Abstract

Improving family financial literacy is an important aspect of sustainable and healthy financial management. Technological advances have enabled the use of digital financial applications as a tool in improving families' understanding and skills in managing finances. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital financial application education in improving family financial literacy. The research method used involves a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques for families who use digital financial applications. The results showed that education on the use of digital financial applications contributed to increasing awareness of the importance of more systematic financial management. In addition, the use of digital financial applications helps in financial recording, budget planning, and controlling household expenses. Challenges faced in implementing digital financial applications include limited access to technology, lack of understanding of application features, and resistance to change in financial management habits. Thus, a more comprehensive education strategy and continuous assistance are needed to ensure the successful use of digital financial applications in improving family financial literacy. Abstract

Digitalization of village administration is a solution to improve the efficiency and transparency of data management at the village level. This transformation allows village governments to manage information more systematically, reduce administrative errors, and improve services to the community. This research focuses on training on data management based on information systems implemented in villages, to provide village officials with an understanding of the importance of digitization in governance. The method used in this training includes a participatory approach with a combination of theory and hands-on practice in the use of information systems. The results of the training showed that the majority of participants experienced improved understanding and skills in operating digital systems for village administration. The implementation of digitalization also contributed to improving transparency, data accuracy, and accelerating the process of administrative services to village communities. The challenges faced include limited technological infrastructure, resistance to change, and the need for continuous assistance. Therefore, policies that support the development of human resource capacity and investment in information technology infrastructure in villages are needed. Thus, the digitization of village administration can run optimally and sustainably to support technology-based village development.

Abstract

Barokah Futsal yang berlokasi di Jalan Pangeran Antasari, Desa Marikangen, Kecamatan Plumbon, Kabupaten Cirebon, 45155, merupakan salah satu tempat penyewaan lapangan futsal yang cukup ramai dikunjungi masyarakat. Namun,proses pemesanan yang dilakukan masih secara manual, di mana pelanggan diharuskan datang langsung ke tempat dan pencatatan jadwal dilakukan menggunakan buku catatan tanpa bantuan sistem digital. Hal ini mengakibatkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan pemesanan dan kehilangan data pemesanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dikembangkan sistem pemesanan berbasis web menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP), yang meliputi empat tahap utama: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition.Pengembangan sistem diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional Barokah Futsal. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box untuk mengevaluasi apakah setiap fungsi pada sistem bekerja sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan rancangan yang sudah direncanakan. Hasil dari pengujian kelayakan sistem oleh pengguna berhasil menjalankan seluruh fiturnya dengan baik dengan perolehan nilai 92,5 % yang artinya sangat layak.

Abstract

Rice is a strategic food crop whose productivity is often threatened by leaf diseases and pests. This study aims to develop an Enhanced U-Net CNN model for multi-class segmentation and classification of rice leaf conditions from field images to support early detection and plant health management. The methodology includes direct field image acquisition of rice leaves, preprocessing for image quality enhancement, expert data labeling, segmentation using a U-Net architecture, and classification using CNN. The dataset was divided into training and testing data with balanced distribution across four classes: Healthy, BrownSpot, Hispa, and LeafBlast. Evaluation results show that the model can identify rice leaf conditions with high accuracy, although signs of overfitting were observed from the performance gap between training and validation data. The implementation of this model is expected to accelerate automatic disease detection in the field, reduce reliance on manual inspection, and support precision agriculture. This study achieved a testing accuracy of 76.36% with a macro-average F1-score of 0.34. While the results indicate limitations in generalization, the proposed Enhanced U-Net CNN demonstrates the feasibility of combining segmentation and classification in field conditions. This research contributes to agricultural informatics by supporting scalable deployment in precision agriculture systems, reducing reliance on manual inspection, and providing a foundation for further optimization studies.
