Abstract

Pertumbuhan bibit stek buah naga diperlukan media yang baik karena media merupakan faktor utama perkembangan akar stek. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari komposisi media tanam yang paling baik untuk pertumbuhan Bibit Buah Naga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dilahan yang berada di Jl. Ampera Kelurahan Sui Jawi Pontianak Kota, Kota Pontianak. Mulai dari 10 September 2018 sampai dengan 10 November 2018. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap menggunakan 8 macam komposisi media tanam dengan 4 kali ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sampel sehingga tanaman seluruhnya berjumlah 96 tanaman Perlakuan komposisi media yang digunakan adalah perbandingan volume sebagai berikut p1= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (1:1:1), p2= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (1:1:2), p3= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (1:2:1), p4= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (1:2:2), p5= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (2:1:1), p6= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (2:1:2), p7= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (2:2:1), p8= Tanah Alluvial  : Pasir : pupuk kandang (2:2:2). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini panjnag tunas (cm), jumlah tunas  (helai), volume akar (cm3), jumlah akar (helai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh komposisi media tanam memberikan pengaruh yang sama baiknya. Kata Kunci : Buah Naga, Komposisi Media Tanam

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the best incubation duration of green lamtoro fertilizer for the growth and yields of eggplant “gelatik” on alluvial soils. The study was conducted at Permata Hijau Complex, Jalan A. Yani 2, Pontianak, by June 29 to November 11 2018. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments, 4 samples and 4 replications. The treatments were set as p1 i.e lamtoro leaves without incubation, p2 1 week incubation of lamtoro leaves, p3 2 weeks incubation of lamtoro leaves, p4 3 weeks incubation of lamtoro leaves and p5 4 weeks incubation of lamtoro leaves. Observed variables were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root volume, dry weight of plants, number of fruits per plant, and weight of fruits per plant. The results showed that the effect of incubation duration of green lamtoro leaves fertilizer had a significant effect on all observed variables. As a conclusion, the application of green lamtoro leaves fertilizer incubated for 3 weeks noted as the best growth and yield of eggplant “gelatik” on alluvial soil.Keywords: alluvial, lamtoro leaf, eggplant, green fertilizer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk Phonska yang terbaik yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik pada bawang merah di tanah aluvial. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 75 hari dimulai dari penanaman pada tanggal 17 Juli 2012 hingga panen pada tanggal 30 September 2012. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan, 5 ulangan dan setiap perlakuan dalam 1 ulangan terdapat 3 sampel tanaman, jumlah keseluruhan tanaman sebanyak 75 tanaman. Adapun perlakuan sebagai berikut : p1 = 0,8 g/polybag, p2 = 1,6 g/polybag, p3 = 2,4 g/polybag, p4 = 3,2 g/polybag, p5 = 4 g/polybag. Variabel yang diamati meliputi : tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun per rumpun (helai), jumlah umbi per rumpun (umbi), berat segar umbi per rumpun (g), dan berat kering angin umbi per rumpun (g). Lima dosis pemberian pupuk Phonska memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun per rumpun, jumlah umbi per rumpun, dan berat kering angin umbi per rumpun. Pemberian pupuk Phonska berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat segar umbi per rumpun, dengan hasil terbaik pada dosis 2,4 g/polybag atau setara dengan 600 kg/Ha. Abstract

The research is aimed to determine the effect of ash and cow manure on growth and yield of sweet corn cultivated on peat soil. Ash applied in this study was prepared from coffee skin. The research was carried out from April 8 to July 19, 2019,This research was conducted in Pontianak West Kalimantan. The experiment is arranged  according to factorial randomize block design with two factors, i.e., dosage of ash (Factor A) and dosage of cow manure (Factor B). Factor A consists of three levels is, a1 (30 ton/ha equivalent to 15 kg/plot), a2 (40 ton/ha equivalent to 20 kg/plot), a3 (50 ton/ha equivalent to 25 kg/plot) and factor B also consists of b1 (10 ton/ha equivalent to 5 kg/plot), b2 (20 ton/ha equivalent to 10 kg/plot), b3 (30 kg/ha equivalent to 15 kg/plot). Each treatments is replicated 4 times, and each of this experimental unit has 8 sample crops. The results showed that the applicaros of 50 ton/ha of coffee husk ash and 30 ton/ha of beef cattle fertilizer was the best dose togrowth and yield of sweet corn on peat soil.  Keywords: cow manure, coffee husk ash, peat soil, sweet corn.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media organik terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil selada secara hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di    Desa Kalimas, Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya sejak 22 Februari sampai 16 April 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor, terdiri dari 5 perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 dan setiap  ulangan terdiri dari 4 sampel sehingga total pengamatan sebanyak 100 tanaman. Perlakuan tersebut adalah m1 (75% serbuk gergaji + 25% arang sekam), m2 (25% serbuk gergaji + 75% arang sekam), m3 (50% serbuk gergaji + 50% arang sekam), m4 (100% serbuk gergaji + 0% arang sekam), m5 (0% serbuk gergaji + 100% arang sekam) Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), berat segar tanaman (g), volume akar (cm3) dan berat kering tanaman (g). Perlakuan dengan 25% serbuk gergaji + 75% arang sekam merupakan  media organik terbaik dibandingkan media lainnya. Kata Kunci : Hidroponik, Media Organik, Selada,

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the best dosage of clam shell powder for the growth and yield of green mustard on peat soil. The research was conducted at the research field of Agricultural Faculty of Tanjungpura University Pontianak from October 28th to December 28th 2018. The Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this experiment with 4 levels of clam shell powder dosage and 6 replications. The levels of dosage were 10.1, 13.6, 17.3 and 20 tons/ha consecutively. Observed variables were the leaf number, the root volume, the leaf area and the fresh and dry weight of plant. The results showed that the levels of clam shell powder had no significant effects on all of growth and yield variables observed. It is concluded that the 10.1 tons/ha was the most efficient dosage of clam shell powder. Keywords : the clam shell powder, peat soil, Green Mustard

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the best phosphate fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of tomato on peat soil.  The experient was conducted from 15th November 2018 – 31st January 2019 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak.  This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with one factor SP-36 phosphate fertilizer treatment consisting of 5 treatment levels, and 5 replications and each treatment consisted of 4 plant samples, so that there were 100 plants.  The treatment in question is: p1 = 1.5 g / polybag equivalent to 100 kg / ha, p2 = 2.3 g / polybag equivalent to 150 kg / ha, p3 = 3 g / polybag equivalent to 200 kg / ha, p4 = 3  , 8 g / polybag is equivalent to 250 kg / ha and p5 = 4.5 g / polybag is equivalent to 300 kg / ha.  The variables observed in this study were plant height (cm), root volume (cm3), plant dry weight (g), number of fruits per plant (fruit), weight per fruit (g), weight of fruit per plant (g).  The results showed that the aplication of various SP-36 phosphate fertilizers gave the same result on all observation variables.  However, it has a significant effect on root volume.  The dosage of Phosphate SP-36 fertilizer has a better effect of 3 g / polybag equivalent to 200 kg / ha. Keyword : SP-36 Phosphate Fertilizer, Tomato, Peat Soil

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh interaksi antara pemberian abu kayu dan pupuk kandang ayam yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat pada media gambut. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2020 berlokasi di lahan milik KEP’S Agro Jalan Sungai Raya Dalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan pola Faktorial Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor abu kayu (A) dan faktor pupuk kandang ayam (P). Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 sampel tanaman. Faktor pertama adalah abu kayu terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu a1 = 310 g/polybag setara dengan 17 ton/ha, a2 = 432 g/polybag setara dengan 24 ton/ha, a3 = 552 g/polybag setara dengan 31 ton/ha, sedangkan faktor kedua adalah pupuk kandang ayam terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu p1 = 175 g/polybag setara dengan 10 ton/ha, p2 = 350 g/polybag setara dengan 20 ton/ha, p3 = 525 g/polybag setara dengan 30 ton/ha. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, volume akar, kadar klorofil daun, berat kering tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat per buah dan berat buah per tanaman.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara pemberian abu kayu dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat pada media gambut. Akan tetapi, dengan perlakuan kombinasi abu kayu 310 g/polybag setara dengan 17 ton/ha dan pupuk kandang ayam 175 g/polybag setara dengan 10 ton/ha sudah cukup efisien untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat pada media gambut. Kata kunci: abu kayu, media gambut, pupuk kandang ayam, tomat

Abstract

This study aimed to get the best combination of inorganic nutrients and organic liquid fertilizer of coconut fiber as a nutrient solution for aggregate culture on growth and yield of strawberries. The study was conducted at from February 14th to April 25th 2019. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatment given as combination of inorganic nutrients and organic liquid fertilizer was five levels of: k0 (100% organic liquid fertilizer), k1 (75% inorganic nutrients), k2 (75% inorganic nutrients with organic liquid fertilizer TDS 1.300 ppm), k3 (75% inorganic nutrients with organic liquid fertilizer TDS 1.800 ppm), and k4(100% inorganic nutrients). Variables observed such as root volume, plant height, leaf number, number of stolons, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit and dry weight of strawberry plants. The results showed that application a combination of imorganic nutrients and organic liquid fertilizer did not increased the growth and yield of strawberries. Providing 75% of inorganic nutrition increased the growth and yield the same as given 100% of inorganic nutrition. Keywords: inorganic nutrition, organic liquid fertilizer, strawberries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response of California papaya seeds and to find the best dose of sugarcane compost application for the growth of California papaya seeds. The study was conducted at the Campus of Tanjungpura University, Pontianak for 3 months. The method used was a field experiment with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) pattern, consisting of 6 treatments, 4 replications and 3 samples. Treatment b1 = dosage 150 g / poly bag ≈ 5% sugarcane compost b1 = dose 225 g / polybag ≈ 7.5% sugarcane compost b3 = 300 g / polybag dose ≈ 10% sugarcane compost b4 = 375 g dose / polybag ≈ 12.5% sugarcane compost b5 = doses 450 g / polybag ≈ 15% sugarcane compost and b6 = 525 g dose / polybag ≈ 17.5% sugarcane compost in a composition of 3 kg media weight each. The observation variables were plant height, number of leaves, leaf chlorophyll content, stem diameter, root volume and plant dry weight. The results of this experiment proved that the use of 150 g / polybag sugarcane compost was an effective dose for the growth of papaya seeds.
