Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the result of 1) customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) purchasing decision over product quality; 5) customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions; 6) digital marketing on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction; 7) purchasing decisions on product quality through customer satisfaction. A type approach used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The targeted people in this study are Makassar citizenship which has accounts and users of Shopee services. This study used purposive sampling with a type of judgment sampling is 95 samples. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to students of Office Automation Management. This study uses the Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. The study result found: 1) a significant result in customer satisfaction over digital marketing; 2) a significant result in customer satisfaction over product quality; 3) a significant result in purchasing decisions over digital marketing; 4) a significant result in purchasing decision over product quality; 5) a significant result on purchasing decisions customer satisfaction; 6) through customer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant impact on purchasing decisions due to product quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi kebijakan Sistem Naskah Dinas Elektronik (SINDE) yang merupakan aplikasi naskah dinas berbasis teknologi informasi di internal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Idonesia yang terintegrasi pada satuan kerja yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia termasuk pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) Wilayah IX Makassar yang wilayah kerjanya di Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat. SINDE merupakan salah satu program reformasi birokrasi dibidang penguatan ketatalaksanaan melalui pendekatan E-Government. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada informan dan observasi serta penelusuran dokumen-dokuemn yang berkaitan langsung dengan objek penelitian. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive dan secara snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi SINDE di LLDIKTI Wilayah IX telah terimplementasi dengan baik hal ini disebabkan karena tingkat kepatuhan agen pelaksana cukup baik, begitupun dari konten aplikasi tidak menghadapi masalah yang serius, selain itu SINDE memberikan dampak manfaat yang sangat besar dalam efektifitas dan efesiensi alur naskah dinas.

Abstract

The development of a territory requires adequate and accountable transportation services. The objectives of this study are to determine (1) how people's perceptions of public services at Haluoleo Airport align with the Society 5.0 concept and (2) supporting factors for public services at Haluoleo Airport in the Society 5.0 era. The research method used was a qualitative research technique with an emphasis on a sample of 70 airplane passenger respondents. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Public servants at HaluoleoKendari Airport, with indicators that: communication is already good, participation still needs to be increased, officials must be able to direct, officers must provide quick action, officers are on time, officers are friendly enough, followed by comfortable airport facilities and officers who are attentive; (2) The factors that affect the quality of service at Haluoleo Airport are mainly in terms of human resources, and the main weaknesses are related to professionalism and competence at the educational level, which still needs improvement, even though the current implementation of organizational culture is quite good because there are guidelines for the organization and sufficient leadership. To improve service, employee responsiveness is still needed to hear various complaints, aspirations, and expectations of airport service users, and officials must be informative so that information that should be conveyed to airport service users reaches airport service users, as well as efforts to improve inter-organizational coordination at the airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: 1) The effect of Organizational Citzenship Behaviour, on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. 2) The effect of quality of work life, on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. 3) The influence of Motivation on employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at the Transmigration Office of West Sulawesi Province. This study distributed questionnaires to 60 respondents. The method used is quantitative method by testing the hypothesis, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that Organizational Citzenship Behaviour had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province, on the second variable Quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on the performance variables of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province, on the third variable motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. In the simultaneous test, the variables of Organizational Citzenship Behaviour, Quality of work life, and motivation, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. while the Determination test has a contribution to employee performance of 61.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the extent to which strategic management is implemented at the Sports and Tourism Youth Service in tourism development in Wajo District. as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of strategic management at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office in tourism development in Wajo Regency. The research method uses qualitative research methods, which are located at Disporapar Wajo. The research targets consisted of the Head of Disporapar and Wajo Disporapar Employees. The informant determination technique used purposive sampling consisting of key informants and supporting informants. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and documentation. Research data sources consist of person, place, and paper. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Disporapar management strategy in tourism development in Wajo Regency show that the evaluation of the implementation of strategy management at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office in tourism development in Wajo Regency has been running effectively and efficiently and the implementation process and stages are reviewed from a good research aspect. The supporting factors in implementing strategic management at the Youth Sports and Tourism Office are the support from the government, the birth of rules and guidelines, the partnerships and collaborations that are owned and the involvement of universities. While the inhibiting factors in its development are the limited amount of the budget, as well as the lack of potential human resources in the tourism sector

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai HIV dapat menurunkan risiko penularan virus ini dengan memberikan informasi yang benar tentang cara penularannya. Pendidikan seksual yang komprehensif dapat membekali individu dengan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan kondom, kebersihan alat-alat seks, serta strategi reduksi risiko lainnya. Selain itu, pemahaman akan pentingnya pengujian HIV dan konseling dapat mendorong perilaku pengujian rutin, memungkinkan individu untuk mengelola risiko dan melibatkan diri dalam praktik seksual yang lebih aman. Kegiatan penyuluhan informasi kesehatan berbasis Video terkait pencegahan HIV-AIDS diselenggarakan di SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep, menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu Metode tahap pertama pembagian Brosur kepada remaja tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS, Tahap kedua, Penyuluhan Informasi Berbasis Video terkait pencegahan penyakit HIV. Tahap ketiga pembagian brosur kepada remaja tentang pencegahan HIV-AIDS. Hasil Pengukuran pengetahuan siswa SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep menunjukkan bahwa, rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan didapat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 60,00% dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 40,00%. Sedangkan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 95,00%, dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 5,00%. Media Edukasi berbasis Video kesehatan yang tentang HIV/AIDS dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pencegahan penyakit HIV/AIDS. Pentingnya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang HIV-AIDS dan serta peran media seperti Video, televisi, surat kabar, dan internet dalam menyebarkan informasi tentang HIV-AIDS kepada remaja, agar stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap ODHA dapat diminimalisir

Abstract

The village fund program is a government program to accelerate and equalize development in rural areas, oriented towards poverty alleviation in Indonesia. This research aims to describe the Village Fund Program policy implementation in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research used is qualitative. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants and observations in the research object area. The informants in this study were selected purposively and in snowball sampling. The novelty of this research is to examine the successful implementation of village fund program policies in Wajo Regency using a combination of Jones's theory and Edward's theory based on three pillars, namely (1) organizational pillar, (2) interpretation pillar, and (3) application pillar, which is connected to ethnic culture. Wajo bugis. The research results show that implementing the village fund program in Wajo Regency needs to run optimally. This is because the competency of individual program implementers needs to be improved. The regulations governing program policies open up opportunities for abuse. Institutionally, policy implementers need more time to be ready to run the program optimally because the readiness of the organizational infrastructure needs to be balanced.

Abstract

This research is a field research with a qualitative approach that aims to determine the implementation of the Makassar BBPVP integrity zone, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Makassar BBPVP integrity zone and to find out the strategy for achieving the Makassar BBPVP integrity zone. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques that refer to six indicators of the implementation of the Integrity Zone, namely change management, management arrangement, management system arrangement, strengthening work accountability, strengthening staffing, and improving the quality of public services. The data analysis technique is to adapt the design model for the construction of integrity zones. The results of this study show that: 1) the implementation of integrity zones seen from six levers criteria, namely change management, implementation of governance, structuring the HR management system, strengthening performance accountability, strengthening supervision and improving the quality of public services has been carried out properly and in accordance with applicable procedures or mechanisms. 2. The strategy to achieve the integrity zone towards WBK/WBBM at BBPVP Makassar has been well implemented, as seen from the six criteria for leveraging the integrity zone achievement strategy, namely Management optimization, Optimization of governance arrangement, HR Management System Arrangement, Optimization of accountability strengthening, Optimization of supervision strengthening, and Optimization of improving the quality of public services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the implementation of the ASN Management NSPK Index policy, its supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts made to overcome obstacles. This study design uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the ASN Management NSPK Index policy at the BKN Manado Regional Office XI has not been optimal, especially in terms of communication, resources, and bureaucratic structure, although the disposition indicators have been running well. The main obstacles include inconsistent communication, limited frequency of socialization, limited number of ASN Management Auditors, and fragmentation between work units in regional agencies that hinder policy implementation. To overcome these obstacles, online socialization, mentoring by ASN Management Auditors, and provision of guidebooks and assessment matrices have been carried out. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the policy has been running well, although there are still obstacles in communication, resources and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of civil servants’ bureaucratic ethics, encompassing integrity, accountability, and transparency, on the effectiveness of digital learning governance within the context of digital transformation in the public sector. This study also explored the role of civil servants’ digital capacity, internal policies, and information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure as moderation variables in these relationships. The research methodology applied a qualitative approach; data were collected through surveys from civil servants involved in digital learning programs. The results of statistical analysis demonstrated that civil servants’ bureaucratic ethics have a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of digital learning governance. Furthermore, the digital capacity of civil servants and ICT infrastructure significantly strengthens the relationship, while internal policies show a more limited influence of moderation. These findings confirm that the application of solid bureaucratic ethical values, supported by adequate digital resources and policies, is the key to the successful implementation of effective digital learning governance. The practical implications of this study are essential for strengthening the integrity, accountability, and transparency of civil servants as well as increasing digital capacity to support the development of adaptive human resources in the digital era.
