Abstract

Karakter nasionalis pada dasarnya merupakan karakter dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh semua warga Negara/bangsa. Karakter ini terbentuk oleh adanya penghayatan akan nilai-nilai nasionalisme yang menggambarkan adanya rasa cinta dan bangsa terhadap bangsa. Karena nilai ini penting maka sudah seharusnya nilai nasionalisme ini dihayati dan dihidupi oleh warga bangsa sejak usia anak-anak pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Namun fakta menunjukkan bahwa pada diri peserta didik sekolah dasar masih terdapat sejumlah sikap dan perilaku yang kurang mencerminkan nilai nasionalisme dan karakter nasionalis. Pada titik lain, peserta didik terus dibekali dengan pengetahauan dan pembentukan sikap melalaui pembelajaran PPKn. Atas dasar adanya gap antara harapan akan adanya pembentukan karakter nasionalis melalaui pembelajaran PPKn, dan fakta masih adanya sikap dan perilaku yang kurang nasionalis pada peserta didik, peneliti terdorong untuk menggali ada tidaknya pengaruh PPKn terhadap pembentukan karakter nasionalis. Oleh sebab itu yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: apakah pembelajaran PPKn berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter nasionalis peserta didik sekolah dasar di Ende Timur? Seberapa besar dan signifikan pengaruh tersebut? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembelajaran PPKn terhadap pembentukan karakter nasionalis peserta didik SD di Gugus 3 Kecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan angka-angka dalam pengumpulan data dan analisisnya menggunakan statistik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III, IV, V, dan VI SD di Gugus 3 Kecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende yang berjumlah 61 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran PPKn berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter nasionalis peserta didik SD di Kecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > t-tabel yaitu 2,721 > 1,999 dan signifikan hitung sebesar 0,009<0,05. Pengaruh pembelajaran PPKn terhadap nasionalis sebesar 11,2%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

General elections (elections) have an important meaning in the implementation of democracy. Elections are a means of implementing people's sovereignty. Therefore, it is hoped that the election will be democratic and participated in by all members of the community who have met the requirements. One group of people who need serious attention is the group of first-time voters. Beginner voters as participants who have never participated in an election before are expected to participate in the 2024 election intelligently. This means that beginner voters are expected to understand election rules, get to know election participants, know about voting mechanisms, and matters related to hoaxes and money politics. Good understanding and adequate knowledge can make beginner voters to participate in elections well, avoid election violations, and can choose candidates based on good criteria. This situation and condition are also experienced by students at Wonda Restoration Vocational School. There are 82 Restoration Vocational School students in the category of beginner voters who need to broaden their horizons and knowledge about elections. Various election regulations and their changes need to be studied and explored through legal education activities. Through socialization about election law, it is hoped that students can become intelligent voters during the elections at 2024.

Abstract

Rukuramba Village is one of the villages in the Ende District. This village is located west of the city of Ende, with a distance of about 9 km and an arrival time of 10 minutes. As one of the villages located on the outskirts of Ende city, Rukuramba Village has several problems that need to be addressed and found solutions. The problems encountered in Rukuramba Village include 1). Public awareness is still low in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This can be seen in people who do not prepare trash cans in each residence, do not throw garbage in its place, and throw garbage in sewers and rivers. 2). There is no public awareness to carry out village environmental cleaning activities (conventional work) which are programmed together and regularly; 3). Most people have not obeyed health protocols specifically in terms of wearing masks. The solution offered in addressing this problem is to carry out activity 1). Environmental clean-up social service, 2). Installation of regional boundary signs and signs prohibiting waste disposal in certain areas, and 3). Distribution of masks to members of the public. This activity went smoothly and involved the community service implementation team with the villagers. The results achieved from this activity are the increasingly clean environment in the village, the awakening of public awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness, and having more than one mask so that it is possible to wear masks in a more orderly and orderly manner. With the awareness empowerment process carried out by the implementing team, it is hoped that the awareness to maintain environmental cleanliness in the community will continue to increase from time to time, and become more obedient to health protocols during the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

This literature review delves into the intricate dynamics of presidential elections, focusing on an international comparison between Indonesia and other countries from 2015 to 2020. The study explores historical contexts, democratic trajectories, socio-political landscapes, shifting voter dynamics, and the overarching objectives of presidential elections. Indonesia's unique transition to democracy and its impact on electoral processes are examined, highlighting the interconnectedness between the nation's democratic ideals and the dynamics of presidential elections. Socio-political landscapes emerge as crucial determinants, with regional variations, linguistic differences, and socioeconomic factors influencing voter behavior. Shifting voter dynamics are analyzed, emphasizing the role of economic conditions, educational levels, and regional disparities in shaping voter preferences. Thematic organization guides the exploration of overarching election objectives, encompassing campaign strategies, electoral participation, media influences, and more. A comparative lens is applied to discern commonalities and distinctions, synthesizing existing knowledge and contributing to the global discourse on presidential elections. Supported by a rigorous methodology, including a systematic search strategy and quality assessment, this study draws from diverse sources to ensure a robust foundation for cross-national comparisons. In conclusion, the research provides nuanced insights into the factors influencing presidential elections, contributing to a deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping these pivotal democratic processes globally.

Abstract

Bita Beach is a coastal area of the south coast in the Mautapaga District. This beach is located on the coast of the Sawu Sea, which is directly connected to the Indian Ocean. Therefore, this region often experiences the impact of extreme weather anomalies. The southern coastal region often experiences abrasion due to tidal waves. The presence of abrasion vulnerability is also due to the lack of vegetation in coastal areas. When the tide is high, the coastal area often experiences abrasion, and a slight wave can wash up on the houses of residents. Faced with these conditions, one solution is to implement abrasion mitigation activities. The mitigation activity determined is the planting of Waru Trees. Of course, this is not the result of the team's speculation but of its research into various mitigation best practices across different areas affected by abrasion. Waru trees have been proven to thrive in dry, hot coastal regions. Waru also has sturdy trunks and strong roots, so it can be relied on to control the speed of sea waves in the coastal areas (mitigating coastal abrasion). This abrasion mitigation activity is also part of the implementation of project-based MKWK to overcome environmental problems faced by the coastal community of Bita Beach. With the implementation of this activity, students have been involved in providing solutions to the problem of abrasion as well as forming the character of Pancasilais to provide the basic direction of education towards the realization of a young generation that is intellectual, noble, human, and has a sense of nationality based on Pancasila and UUD 1945.

Abstract

Diskresi dalam konteks hukum administrasi negara merupakan konsep penting yang memberikan fleksibilitas kepada pejabat publik untuk mengambil keputusan dalam situasi yang tidak diatur secara jelas oleh hukum. Menurut hukum administrasi negara meskipun diskresi memberi kebebasan, keputusan yang diambil tetap harus sesuai dengan prinsip legalitas dan tidak boleh bertentangan dengan hukum yang berlaku. Menurut hukum administrasi negara terhadap kebijakan diskresi menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara fleksibilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip hukum. Diskresi yang dikelola dengan baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan responsivitas pemerintah, sementara pengawasan yang ketat dapat mencegah penyalahgunaan dan memastikan keadilan. Diskresi dalam konteks hukum administrasi negara ini merupakan konsep penting yang memberikan fleksibilitas kepada pejabat publik untuk mengambil keputusan dalam situasi yang tidak diatur secara jelas oleh hukum. Sehingga dapat melihat betapa vitalnya diskresi dalam proses pemerintahan yang responsif. Namun dibalik itu semua diskresi juga memiliki kekurangan atau keterbatasan dalam pengaplikasiannya.
