this can cause stress for students. The research objective was to determine the relationship between academic stress and student learning outcomes. This research is a correlational research. The sampling technique was carried out by using saturated sampling technique. So that the sample used was 37 people. Learning outcomes data obtained throughdocumentation of learning outcomes. The research data were analyzed using SPSS 23. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between academic stress and biology learning outcomes for class XI MIA MAN 1 Majene students with a sig. 0.032 <0.05, 3).
