Abstract

Tembang and antawecana are one of the components of dance which is called the verbal component. These components can be enjoyed through language, speech and the intonation of a sentence. Cultivating the verbal component can influence the results of the expression produced based on the delivery of the verbal component through the intonation of the song and the emphasis of the words in the antawecana. Strengthening the expressions of wayang orang or wayang anak players can be accompanied by tembang and antawecana. It depends on the accuracy of tembang and antawecana used and placed in the right position. The existence and choice of place is also an asset in finding the desired expression for a wayang orang artist. Wayang orang Samparan Sampiranku is one of the children's wayang works that uses songs and antawecana as a form of expression in communicating and conveying emotions. This research emphasizes descriptive analysis carried out to find an analysis of the expressions obtained based on the description of the songs and antawecana contained in the Wayang Bocah work entitled Samparan Sampiranku presented by Sanggar Sarwi Retno Budoyo in 2022 at the Wayang Bocah Festival. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan hidup mandiri dan menginvestigasi efektivitas penerapan metode Experiential Learning dalam mengembangkan keterampilan hidup mandiri santri di Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah. Metode Experiential Learning, yang menekankan pada pembelajaran melalui pengalaman, diidentifikasi sebagai strategi potensial untuk membantu santri dalam mengembangkan keterampilan hidup mandiri yang esensial seperti pengambilan keputusan, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan interpersonal. Selain pelatihan terkait pentingya hidup mandiri, kami juga mewawancara, dan survei terhadap  santri serta pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah. Santri yang terlibat dalam program Experiential Learning menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan interpersonal dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, pengajar dan santri melaporkan bahwa metode ini membantu dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan mendukung. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur tentang pengembangan keterampilan hidup mandiri dalam setting pendidikan Islam tradisional dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi pengelola Pondok Pesantren Rohmatul Ummah dalam merancang dan menerapkan program pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi menjadi sangat penting bagi mahasiswa yang sedang memasuki fase kemandirian finansial di tengah tantangan ekonomi global dan meningkatnya biaya hidup. Penelitian ini berfokus pada masalah manajemen risiko keuangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa di Karawang, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya manajemen risiko, pengaruh psikologis dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan, serta rendahnya keterampilan dalam menyusun anggaran dan menyimpan uang. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mengadopsi pendekatan behavioral finance, mahasiswa diberikan pendidikan tentang strategi manajemen risiko keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan program mencakup persiapan, sosialisasi, workshop interaktif, serta pendampingan konsultasi dan diskusi online. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa. Program ini diikuti oleh 60 mahasiswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam dan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman manajemen keuangan pribadi. Sebelum pelatihan, hanya 40% peserta yang memiliki pemahaman dasar, namun setelah program, angka ini meningkat menjadi 85%, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test dan post-test naik dari 65 menjadi 85. Sebanyak 75% peserta menyatakan niat untuk menerapkan strategi yang dipelajari, dan 90% merasa program ini relevan dan bermanfaat. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya program serupa di masa depan untuk membantu mahasiswa mengatasi tantangan keuangan dan membangun ketahanan finansial yang kuat. Disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi jangka panjang guna menilai keberhasilan penerapan pengetahuan yang diperoleh oleh peserta.

Abstract

Sebagai generasi muda harus memiliki bekal kreativitas, inovatif, kecerdasan dan ketrampilan yang dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan disekitar mereka. Sebagai generasi muda yang berkarakter maka harus mampu memiliki mental yang kokoh dalam menghadapi berbagai problematika yang terjadi di masyarakat. Karakter saja tidak cukup bagi generasi muda, tetapi harus bisa berfikir kreatif dan inovatif melalui program kewirausahaan. Karena saat ini lapangan di dunia kerja sudah mulai penuh maka generasi muda tidak harus mencari kerja tetapi harusnya merekalah yang membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Jadi pembinaan generasi muda untuk program kewirausahaan juga perlu dan penting untuk diberikan kepada generasi muda. Materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pelaksana program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan menginisiasi mitra untuk menjadi wirausahawan/ti yang berkarakter, maka ada beberapa bidang keilmuan yang akan diberikan yaitu ilmu berwirausaha, ilmu manajerial (POAC), proses produksi hingga proses penjualan, kepemimpinan, ilmu keorganisasian, ilmu kerajinan, kesenian, sinergy building dan ilmu pembudidayaan untuk dapat memberikan masukan atau ide kepada mitra terkait bidang usaha apa saja yang dapat mereka lakukan nantinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of mudharabah savings products at BMT NU Kalibaru Branch based on the perspective of fiqih muamalah. This study uses a qualitative case study approach to analyze the implementation of mudharabah savings at BMT NU Kalibaru Branch based on fiqih muamalah. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects included managers, staff, and customers. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model (reduction, presentation, verification), with triangulation of sources and techniques to test validity. The focus of the study includes the clarity of the contract, the fairness of the profit-sharing ratio, transparency, and accountability, to provide a comprehensive overview and practical recommendations for the management of BMT. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of mudharabah savings at BMT NU Branch Kalibaru has adhered to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence through the agreement on the profit-sharing ratio and the implementation of Sharia principles. However, the practice is not yet optimal. Customers' Islamic financial literacy remains low, with some perceiving the profit-sharing system as similar to bank interest. Contract documentation, especially for small deposits, is often conducted orally without written evidence, reducing legal clarity. Transparency in profit calculations and reporting is also minimal. Regular education, written contract documentation for all customers, and simple yet informative reporting of business results are needed to ensure that Sharia principles are implemented substantively, not merely as a symbol.

Abstract

The objective of this community service activity is to assist business actors in obtaining business legality in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB). Business legality is official recognition from the government that gives legal status to business activities, so that the business has a legal identity, legal protection, and broader opportunities for growth and competition. This activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which emphasizes the active participation of partners at every stage. The activity began with observation to understand the business conditions and needs of the partners, followed by interactive counseling on the urgency of legality, and direct assistance in the process of obtaining an NIB through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, in which business owners were actively involved in every step. The results of the activity showed an increase in awareness and understanding of legality as well as the capacity of partners, as evidenced by the issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). This success confirms that legality is the main foundation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to develop independently, professionally, competitively, and contribute significantly to the local economy.

Abstract

In Madrasah teachers predominantly apply a teacher-centred learning model. Even though students currently growing up in the digital era certainly like interactive, technology-based and factual learning. Innovative and adaptive learning models can bring great benefits to students in terms of intellectual development, skills and output. The aim of the research is to analyze the differentiation in the use of PAI teacher learning models at MTsN 1 Central Bangka. This research includes qualitative research. Data was obtained through semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation. The informants were 6 PAI teachers at MTsN 1 Central Bangka. The results of the research found that the use of learning models by six PAI teachers at MTsN 1 Central Bangka could be divided into three learning models. Firstly, there are 4 groups of PAI teachers who mostly use direct learning models. The two groups that used the problem-based learning model consisted of 1 person. The three groups that use the cooperative learning model consist of 1 person. This research can contribute to PAI teachers implementing student-centered learning models that are innovative, varied and adaptive according to educational subjects and learning materials in class. This research can explore the ability of PAI teachers to develop innovative and adaptive learning models that can help students meet their learning needs both in terms of output, motivation and certain skills.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to improve public speaking skills and self-confidence among children in Mangun Jaya Village through speech training. The program was initiated due to children’s lack of courage and limited experience in public speaking caused by inadequate facilities and guidance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving 30 children aged 9–13. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The training was conducted over seven days, covering the introduction of speech, basic techniques, script reading practice, simulations, feedback sessions, and a speech contest. The results indicated significant improvement in the children’s courage, intonation, articulation, eye contact, and self-confidence. Support from parents and local authorities also contributed to the program’s success. Despite limitations in time and facilities, the program proved effective in addressing children’s low public speaking skills. In the future, the program can be developed further by adding materials such as debates, presentations, or drama to broaden communication skills.
