Abstract

Kepuasan pasien adalah perbandingan antara harapan dan realitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima. Terdapat lima dimensi kepuasan pasien: bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi sebanyak 503 pasien, dengan 84 sampel yang dipilih secara accidental sampling di Balai Pemeriksaan Anak Puskesmas Kalitanjung, Kota Cirebon. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 67,9% pasien merasa kurang puas. Sebanyak 69% pasien menilai bukti fisik kurang lengkap, 66,7% menilai kehandalan tidak baik, 64,3% menilai daya tanggap tidak baik, 52,4% menilai jaminan tidak baik, dan 59,5% menilai empati tidak baik. Uji chi-square menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,000 (0,05) untuk semua dimensi, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kelima dimensi tersebut dengan kepuasan pasien. Diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan dan komunikasi petugas dengan pasien. Selain itu, petugas disarankan mengikuti sosialisasi dan uji kompetensi secara berkala yang diadakan oleh dinas kesehatan maupun pihak eksternal.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Lima Dimensi Kepuasan Abstract Patient satisfaction is the comparison between expectations and the reality of the healthcare services received. There are five dimensions of patient satisfaction: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction levels. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 503 patients, with 84 samples selected through accidental sampling at the Child Examination Hall of Puskesmas Kalitanjung, Cirebon City. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and statistically analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results show that 67.9% of patients feel dissatisfied. As many as 69% of patients rated the physical evidence as incomplete, 66.7% rated the reliability as poor, 64.3% rated the responsiveness as poor, 52.4% rated the assurance as poor, and 59.5% rated the empathy as poor. The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (0.05) for all dimensions, indicating a relationship between these five dimensions and patient satisfaction. An improvement in service facilities and communication between staff and patients is required. In addition, staff are advised to participate in periodic socialization and competency tests organized by the health department or external parties.Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Five Dimensions of Satisfaction

Abstract

Background: Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, with persistently high prevalence despite ongoing national reduction programs. Primary healthcare centers (Puskesmas) play a frontline role in stunting prevention, yet challenges in management functions such as planning, implementation, and supervision may affect program outcomes. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted from July to August 2024 involving all 41 nutrition officers at Puskesmas in Majalengka Regency through total sampling. Data on planning, implementation, and supervision functions were collected using a validated questionnaire, while stunting coverage was obtained from official Puskesmas reports. Variables were categorized into “good” and “poor” based on mean scores. Statistical analysis included Chi-square tests and binary logistic regression to identify factors associated with stunting coverage. Results: More than half of respondents demonstrated poor planning (53.7%), poor implementation (51.2%), and poor supervision (61.0%). Bivariate analysis showed significant associations between all management functions and stunting coverage (p < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression revealed that planning (OR = 6.9; 95% CI = 1.5–31.7; p = 0.01) and implementation (OR = 5.2; 95% CI = 1.1–23.7; p = 0.03) were significant predictors, with planning emerging as the strongest factor. Conclusion: Planning and implementation functions are critical determinants of stunting program coverage at the Puskesmas level. Weaknesses in technical capacity, human resources, and cross-sectoral collaboration hinder program effectiveness. Strengthening participatory planning, enhancing community engagement, and improving supervision mechanisms are essential strategies to optimize stunting reduction efforts. Further studies with larger and more diverse samples are recommended to validate these findings.

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja, yang sering disebabkan oleh pencahayaan yang tidak memadai, merupakan faktor utama kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara pencahayaan dan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di area Packing Tunnel PT Suri Tani Pemuka Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan total sampling dari 30 pekerja. Data tentang tingkat kelelahan kerja dan intensitas pencahayaan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 83% area kerja memiliki pencahayaan di bawah standar (<200 lux), dan 63% pekerja mengalami kelelahan kerja tinggi. Terdapat korelasi signifikan antara pencahayaan yang tidak memadai dan tingkat kelelahan kerja yang tinggi (p-value = 0,000). Semua pekerja di area dengan pencahayaan tidak memadai mengalami kelelahan tinggi, sedangkan pekerja di area dengan pencahayaan sesuai standar mengalami kelelahan ringan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini termasuk meningkatkan pencahayaan dengan pemasangan lampu tambahan dan penggunaan lampu LED dengan spektrum cahaya alami. Perusahaan juga dianjurkan melakukan pemeliharaan rutin sistem pencahayaan, menata ulang area kerja, dan menggunakan warna terang untuk dinding. Selain itu, penting untuk mengimplementasikan program pengurangan kelelahan, pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala, pelatihan tentang pencahayaan, serta edukasi kesehatan mata.

Abstract

The negative information bias on social media can lead to a wrong perspective on COVID-19 cases and cause behavior in efforts to prevent COVID-19 to get worse, so that deaths continue to increase and continue to grow. Based on data from 231 countries that have confirmed COVID-19 with a total of 516,476,402 people and 6,258,023 people died, while in Indonesia, 6,049,541 people have recovered, and 5,887,786 have died and 156,424 have died. , while the confirmed cases of COVID-19 in West Java were 1,106,085, the cure rate was 1,089,648 and 15,795 died. The research method used is descriptive analytic research using a cross sectional research design. The subject of this research is STIKes Cirebon students with a population of 1286 students. The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified random sampling, then takes the appropriate number of samples by simple random sampling to become respondents obtained a sample of 122 respondents, research instruments using questionnaires, data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that the relationship between frequency (p=0.043), duration (p=0.606), attention (p=0.038) and health literacy with COVID-19 prevention efforts (p=0.017). Attention variable is the most dominant variable with p value 0.026, OR value 2.787. There are 3 variables that are related and 1 variable that is not related to efforts to prevent COVID-19, where the most dominant variable is attention.

Abstract

Aksi‐aksi kekerasan dapat terjadi di mana saja, seperti di jalan‐jalan, di sekolah, bahkan di kompleks‐kompleks perumahan.Pada kalangan remaja aksi yang biasa dikenal sebagai tawuran pelajar merupakan hal yang sudah terlalu sering kita saksikan, bahkan cenderung dianggap biasa. Hal yang terjadi pada saat tawuran sebenarnya adalah salah satu contoh perilaku agresif dari seorang individu atau kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan perilaku agresif remaja di SMK RISE Kedawung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan potong silang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK RISE Kedawung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 siswa, sampel menggunakan total populasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan instrumen penelitian angket. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui terdapat 35,6% remaja yang berperilaku agresif di SMK RISE Kedawung . Jenis pola asuh yang paling banyak diterapkan oleh orangtua adalah pola asuh demokratis sebanyak  65,6%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh dengan perilaku agresif (p< 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua permisif dan otoriter dengan perilaku agesif remaja di SMK RISE Kedawung.Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh Orangtua, Perilaku Agresif ABSTRACTViolent act scan happened anywhere, such as in the streets, schools, even in housing. Action that commonly known for adolescent as student brawl  we have often seen, and even considered as normal. The actual brawlis one of example of the aggressive behavior of anindividual or group. The purpose of this study is to identify the relation ship between parents parenting with adolescent aggressive behavior in RISE vocational high school, Cirebon. The method of this study is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK RISE kedawung. The population in this study were 90 students, using a sample of the total population. The datas are primary datas with questionnaire research instruments. The result of the study show that there are 35.6% adolescents who be have aggressive lyinRISEvocational high school, Cirebon. Mostly types of child care which adopted by parents is 65.6%  democratic parenting. There is a  significant relationshipbetween parentsparentingwithaggressivebehavior (p<0,05). Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pandemic Covid-19 dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam spekulasi tentang penyebaran virus Corona, sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan yang dapat menurunkan sistem imun tubuh lansia dan dapat pula meningkatkan tekanan darah lansia. Hipertensi lebih rentan menyerang para lansia seiring bertambahnya usia, sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan pengerasan pembuluh darah. Pengerasan tersebut mengurangi kelenturan pembuluh darah arteri besar dan aorta, sehingga pada lansia lebih rentan mengidap tekanan darah tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang covid-19 terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di RW 09 Perumahan Gerbang Permai Pamengkang, wilayah Puskesmas Pamengkang tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi kuantitatif pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sampel nya adalah lansia dengan hipertensi di RW 09 perumahan gerbang permai pamengkang wilayahkerja puskesmas pamengkang dengan jumlah 28 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan accidental sampling.Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan baik berjumlah 14 orang (50,0%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup 8 orang (28,6%) dan tingkat pengetahuan kurang 6 orang (21,4%). Dan responden dengan Kecemasan Berat berjumlah 21 orang (75,0%). Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang Covid-19 dengan tingkat kecemasan pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di RW 09 Perumahan Gerbang Permai Pamengkang Wilayah kerja Puskesmas pamengkang tahun 2020 dengan p value = 0,007 (α= 0,05).Kata Kunci: pengetahuan covid-19, kecemasan lansia AbstractLack of knowledge about the Covid-19 pandemic can lead to various kinds of speculation about the spread of the Corona virus, causing anxiety which can lower the immune system of the elderly and can also increase the blood pressure of the elderly. Hypertension is more prone to attack the elderly as they get older, so that it has the potential to cause hardening of the arteries. This hardening reduces the flexibility of the large arteries and aorta, making the elderly more susceptible to developing high blood pressure. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of covid-19 and the level of anxiety among elderly people who have hypertension in RW 09 of the gateway residential area of Pamengkang, Pamengkang Community Health Center in 2020. The design of this study used a quantitative description of the cross sectional approach. The sample population was the elderly with hypertension in RW 09, the gateway housing complex, the Pamengkang Community Health Center, with 28 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that 14 people had good knowledge (50.0%), 8 people had sufficient knowledge (28.6%) and 6 people had less knowledge (21.4%). And respondents with severe anxiety totaled 21 people (75.0%). The results of the bivariate analysis found that there was a relationship between knowledge of Covid-19 and the level of anxiety in the elderly who had hypertension in RW 09 Gerbang Permai Pamengkang Housing in the Pamengkang Community Health Center work area in 2020 with p value = 0.007 (α = 0.05). Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah B3 terdiri dari pengurangan, penyimpanan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, pemanfaatan, pengolahan dan penimbunan. Apabila limbah B3 dibuang tidak pada tempatnya dapat menimbulkan kerusakan serta pencemaran lingkungan yang serius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan limbah B3 di PT Suri Tani Pemuka Kabupaten Cirebon. Rancangan penelitian adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas pengelola limbah B3 di PT Suri Tani Pemuka Cirebon berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data langsung dari responden. Data analisa statistik menggunakan uji chi square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada tanggal 26-27 Juli 2023, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan pengelola limbah B3 dengan pengelolaan limbah B3 (p value = 0,000), terdapat hubungan antara sikap pengelola limbah B3 dengan pengelolaan limbah B3 (p value = 0,000), terdapat hubungan antara sarana prasarana pengelolaan limbah B3 dengan pengelolaan limbah B3 (p value = 0,000) dan terdapat hubungan antara pengawasan dengan pengelolaan limbah B3 (p value = 0,001). PT Suri Tani Pemuka Cirebon untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM pengelola limbah B3 dengan melakukan penyuluhan serta pelatihan tentang pengelolaan limbah B3 secara berkala, melengkapi fasilitas pengelolaan limbah B3 dan melakukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat terhadap pengelolaan limbah B3.Kata Kunci : pengelolaan limbah B3; pengetahuan; sikap; sarana prasarana; pengawasan Abstract B3 waste management consists of reducing, storing, collecting, transporting, utilizing, processing and landfilling. If B3 waste is disposed of inappropriately, it can cause serious environmental damage and pollution. The aim of this research is to determine the factors related to B3 waste management at PT Suri Tani Pemuka, Cirebon Regency. The research design is quantitative analytical with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was all 30 B3 waste management officers at PT Suri Tani Pemuka Cirebon. The sampling technique is by total sampling. The data collection method is by interview using a questionnaire to collect data directly from respondents. Statistical analysis data uses the chi square test with a confidence level of 95%. Research carried out on 26-27 July 2023, showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of B3 waste management and B3 waste management (p value = 0.000), there was a relationship between the attitude of B3 waste managers and B3 waste management (p value = 0.000) , there is a relationship between B3 waste management infrastructure and B3 waste management (p value = 0.000) and there is a relationship between supervision and B3 waste management (p value = 0.001). PT Suri Tani Pemuka Cirebon to improve the quality of human resources managing B3 waste by providing regular counseling and training on B3 waste management, equipping B3 waste management facilities and carrying out stricter supervision of B3 waste management.Keywords: B3 waste management; knowledge;,attitudes; infrastructure; upervision

Abstract

Anemia memiliki dampak besar pada masa kehamilan, kelahiran, masa nifas, dan bayi. Faktor risiko anemi dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal ibu dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor risiko kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III.Desain penelitian survey analitik digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Seluruh ibu hamil 234 orang dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil dalam trimester ketiga yang dirawat di ruang aurum. Sampling total digunakan untuk mengumpulkan 234 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan format pengumpulan data sekunder dari lembar asesmen kebidanan rawat inap dari rekam medis responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat dengan uji Chi Square.Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada hubungan antara paritas (p value 0,035), kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe (p value 0,046), kunjungan ANC (p value 0,022), dan status gizi (p value 0,000) dengan kejadian anemia dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara jarak kehamilan (p value 0,641) dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III.Kata Kunci: Anemia; Paritas; Tablet Fe; ANC; Status Gizi.Anemia has a major impact on pregnancy, birth, puerperium, and infancy. Risk factors for anemy can be influenced by internal maternal and environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze risk factors for anemia in III trimester pregnant women. Analytical survey research design was used in this study. All 234 pregnant women in the study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were treated in the aurum room. Total sampling was used to collect 234 respondents.  This study used a secondary data collection format from inpatient midwifery assessment sheets from respondents' medical records. Data analysis techniques use univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test.The results of the study obtained a relationship between parity (p value 0.035), adherence to Fe tablet consumption (p value 0.046), ANC visits (p value 0.022), and nutritional status (p value 0.000) with the incidence of anemia and there was no relationship between pregnancy distance (p value 0.641) with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women.Keywords: Anemia; Parity; Fe Tablets; ANC; Nutritional Status.

Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Lima Dimensi Kepuasan AbstractPatient satisfaction is the comparison between expectations and the reality of the healthcare services received. There are five dimensions of patient satisfaction: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction levels. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 503 patients, with 84 samples selected through accidental sampling at the Child Examination Hall of Puskesmas Kalitanjung, Cirebon City. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and statistically analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results show that 67.9% of patients feel dissatisfied. As many as 69% of patients rated the physical evidence as incomplete, 66.7% rated the reliability as poor, 64.3% rated the responsiveness as poor, 52.4% rated the assurance as poor, and 59.5% rated the empathy as poor. The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) for all dimensions, indicating a relationship between these five dimensions and patient satisfaction. An improvement in service facilities and communication between staff and patients is required. In addition, staff are advised to participate in periodic socialization and competency tests organized by the health department or external parties.Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Five Dimensions of Satisfaction
