Abstract

This study aims to determine the right forecasting method used in the home industry of Roti Setia Bakery and to determine the number of products that must be produced by the home industry of Roti Setia Bakery from June 2022 to May 2023. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the semi-average method and the least square method. The results of this study are based on the MAPE level (mean absolute percentage error) of the two methods, so the sales forecasting method that is more appropriate is used in the Home Industry of Roti Setia Bakery using the semi-average method because it has smaller deviations. by 5.62% compared to using the least square method (least square method), namely MAPE of 13.33%. Planning for the amount of bread production at the Setia Bakery Home Industry Bread in the June 2022 period is 1,225.30 pcs, the July 2022 period is 1,228.13 pcs, the August 2022 period is 1,230.96 pcs, the September 2022 period is 1,233.79 pcs, the October 2022 period 1236.62 pcs, November 2022 period 1,239.45 pcs, December 2022 period 1,242.28 pcs, January 2023 period 1,245.11 pcs, February 2023 period 1,247.94 pcs, March 2023 period 1,250.77 pcs, April 2023 period is 1,253.60 pcs, May 2023 period is 1,256.43 pcs.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology makes all human activities easier both in the economic and social fields. In today's technological developments, new innovations are needed so that all human activities become more efficient, safe, fast and comfortable, especially in the world economy. Digital wallets are electronic applications that can be used to pay for online transactions. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of reliability on Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Digital Payments (Dana). 2) To determine the effect of brand image on Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Digital Payments (Dana). 4) To determine the effect of reliability, brand image on Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Digital Payments (Funds). The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use Telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 72 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between reliability on Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Digital Payments (Funds). 2) there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on consumer satisfaction in the use of digital payments (funds). 4) there is a positive and significant influence between reliability, brand image on consumer satisfaction in the use of digital payments (funds).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on employee career planning withcareer motivation as a mediating variable. This type of research is a quantitative study with apopulation of 97 employees registered at Kalirejo Lestari, Central Lampung, only 78 samplesused in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distributionof questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressionanalysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 26program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that self-efficacy, career planninghas a positive and significant influence on career motivation.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly modern world is always followed by the sophistication ofinternet-based information technology that can be used to process data including processing,obtaining, compiling, and storing data from various ways to produce quality informationwith relevant, accurate, and timely information. In trading, one of them is the marketplace.One of the well-known marketplaces and always the best rating is Tokopedia. This study aimsto determine the effect of trust, e-commerce quality and shopping experience, on repurchaseinterest on the Tokopedia online site. The sample of this research is the students of Feb 19Universitas Muhammmadiyah Metro. The research design is quantitative research. Themethod used in this research is a survey approach. The population and sample of the studywere students of the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business,University of Muhammadiyah Metro, class of 2019 with a total sample of 69 students. Datacollection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is quality analysis andmultiple regression analysis. The results show that trust, e-commerce quality, and shoppingexperience partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchaseinterest in management study program students using the Tokopedia site at MuhammadiyahMetro University.

Abstract

Tapioca production is a business that is engaged in the field of basic needs that focuses on the production of tapioca flour with the marketing area of ​​Lampung Province in general and Central Lampung Regency in particular. The main raw material used in the production process is cassava which is obtained from collectors and farmers directly. So the purpose of this research is to find out 1) the number of orders/purchases that must be made by the cassava factory in 2017-2020 (Economic Order quantity), 2) the supply of raw materials that must be determined at the cassava factory in 2017-2020 (Safety Stock), 3 ) the cost to determine the reorder of cassava rows in 2017-2020 (Reorder Point), 4) the cost of the total amount needed to determine the calculation at the cassava factory in 2017-2020 TIC (Total Inventory Cost). This type of research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data used in the form of secondary data relating to the supply of raw materials in CV. Luthfi Jaya Abadi, Trisnomulyo Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lampung Regency 2017-2020. The research results prove that 1) The most economical purchase in 2017 using the Economic Order Quantity method is 360 tons with a purchase frequency of 833 times in one year. Whereas in 2018 it was 400 tons with a purchase frequency of 15 times a year, for 2019 it was 240 tons with a purchase frequency of 7 times in one year, and in 2020 it was 1,200 tons with a purchase frequency of 29 times in one year. 2) Calculation that the standard storage of raw material usage in 2017 is 6.52 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2017 is 10.75 tons. Then the results in 2018 for the calculation of standard storage of raw material use in 2018 were 0.388 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2018 was 0.640 tons. For 2019, the calculation result of standard storage of raw material usage in 2019 was 0.687 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2019 was 1.133 tons and the last calculation results of Standard storage of raw materials usage in 2020 was 26.99 tons, while the Safety Stock for 2020 amounting to 44.53 tons. 3) From the results of the ROP (Re Order Point) in 2017 the reorder achievement was 10,041 tons, in 2018 it was 42,125 tons, in 2019 it was 39,125 tons and in 2020 it was 42.194 tons. 4) In 2017 obtained TIC based on calculations using the EOQ method of Rp. 1,041,666,250,-, for the following year, 2018 the TIC is Rp. 4,218,750, -, next year 2019 the results of the calculations obtained TIC results of Rp. 4,000,000, - and the next in 2020 will get Rp. 2.125.000,- from the calculation of TIC.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Innovation, Promotion, Price, ServiceQuality and Location on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincare consumers in WestMulyojati Metro. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling techniqueused was purposive sampling. Only 71 samples used were in accordance with predeterminedcriteria. The data used is primary data with the distribution of questionnaires in the form of alist of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used totest the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statisticalpackages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of statisticaltests, it shows that innovation, promotion, service quality and location have a positive andsignificant influence on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincare consumers in West MulyojatiMetro, while price has no and significant effect on purchasing decisions for DRW Skincareconsumers in West Mulyojati Metro.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of underwriter's reputation, auditory,company size, and the company's age against underpricing levels. This research wasconducted by purposive sampling method with a sample of 133 companies that carried outinitial public off catering (IPO) in a vulnerable period of 2019 - 2021. The data used issecondary data through the annual company report in 2019-2021. The data analysis used inthis study was the Liniear Multiplication analysis. The results of this study indicate that thecompany's reputation, and the company's age did not significantly affect the underpricinglevel. While the reputation of auditors, negative affects underpricing level. And company size,positively affect the underpricing level. underwriter's reputation, auditory reputation,company size, and corporate life together (simultaneous) affect and significant tounderpricing's level. The advice that can be given based on the results of this study are forfurther research are advised to use more consistent, clear measuring tools for underwriter'sreputation measurements and auditory reputation reputation reputations. Inconsistency cancause inconsistent results in the research conducted. In addition, further research can useother variables that can potentially affect the underpricing level of shares in the company.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance is the basis or guideline in conducting the company's internalmanagement. Stock prices are a reflection of the performance or value of the company andalso a reflection of investor confidence. The objectives to be achieved are: 1) To determine the effect of managerial ownership on stock prices in Food and Beverage companies on theIDX for the 2017-2021 period. 2) To determine the effect of institutional ownership on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 3) Todetermine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners on the stock price of Food andBeverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 4) To determine the effect ofmanagerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board of commissioners on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This researchis a quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely GoodCorporate Governance on stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in2017-2021. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation technique.The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results ofresearch and data processing obtained the results of the t-test on the Managerial Ownershipvariable having a tcount of 5.444 where the tcount value is 5.444 > ttable 1.717, with asignificance value below 0.05, namely 0.000, then H1 is accepted. The results of the t-test ofthe institutional ownership variable have a tcount value greater than ttable or it can beexplained that the value (4.650 > 1.717) with a significance value below 0.05 is 0.000. Theresults of the t-test of the board of commissioners variable have a tcount value (5.502)greater than ttable (1.717) or it can be explained that the value of tcount > ttable (5.502 >1.717) with a significance value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The results of the F test on theindependent variables (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board ofcommissioners) have Fcount greater than Ftable or it can be explained that the value (18.776> 3.07) with a significance level below 0.05 is 0.000. Based on the results of the study, it canbe concluded that the test results simultaneously with the F test show that Good CorporateGovernance on indicators of managerial ownership, institutional election and independentcommissioners jointly affect stock prices in Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDXin 2017-2021. This is evidenced by statistical testing where tcount > ttable with asignificance less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the results of this studysimultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pertanian organik menjadi salah satu solusi penting dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan lingkungan dan kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat modern. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kalibening memiliki potensi besar untuk mengadopsi pertanian organik sebagai bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran pertanian organik di kalangan anggota KWT Kalibening, strategi peningkatan kesadaran tersebut, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, survei, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran yang signifikan setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kesadaran ini meliputi edukasi, dukungan komunitas, serta akses terhadap informasi dan teknologi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah dan LSM dalam merancang program peningkatan kesadaran pertanian organik di masyarakat pedesaan.Kata kunci: pertanian organik, KWT Kalibening, peningkatan kesadaranABSTRACT Organic farming is an important solution in facing various environmental and health challenges faced by modern society. The method used is quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, surveys and focus group discussions (FGD). The research results showed that there was a significant increase in awareness after intervention in the form of training and counseling. The main factors influencing this increase in awareness include education, community support, and access to information and technology. It is hoped that this research can provide guidance for governments and NGOs in designing programs to increase awareness of organic farming in rural communities.Keywords: organic farming, KWT Kalibening, increasing awareness
