Abstract

The SMEs sector is often dubbed the hero of saving the nation's economy. This is motivated by the economic crisis that occurred in 1998 where as many as 64 percent of SMEs did not experience any impact and did not experience changes in turnover. One of the priorities that must be saved in restoring the economy due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the policies that have been implemented by the Government in an effort to save SMEs from the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic through a cost-benefit analysis tool using the BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) method. The research method we use is a qualitative descriptive method, namely the researcher collects and describes the phenomena that occur as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has on the economic sector, especially SMEs in Indonesia. Researchers also made use of secondary data from various literatures such as books, articles, and homepages to access the latest data and information related to policies to save SMEs from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the government policy in supporting the SMEs sector was feasible to implement. This is because the benefits are greater than the costs indicated by the BCR results of 3.2 or greater than 1. Keywords: SMEs, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Government Policy

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between the determinants of the use of accounting information systems in village financial management through behavioral aspects using the UTAUT model including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition on behavioural intention. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection using a questionnaire. The study population was village offices in Banyuwangi Regency, while the samples used in this study used judgment sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS ver.2.0.M3. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions had a positive and significant effect on behavioural intention using the system, while the social influence on behavioural intention using the system was not supported. In addition, the effects of male or female gender as well as the effects of masculine or feminine gender as moderating are not supported.

Abstract

Relevant business models can improve the performance of BUMDes managers to be more active to encourage the rural economy. Partners who participated in this activity included the Tangunan Village BUMDes manager and village residents. The problem that occurs with partners is the role of BUMDes which has not been maximized in managing resources in the village and its managerial capabilities are still conventional. This service activity is carried out through seminars and discussions with academics. The results of the activity showed that participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activities as evidenced by their activeness in delivering the material and a good level of understanding through increasing test results before and after delivering the material.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembatasan sosial memiliki dampak terhadap metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran jarak jauh berbasis online menjadi prioritas utama dalam situasi pandemi saat ini. Youtube dapat menjadi salah satu opsi bagi pelajar untuk membantu mereka di dalam memahami dan meningkatkan kemampuan akademik tanpa ada batasan apapun. Kemudahan akses serta beraneka macam konten yang terdapat di youtube menjadikan youtube semakin populer terutama bagi kalangan peenduduk berusia muda. Selama ini konten yang ada pada youtube mayoritas berisi konten yang bertemakan entertainment ataupun berita. Selain entertainment ataupun berita, konten youtube juga dapat berisi dengan konten yang bertema pendidikan. Metode deksriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media youtube dapat menjadi opsi yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan studi literatur. Literatur-literatur yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan memahami bagaimana interpretasi penulis untuk mengetahui sudah tepatkah media youtube digunakan di Indonesia sebagai media penunjang dalam proses belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa youtube dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang tepat di Indonesia dan perlu disertai dengan pembangunan infrastruktur teknologi informasi serta komunikasi Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Teknologi, Youtube ABSTRACT Social restrictions have an impact on learning methods. Ease of access and various kinds of content on YouTube make YouTube more popular, especially for young people. So far, the majority of content on YouTube contains content with the theme of entertainment or news. In addition to entertainment or news, YouTube content can also contain educational-themed content. The qualitative descriptive method in this study with the aim of finding out whether youtube media can be an option that can be used to support learning. The data were collected using a literature study. The collected literature is then analyzed by understanding how the author's interpretation is to find out whether youtube media is used in Indonesia as a supporting medium in the learning process. The outcome of the study, YouTube can be the right learning media in Indonesia and necessary accompanied by the development of information and communication technology infrastructure Keywords: Education, Technology, Youtube

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the behavior intention in using Fintech as electronic-based financial access through the ECT-IS model combined with data security system. The sampling method for this research using judgment sampling. The survey method is carried out in the process of collecting data. Empirical evidence of research explains that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the level of satisfaction and behavior intention. The effect confirmation of use on perceived usefulness and individual satisfaction has positive and significant effect. The effect of data security systems on individual satisfaction is positive and significant. Likewise, the level of individual satisfaction have significant effect on behavior intention in using Fintech.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media youtube dapat menjadi opsi yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan studi literatur. Literatur-literatur yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan memahami bagaimana interpretasi penulis untuk mengetahui sudah tepatkah media youtube digunakan di Indonesia sebagai media penunjang dalam proses belajar. Abstract

This service is carried out as an effort to increase teacher competence in the context of developing the quality of education which is realized in the form of scientific papers. Writing scientific papers is a mandatory requirement for improving the teaching profession. The phenomenon that exists is that teachers tend to have difficulty in preparing it because they have little insight into the publication of scientific papers. Therefore, it is necessary to hold outreach activities and assist in the preparation and publication of scientific papers. The aim of this service is so that teachers have the insight and skills to write scientific papers according to the rules of good and correct writing so that they are published in reputable journals. This service method uses service learning where teachers are involved in activities to improve writing skills. The activity material is in the form of the importance of publications and the basis for preparing scientific papers. As a result of this service, teachers understand and publish scientific papers in their respective field.

Abstract

Food is an important requirement for growth and development as an intermediary for the intake of nutrients needed by the body. Parents' perceptions greatly determine the provision of nutritional intake to children. This study observed how parents' perceptions based on education level and income towards providing nutrition through healthy food supplies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews. Simple random sampling of 22 parents in Group B TK Alizah Surabaya. Data analysis techniques are described descriptively. The results showed that parents' perceptions based on their level of education were still low in fulfilling nutritional intake through healthy food supplies. It also shows the similarity of income-based perceptions of a lack of purchasing power for healthy food due to a lack of income.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah sebagai upaya pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan syarat untuk meningkatkan keprofesian guru telah diatur dalam regulasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Merujuk dari regulasi tersebut, maka guru wajib untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah dan mempublikasikannya kedalam jurnal bereputasi. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah guru cenderung merasa kesulitan untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah karena belum memiliki wawasan mengenai strategi penulisan artikel yang baik dan sesuai kaidah ilmiah. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka dibutuhkan suatu kegiatan pelatihan untuk memfasilitasi guru dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini supaya para guru memiliki keterampilan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah yang baik dan benar serta dapat mempublikasikan karya mereka kedalam jurnal bereputasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan pendampingan penyusunan artikel ilmiah secara online. Peserta dibimbing mengenai pembuatan artikel mulai judul sampai dengan kesimpulan dan diperkenalkan tata cara penyerahan naskah menggunakan sistem di website jurnal. Hasil kegiatan adalah peserta dapat memahami prosedur penyusunan dan dapat mempublikasi artikel di jurnal bereputasi di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Disruptive technology refers to digitization that offers a variety of new software and programs for Management accounting practices that are useful for assisting reporting, planning, controlling, and decision-making processes. Digital forms of disruptive technology include Big data, Cloud computing, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). All of which lead to automation, visibility and analysis in utilizing structured and unstructured data to support the company's decision-making process. The adoption of digital technologies in Management accounting in fact provides new benefits and challenges simultaneously. This study focuses on how Management accounting responds to disruptive technology and how the impact of disruptive technology on Management accounting practices. This study concludes that the existence of technology and rapid business development has led to the transformation of management accountants in the form of a significant shift in how management accountant view themselves (identity) and their roles in the organization.
