Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Trust on consumer purchasing decisions on The Originote skincare products in Tana Toraja partially and simultaneously. The data collection procedure for this study is: questionnaire. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 29. This study was conducted in Tana Toraja Regency, with a sample of 97 respondents. The technique used by researchers in sampling is the Lemeshow formula. The results of the calculation with the t test on the Celebrity Endorser variable t count> t table with a value of (8.137)> (1.661) and on the Brand Trust variable t count> t table with a value of (6.572)> (1.661). The conclusion of this study is that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Trust influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions on The Originote Skincare Products in Tana Toraja partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The Influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions at the Nito Superior Seed Shop in North Toraja Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was taken from buyers of Nito Superior Seeds in North Toraja Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. In this research, the data source used is primary data. The research instrument used in this study used a non-probability sampling method. The results showed that data using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 application obtained a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05 and at value of 2.875 > t table value 1, 01954 which can be concluded that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase superior seeds in North Toraja Regency.

Abstract

Art is an expressive embodiment of culture in Toraja. One of its manifestations is through traditional musical instruments, one of which is the geso-geso musical instrument. Geso-geso is a traditional musical instrument that is played by swiping. This traditional musical instrument is made with special raw materials that have strong and hard properties. In addition there are also parts of the shell which are covered with materials such as animal skins. This section will later function as a loudspeaker membrane. The tool used for swiping is made of wood fiber or you can also use palm fiber. The fibers that will be used for swiping are tied to a rattan. The Millennial Generation is the generation that will take care of preserving it. Millennials should be able to innovate traditional musical instruments to be cooler and more beautiful according to their wishes and be creative. That way the musical instruments inherited from our ancestors will not be easily lost or eroded by modern musical instruments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to see the effect of price earning ratio and price to book value on stock trading volume in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company that uses rupiah currency units in financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 with a sample of 7 issuers from 15 issuers and uses a statistical program application, namely SPSS 26. The calculation results with the t test on the variable price earning ratio < with values (-0.430) < (2.037) and on the variable price to book value > with values (2.308) > (2.037). The conclusion of this study is that the price earning ratio and price book value do not simultaneously affect the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, only the price to book value variable has a significant partial positive effect on the stock trading volume of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the IDX The results of this study can be used as a practical analysis tool for investors in stock trading

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on increasing sales volume at Waroeng Sablon Tana Toraja printing. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this research was 35 Waroeng Sablon customers. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This research uses simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows version 26 application. The results of this research show that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The coefficient of determination shows a result of 0.024. This means that the ability of the independent variable, namely promotion, to influence the dependent variable, namely sales volume, is 2.4%, while the other 97.6% is influenced or explained by other factors that are not included in the variables examined in this research

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja District Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs. This research has a quantitative design and uses a survey method to collect data. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. Using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing is carried out so that the significance value for the influence of received has an influence on X (Work Discipline) on Y (Employee Performance). The partial results of this research (t test) show that the significance value of work discipline (X) on employee performance is 0.039 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.160 > t table value 2.042. This means that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, indicating that the work discipline variable has an influence on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

The aim of this study: 1) To find out whether there is an influence on product quality regarding purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja, 2) To find out whether there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions att GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research was 50 consumers. This sample in this research was 35 respondents using the accidental sampling method. This type of data used in this research is primary data, Primary data was obtained through filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this research show that: 1) Product quality partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design North Toraja, 2) Service quality does not partially influence purchasing decisions at GD Printing and Decal Design, North Toraja.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on consumer trust in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire distributed to consumers who shop at UD. Discho Indah. The independent variables in this research are Price and Service Quality, while the dependent variable is Consumer Trust. The data analysis technique used is linear multiple regression to test the relationship between these variables. The research results show that both price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant influence on consumer confidence (Y) in UD. Discho Indah in Tana Toraja
