Abstract

Tanaman edamame (Glycine max (L.) Merill) merupakantanaman leguminosa multiguna untuk berbagai macam jenis kebutuhan, baik untuk pangan, pakan, bahan baku industri manufaktur dan olahan. Edamame adalah kedelai sayur yang berasal dari Jepang, yang dapat dikonsumsi sebagai sayuranmaupun makanan ringan. Kedelai edamame mengandungkadar gizi yang cukup tinggi yaitu 582 kkal/100 g, protein 11,4g/100 g, karbohidrat 7,4 g/100 g, lemak 6,6 g/100 g, vitamin A 100 mg/100 g, B1 0,27 mg /100 g, B2 0,14 mg/100 g, B3 1 mg/100 g, dan vitamin C 27%, serta mineral-mineral seperti fosfor 140 mg/100 g, kalsium 70 mg/100 g, besi 1,7 mg/100 g dan kalium 140 mg/100g . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis terbaik dari pemberian kompos hijau dan NPK terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanamanedamame di tanah PMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pola rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 5 kali ulangan. Setiap satuan unit percobaan terdiri dari 4 sampel tanaman, sehingga total tanaman keseluruhan 100 tanaman. hasi penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan kombinasi Bokashi Limbah Sayuran dan Pupuk NPK yang efesien adalah dengan dosis 20 ton/ha bokashi limbah sayuran dan 50% pupuk NPK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction of planting media and the concentration of POC bean sprouts that provide the best growth of red betel cuttings. This research was carried out from February to May 2018 in the Maya Island sub-district of Kemboja village. The study used factorial experimental methods with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors, namely planting media (m) POC bean sprouts (p). The media consists of two levels, namely (husk charcoal and manure soil), POC factor consists of 4 levels, namely (0%, 20%, 40%, and 60%), there are 8 combinations of treatments with 3 replications and each replication consists of 3 sample plants. The combination of treatments meant is m1p0, m1p1, m1p2, m1p3, m2p0, m2p1, m2p2, and m2p3. Observation variables observed were cut length (cm), number of leaves (strands), root volume (cm3), and shoot dry weight (g). The results showed that there was a significant interaction in root volume and dry weight, and gave the highest mean treatment (soil and manure + POC 40%), which was 2.63 cm3 for root volume and 1.56 g for shoot dry weight.Keyword : land, husk charcoal, manure, POC bean sprouts

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain the best dose of the effect of palm oil ash and chicken manure interaction as well as the best dosage of single factor palm oil ash and chicken manure on growth and yield of dayak onion in peat soil. This research was conducted from October 21, 2018 to January 21, 2019 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This study used the Factorial method with a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was the provision of palm oil ash consisting of two levels, namely 109.50 g and 138.85 g. The second factor was the provision of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels, namely 40 g, 60 g, and 80 g. The variables observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, fresh weight of tubers and weight of dry tubers.The results showed that there was no interaction between the administration of palm oil ash and chicken manure to all the observed variables of dayak onion plants. The administration of palm oil ash gives the same results on all observation variables of onion dayak plants. Providing chicken manure can affect the number of tillers. The best dose of chicken manure is 60 g / polybag, equivalent to 15 tons / ha. The effect of effective combination occurs on the administration of palm oil ash doses of 109,50 g / polybag and chicken manure dose of 60 g / polybag.Keywords : chicken manure, dayak onion, palm oil ash, peat soil

Abstract

PENGARUH PEMOTONGAN UMBI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BAWANG MERAH PADA TANAH ALUVIAL oleh Edi Susanto1) Siti Hadijah2) Dini Anggorowati2)1)Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tanjungpura2)Staf Pengajar Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemotongan umbi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak, mulai 25 Februari 2017 sampai 17 Mei 2017 menggunakan rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAK) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan yaitu tanpa pemotongan umbi, pemotongan umbi 1/5, pemotongan umbi 1/4, pemotongan umbi 1/3, dan pemotongan umbi 1/2. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, berat umbi segar, dan berat kering angin umbi per rumpun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemotongan umbi berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman pada minggu ke-2, 4, 6 dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap variabel jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, berat umbi segar, dan berat kering angin umbi per rumpun. Kata Kunci : Aluvial, Bawang Merah, Pemotongan Umbi Bawang Merah.

Abstract

Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum, Mill.) merupakan sayuran yang memiliki permintaan tinggi dipasaran karena termasuk jenis sayuran yang multiguna sebagai sayuran, bumbu masak hingga bahan kosmetik. Upaya perbaikan sifat tanah gambut dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan pupuk organik dan pupuk anorganik untuk menghasilkan produksi tomat yang maksimal yaitu dengan pemberian kascing dan pupuk NPK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan interaksi dosis pupukkascing dan NPK yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan danhasil tanaman tomat pada tanah gambut. Penelitian dimulai dari tanggal 18 Maret 2022 hingga 23 Mei 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalahRancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial, dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 sampel tanaman. Kombinasiperlakuan yang dimaksud terdiri dari k1n1 = 5 ton/hapupuk kascing dan 200 kg/ha NPK, k1n2 = 5 ton/ha pupuk kascing dan 300 kg/ha NPK, k1n3 = 5 ton/ha pupuk kascing dan 400 kg/ha NPK, k2n1 = 10 ton/ha pupuk kascing dan 200 kg/ha NPK, k2n2 = 10 ton/hapupuk kascing dan 300 kg/ha NPK, k2n3 = 10 ton/hapupuk kascing dan 400 kg/ha NPK, k3n1 = 15 ton/ha pupuk kascing dan 200 kg/ha NPK, k3n2= 15 ton/ha pupuk kascing dan 300 kg/ha NPK, dan k3n3= 15 ton/ha pupuk kascingdan 400 kg/ha NPK. Variable yang diamati meliputi :tinggi tanaman (cm), volume akar (cm3), berat kerigtanaman (g), jumlah buah per tanaman (buah), berat perbuah (g), dan berat buah per tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil Interaksi dosis yang efisien terdapat pada pupuk kascing 5 ton/ha dan NPK 200 kg/ha dalam meningkatkan hasil tanaman tomat pada tanah gambut.  Kata Kunci : gambut, NPK, pupuk kascing, tomat

Abstract

This study was aimed to obtain the best concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste to the growth and yield of kale on the field. The research was conducted from March 1st until April 16th, 2019 at the experiment field in Agriculture Faculty, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. The research was used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the application of organic fertilizer as a single factor. The research was designed in 5 treatments of concentration and 5 replications, each replication consisted of 4 sample plants. The treatments consist of i1 = 300 ml / liter of water, i2 = 400 ml / liter of water, i3 = 500 ml / liter of water, i4 = 600 ml / liter of water, i5 = 700 ml / liter of water. The variables observed in this research consist of root volume, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, and root dry weight. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the administration of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste can increase the growth and yield of kale plants on peat soil. Giving concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste 600 ml/liter of water produces the highest number of leaves and a concentration of 700 ml/liter of water produces fresh weight and the highest dry weight of kale plants. The use of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste with a concentration of 500 ml/liter of water showed the most efficient results for all observation variables.Keywords: fish waste, kale, liquid organic fertilizer, peat

Abstract

Mentha piperita Linn is one of the annual herbaceous plants that has many benefits, such as mint oil which is used as an aroma and flavor enhancer in food and drinks, medicine, perfume, cosmetics, and other refreshing products. Efforts to increase mint plant production by expanding cultivation land on alluvial soils must be balanced with intensification efforts, such as applying nitrogen fertilizer because mint is a leaf-producing plant that requires a lot of N elements. This study aims to determine the best dose of nitrogen fertilizer in increasing growth and yield of mint on alluvial soils. This research was conducted from October 21, 2019 to January 24, 2020. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design. The treatments consisted of 5 levels namely n1 = 0.09 g N/polybag, n2 = 0.18 g N/polybag, n3 = 0.28 g N/polybag, n4 = 0.37 g N/polybag, n5 = 0.46 g N/polybag. All treatments were repeated 5 times, each treatment consists of 4 plant samples. The results showed that the best dose of nitrogen fertilizer for increasing Mentha piperita Linn. production was 0.46 g N/polybag on variable leaf weight per plant. Abstract

This study aims to determined the best dosage of palm oil ash on the growth and yield of ciplukan plants in peat soil. This study was conducted from 8th March 2019 – 8th June 2019 in the Faculty of Agriculture’s experimental garden, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method by one factor oil palm ash treatment consisting of 5 treatment levels, with 5 replications and every treatment there are 4 plant samples, so there were 100 plants. This study has treatment such as: a1 = 10 tons/ha equivalent to 200 g/polybag, a2 = 15 tons/ha equivalent to 300 g/polybag, a3 = 20 tons/ha equivalent to 400 g/polybag, a4 = 25 equivalent to 500 g/polybag and a5 = 30 tons/ha equivalent to 600 g/polybag. The variables observed were plant height (cm), many of branches (branches), root volume (cm3), plant dry weight (g), number of fruits per plant (fruit) and weight of fruit per plant (g). The study  results show the of various dosage palm oil ash gave a significant effect on all variables. The best result dosage of palm oil ash  is 10 tons/ha equivalent to 200 g/polybag. Keywords: Ciplukan,Palm Oil Ash, Peat Soil

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan dosis pupuk guano yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit pala pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2016 di rumah penelitian yang terletak di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak  Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dosis pupuk guano yaitu  g1= 250 g/polybag, g2= 500 g/polybag, g3= 750 g/polybag, g4= 1000 g/polybag, g5= 1250 g/polybag. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali dan setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun, diameter batang, volume akar, luas daun dan berat kering. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk guano memberikan pertumbuhan yang sama baiknya terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun, diameter batang, volume akar, luas daun dan berat kering bibit pala.   Kata kunci: Aluvial, Guano, Pala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis terbaik kompos eceng gondok untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai di tanah podsolik merah kuning (PMK). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 1 faktor yaitu perlakuan pemberian kompos eceng gondok terdiri dari 5 perlakuan yaitu: a1  (3 % bahan organik setara dengan 195 gram/polybag kompos eceng gondok), a2 (6 % bahan organik setara dengan 628 gram/polybag kompos eceng gondok), a3 (9 % bahan organik setara dengan 1061 gram/polybagkompos eceng gondok) a4 (12 % bahan organik setara dengan 1494 gram/polybag kompos eceng gondok), a5 (15 % bahan organik setara dengan 1927 gram/polybag kompos eceng gondok). Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 5 ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 tanaman sampel. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun  percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos eceng gondok meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai di tanah PMK. Pemberian kompos eceng gondok 1927 gram/polybag atau setara dengan 15 % bahan organik efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai di tanah PMK yang menghasilkan rata-rata tertinggi untuk variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman minggu ke 3,4,5, volume akar, berat kering tanaman, dan berat biji pertanaman.
