Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  ini membahas peran penting kewirausahaan dalam ekonomi Indonesia, dengan menyoroti pertumbuhan ekosistem wirausaha yang dinamis. Dengan memberikan latar belakang sejarah dan konteks ekonomi, laporan ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para wirausaha. Selanjutnya, laporan ini menguraikan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa baking class untuk meningkatkan soft skill kewirausahaan dalam komunitas Entrepreneur Club di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Melalui metode demonstrasi dan pendampingan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kreativitas, dan kemandirian finansial dalam komunitas tersebut, dengan harapan dapat memberikan dampak positif pada perekonomian masyarakat. Kata kunci : Wirausaha, Baking, Peningkatan Kemampuan

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of digital technology requires educational institutions to adapt quickly, including in the management of Human Resources (HR). SMP Plus Darussalam faces challenges in the form of low teacher productivity, high levels of work stress, and lack of adaptation to technology. To overcome this, the school applies a neuroscience-based leadership approach (neuroleadership) as a strategy to strengthen Human Resources (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the application of neuroleadership in increasing Human Resources (HR) productivity in the digital era, using a qualitative approach through a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that the school designed a neuroscience-based Human Resources (HR) development policy, including training for principals and teachers on emotional regulation, social relationships, and stress management. The principal applies a leadership strategy that supports work autonomy, empathetic communication, and a positive work atmosphere. Teachers experience increased productivity, creativity, and engagement in technological innovation. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of neuroscience-based leadership that is relevant to educational and modern organizations. Keywords: Neuroleadership, Brain Strategy, Human Resources, Digital Era Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi secara cepat, termasuk dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SMP Plus Darussalam menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya produktivitas guru, tingginya tingkat stres kerja, dan kurangnya adaptasi terhadap teknologi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, sekolah menerapkan pendekatan kepemimpinan berbasis neurosains (neuroleadership) sebagai strategi penguatan manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan neuroleadership dalam meningkatkan produktivitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di era digital, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah merancang kebijakan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berbasis neurosains, termasuk pelatihan kepala sekolah dan guru mengenai regulasi emosi, hubungan sosial, dan manajemen stres. Kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang mendukung otonomi kerja, komunikasi empatik, dan suasana kerja yang positif. Guru mengalami peningkatan produktivitas, kreativitas, dan keterlibatan terhadap inovasi teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan berbasis neurosains yang relevan untuk organisasi pendidikan dan modern. Abstract

The concept of a child-friendly school based on Islamic boarding schools is an integration of character education and religious values ​​of Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of a child-friendly school based on Islamic boarding schools. The approach to this research is qualitative while the design is a case study. The location of the research is at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi. Research is the key instrument of the research. The subjects of the research are the head of education, principal, vice principal, teachers, and students. Determination of informants using purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. Data analysis using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana theory, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing uses credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data validity is checked continuously, triangulation, member checking, peer discussion, and reference checking. The research findings are the implementation of child-friendly schools based on Islamic boarding schools through the formulation of policies through the head of education and teaching, principal, and vice principal, provision of facilities and infrastructure, educators and education personnel who understand and are certified and trained in children's rights, involvement of students to actively participate in the development of talents and interests, involvement of parents, alumni and the community, and learning with a fun, active, integrated concept known as recreational learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of Green Marketing. We use a case study approach focusing on the branding efforts of Le Minerale's single-use gallon water, which has gained recognition recently. Initially considered environmentally unfriendly, Le Minerale attempted to counter this perception through extensive promotion incorporating strong environmental elements and the principles of Green Marketing. To support this Green Marketing effort, they also sought to convince consumers that their gallon water is a Green Product, featuring easily recyclable packaging and water that does not undergo chemical processes. To measure Green Marketing and Green Product, we utilized the following indicators: the presence of eco labels, environmental advertisements, and eco brands. The quantitative data analysis technique we employed is the associative method to determine the relationship between two or more variables. We also conducted Focus Group Discussions and interviews to reinforce our findings, in addition to relying on Likert scale-based questionnaires. Our goal is to produce a journal and scientific report explaining the relationship between Green Product and Green Marketing as independent variables influencing the purchasing decision of Le Minerale gallon water. For data processing, we have prepared SPSS technology. We hope that this research can serve as a foundation for studies on the importance of environmentally-focused promotion. Below is our research proposal on the effectiveness of Green Marketing and Green Product on the purchasing decision of Le Minerale gallon water.

Abstract

Firm value represents investors’ assessment of a company’s performance and future prospects, making it an important indicator in investment decision-making. This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and profitability on firm value with firm size as a control variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression and utilizes secondary data obtained from financial statements and annual reports. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 26 companies with a total of 78 initial observations, which were reduced to 64 after the removal of outlier data. The results indicate that partially, GCG and CSR have no significant effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect. Firm size as a control variable does not have a significant effect; however simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect firm value. The robustness test, conducted by replacing the profitability proxy from ROA to ROE and firm value from Tobin’s Q to PBV, shows consistent results, indicating that the model is robust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha budidaya melon varietas Inthanon di Kebun Pembelajaran Desa Kalibening, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis finansial, yang dilakukan selama satu periode tanam. Data yang digunakan meliputi biaya tetap, biaya variabel, total produksi, dan harga jual, yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan pencatatan langsung di lokasi penelitian. Analisis kelayakan usaha dilakukan dengan menghitung Break Even Point (BEP) dan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). BEP dihitung dalam satuan kilogram sebagai dasar keseragaman analisis, yang kemudian dikonversi ke jumlah buah berdasarkan rata-rata bobot melon per buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BEP produksi sebesar 224,43 kg dengan BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp7.855.050. Dengan asumsi harga jual Rp35.000/kg dan total produksi sebesar 500 kg per periode tanam, usaha ini mampu menghasilkan penerimaan yang melebihi titik impas. Selain itu, nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 2,64 (>1) menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya melon Inthanon layak secara finansial dan memberikan keuntungan. Dengan demikian, usaha budidaya melon Inthanon di lokasi penelitian memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan sebagai usaha agribisnis.Kata kunci: Break Even Point, R/C Ratio, Budidaya Melon Inthanon, Kelayakan Usaha

Abstract

Mosques are important in controlling the community finances. Nevertheless, they do not always go smoothly, and these problems include the absence of transparency in reporting, uneven or unstructured record-keeping, and disorganized financial reports. This may result in the erosion of the popular belief, should this be maintained, and this would have an impact on the stability of the mosque. The study being conducted will attempt to establish the relationship between the management of mosques and financial transparency and accountability. In addition, the case study was performed qualitatively in the Donggala Grand Mosque, Central Sulawesi, between March and June 2024. The respondents were seven people who described how they handle mosque finances on a day-to-day basis: two administrators of the mosque, one treasurer, and four active congregants. The semi-structured interviews, direct observation of mosque activities, and analysis of available financial reports were used in the collection of data. The results indicate that frequent review of financial reports accompanied by simple cash flow records can lead to an improved understanding of the people in the congregation about their financial data. This will also serve in establishing a donor confidence and make it easier to manage mosque fund accountability as per the needs of the community. Finally, this study demonstrates that Islamic principles of ethical behavior and proper financial management may result in the improved management of mosques and make them open and responsible. Besides this, this study further enhances the role played by stakeholders like the policymakers, the Islamic philanthropic institutions, and the administrators of mosques to know how they can improve their financial management in the future.
