Abstract

Persoalan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Draiv Di Toraja Utara. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pengguna  terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Aplikasi Draiv, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, kuesioner, serta dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap Pengguna Aplikasi Draiv. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa anggapan beberapa pengguna tentang layanan yang diberikan dibuktikan dengan kuesioner yang diberikan dan jawaban dari setiap alternative Rata-.Rata 98% sehingga dapat di katakan Aplikasi Draiv sudah memberikan pelayanan kepada pengguna sudah sesuai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Toko Sinar Agung Rantepao, Toraja Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Artinya, semakin rendah harga dan semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan, semakin tinggi pula keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya tentang peran penting harga dan kualitas pelayanan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Earned Media and Social Media on increasing Norma Rent rental rents. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The research results of this study are that Earned media has a positive and significant effect on increasing rent in the Norma Rent rental business with a Tcount value of 9.737 > Ttable 2.052 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so H1 is accepted. Social Media has a positive and significant effect on increasing rent in the Norma Rent rental business with a Tcount value of 2.444 > Ttable 2.052 with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05, so H2 is accepted. Earned Media and Social Media together have a positive and significant effect with an F value of 100,394 > F table 3.35 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja staf CU. Sauan Sibarrung yang diukur dengan pendekatan Human Resource Scorecard. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode wawancara terbuka dan kuesuiner. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah HRD CU. Sauan Sibarrung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja adalah key performance indicators dan (KPI) dan analytical hierarchy process (AHP) yang diolah secara sistematis melalui perkalian matriks. Hasil perhitungan CR (consistency ratio) dari keseluruhan perspektif, strategy objective, program inisiatif dan aktivitas menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten karena nilainya 0 dan berada dibawah 10% atau 0,1. Dari hasil perhitungan, diperoleh bobot keseluruhan perspektif sebesar 99%, dimana perspektif keuangan dengan bobot sebesar 17%, perspektif pelanggan dengan bobot sebesar 40%, perspektif proses internal bisnis dengan bobot sebesar 22% dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dengan bobot sebesar 20%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kinerja staf CU. Sauan Sibarrung sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of job training, workload, and work motivation on employee performance at KSP Balo’ta, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures in this study included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 23. The sampling technique used was the census (total sampling) method, in which all members of the population were included as samples, totaling 38 respondents. The results of the study indicate that: (1) partially, job training has a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the t-test results, where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t-value is −9.613 > t-table value of 1.691, indicating that variable X1 influences variable Y. (2) workload has a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the t-test results with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value of 1.842 > t-table value of 1.691, indicating that variable X2 affects variable Y. (3) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-test results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value of 4.694 > t-table value of 1.691, indicating that variable X3 influences variable Y. (4) simultaneously, job training, workload, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the F-test results, where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F-value is 37.209 > F-table value of 2.883, indicating that variables X1, X2, and X3 simultaneously influence variable Y.

Abstract

Art is an expressive embodiment of culture in Toraja. One of its manifestations is through traditional musical instruments, one of which is the geso-geso musical instrument. Geso-geso is a traditional musical instrument that is played by swiping. This traditional musical instrument is made with special raw materials that have strong and hard properties. In addition there are also parts of the shell which are covered with materials such as animal skins. This section will later function as a loudspeaker membrane. The tool used for swiping is made of wood fiber or you can also use palm fiber. The fibers that will be used for swiping are tied to a rattan. The Millennial Generation is the generation that will take care of preserving it. Millennials should be able to innovate traditional musical instruments to be cooler and more beautiful according to their wishes and be creative. That way the musical instruments inherited from our ancestors will not be easily lost or eroded by modern musical instruments.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment, and employee engagement on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Tana Toraja Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method used was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression techniques processed using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of simultaneous testing through the F test showed that compensation, work environment, and employee engagement together had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the partial test (t test) showed that the compensation variable had a t-count value of 4.576 which was greater than the t-table of 2.002, so it had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment variable also showed a positive and significant effect with a t-count value of 2.141 which was greater than the t-table of 2.002. In addition, the employee engagement variable obtained a t-value of 3.187, which is greater than the t-table of 2.002, indicating a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on these results, it can be concluded that compensation, work environment, and employee engagement have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study: 1) To find out whether there is an influence on product quality regarding purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja, 2) To find out whether there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions att GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research was 50 consumers. This sample in this research was 35 respondents using the accidental sampling method. This type of data used in this research is primary data, Primary data was obtained through filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this research show that: 1) Product quality partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design North Toraja, 2) Service quality does not partially influence purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on consumer trust in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire distributed to consumers who shop at UD. Discho Indah. The independent variables in this research are Price and Service Quality, while the dependent variable is Consumer Trust. The data analysis technique used is linear multiple regression to test the relationship between these variables.
