Abstract

Underdeveloped areas are areas inhabited by communities with various problems such as economic factors, human resources, infrastructure (infrastructure), regional capacity, accessibility, and regional characteristics. Regional development has been encouraged by various government policies, one of which is through pioneer transportation so that people, especially those in the outermost, disadvantaged, poorest, and border areas (3TP) are served and connected in order to reduce regional disparities. This study aims to measure the purchasing power index of each region / region. This study uses the Ability to Pay (ATP), Willingness to Pay (WTP), and Composite Performance Index (CPI) techniques, then formulates a formula to determine the purchasing power index of transportation services. The results of this study are to provide an index value for underdeveloped areas in Indonesia which is associated with the CPI results in regional development related to the development of sea and ferry transportation infrastructure.

Abstract

Transportation is the main actor that is needed in the mobility activities of the people of DKI Jakarta in meeting the needs of the community. People's behavior in making a trip is something that cannot be avoided, one of which is avoiding city congestion. Transportation facilities and infrastructure, such as Transjakarta Buses and Commuter Lines for both within and between cities, need to be developed to reduce traffic accidents. The purpose of this research is to find out whether transportation services can be used properly in a fast time and at the right price and with optimal service, to know a good strategy to avoid negative impacts on the use of public transportation and to know the optimal performance in policies whose purpose is to protect public transportation. and provide a sense of security to users of public transportation. In this study, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method was used. The results of this study indicate that the order of priority for the development of public transportation modes in DKI Jakarta is Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT), Commuter Line (CL) and Transjakarta or Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) based on the criteria of cost, travel time, comfort, security, ease of access and medical.

Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, as one of the busiest air transport hubs in Indonesia, plays a crucial role in supporting national economic growth and mobility. With the increasing number of passengers, particularly at Terminal 3, an evaluation of the capacity and quality of existing facilities is necessary to ensure efficient and comfortable services. The study results indicate that currently, some facilities still meet IATA standards with a Level of Service (LOS) of A. However, passenger growth projections show a significant increase, with international passenger numbers expected to rise by 57.32% and domestic passenger numbers by 44.80% by 2027. As a result, several facilities are predicted to be inadequate to accommodate this growth, including departure kerbs, passport control, baggage claim areas, restrooms, seating, and parking capacity. This study highlights the importance of upgrading and adjusting terminal facilities to accommodate the future surge in passenger numbers, ensuring service quality and passenger satisfaction at the airport.

Abstract

Pier 009, one of the ship docks at Tanjung Priok Port for inter-island domestic containers within the territory of Indonesia. The pier length 0 – 404 meters and draft depth of 8 meters, only for ships that has maximum dock of 8 meters. With these characteristics, container ships do not arrive regularly a day. Last three years, the number of container ship visits has decreased. The number of available scouting/tugging service activities remains the same. Therefore, author in this research made a case study of ships related to optimizing the tug and pilot fleet at pier 009. The optimization method using a linear programming in Excel software to maximize/minimize the output results. It was found that the annual utility of tugboat service performance was around 2%. Conclusions for optimizing the tugboat fleet for pier 009: 4 tugboats are sufficient, namely 2 tugboats with a power of 1240 HP for container ships with an LOA of 70 – 150 meters and 2 other tugboats with a power of 3200 HP for container ships with an LOA 151 – 250 meters. This ship decision is based on Ministerial Regulation number 93 of 2014 for the LOA size provisions, number of ships and minimum tug capacity.

Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the largest main airport in Indonesia with 3 runway facilities with 2 dependent runways and 1 independent runway. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost of aircraft operational queues and the expected average waiting time of aircraft when taking off and landing in 2023 and forecasting in 2025 to determine developments when conditions return to normal. In this study, the queuing system method is used, the data used is from January - December 2023 and data from 2014 - 2018 for 2025 forecasting analysis. The results of the study showed that the waiting time for aircraft in 2023 was 0.00491 hours, with a waste of operational costs reaching Rp91,594,539,917.00. In this case, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can minimize the time and cost by using 3 runways independently, because the costs incurred to operate the 3 runways are the same as the costs incurred for operating 2 dependent runways and 1 independent runway but the resulting time and cost can be further minimized.

Abstract

Ports have the role of being a meeting point between transportation and interests in it which include services to ships, passengers, and cargo. In order to strive for the best service, it is necessary to evaluate passenger services at the port. In evaluating the level of passenger service at the Nusantara Pura II Tanjung Priok passenger ship terminal, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it was found that there was an increase in service and service performance flow for passenger ship facilities at the Tanjung Priok port terminal on 15 facility attributes, and resulted in customer satisfaction scores. to service facilities, namely "SATISFACTORY".

Abstract

Sea Highway is a program for the Implementation of Public Service Obligations for Port-to-Port Sea Transport of Goods from and to 3TP (Disadvantaged, Remote, Outermost, and Border) areas that are not yet served by commercial sea transport, the performance of the Sea Toll Road recorded positive growth which was marked by the continued increase in the number of annual cargoes and the number of ports of call as well as the number of route services which were quite large and the high demand for sea toll vessel services to the regions was not commensurate with the large number of goods offered as return cargo. Sea toll vessels are still a major problem. Because there are still many superior products produced in the 3TP area that do not meet requirements, backloading is always a major problem in the Sea Highway program. Commodity price disparity is a complex and significant economic phenomenon that affects national market stability. This study aims to analyze commodity price disparity trends from 2021 to 2023 with a focus on factors that influence price fluctuations, the global the national, commodity fuel price fluctuations, logistics costs, the number and type of ships available, bad weather, demand and supply imbalances. The analytical methods used include collecting secondary data from various literature sources and commodity price reports basic goods and important goods as well as a descriptive approach to describe commodity price patterns and dynamics. Bapokting stability which is an effort to reduce commodity price disparities, this study investigates the important role of basic goods and important goods stabilization in the context of reducing commodity price differences between regions. Policy and regulatory methods issued by regulatory bodies can affect commodity price stability, for example in managing commodity markets to support a sustainable reduction in commodity price disparities
