Abstract

This research the contributing factor the provision of air traffic services. The factors are the influence of operational vehicle activity in the airside to aviation safety. The purpose to determine the effect of operational vehicle activities in the airside area to the aviation safety at Airport Sorong. Passenger movement at parking stand that still using the simple concept unavailable (markings on the apron) caused doubt in giving the distance movement area of vehicles on the airside area of Airport Sorong not well coordinated as they move flexibly because there are no SOP, guidance line and access road, and potential conflicts between taxiing aircraft with vehicle for example a passenger shuttle bus the process of loading an unloading safe between parking stand. Maneuvering taxi reached the gate position with the help of towing tractor with a lot of more skilled officers. It is recommended to make SOP for vehicles operating on the airside and changing the concept of aircraft parking stands from simple concept into line concept with the push-back system and Management apron by adding markings on the apron in order to avoid any doubt in providing secure distance between parking stands for the achievement of security, efficiency so that the use of the apron can be more optimal.

Abstract

LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) is an activity unit that manages all research and community service activities carried out by teachers in improving the quality of these supervisors. At this time research or service data is still managed manually by using the Microsoft Excel application as well as Word. This requires inefficient time when manipulating data to make a report. Delete this with a recording model like this can also be moved because of mistakes either intentional or unintentional. The purpose of this study is to build a computer-based information system that can be used to facilitate the performance of the PPM Center in organizing the results of PPM activities. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, a series of activities or processes to reveal in-depth information processes that are used as a basis in designing information systems. The results of this research concluded that: (a) this information system can be used as a system that monitors research and service activities, and the absorption of research funds. (b) processing research data more efficiently and can be accessed anywhere and anytime because it is designed using responsive frameworks

Abstract

The aviation engineering and safety academy is a high school under the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, with the main task of carrying out a professional Diploma program in aviation engineering and safety expertise that is open to the public. Makassar ATKP has two educational programs specifically in the Aircraft Engineering Study Program, namely Diploma and Non-diploma education. The curriculum used in educating participants in the Aircraft Maintenance Technology Study Program is 70% Practice and 30% Theory and refers to the Curriculum and Syllabus provided by BPSDM (Human Resources Development Agency) Air Transportation, DIKTI and DKUPPU (Directorate of Airworthiness) and Aircraft Operations). According to the statistical results we can conclude there is a change in the achievement of results / values ​​obtained by each student of the ND TPPU study program class II. Where is Tar.3 in the name of Al Imran Hamiluddin. HR, Tar.4 on behalf of Andi Sultang, Tar. 5 on behalf of Andriani and Tar.8 on behalf of Aswar alrafi Risqullah experienced a pretty good increase in scores, while twenty other students experienced a significant decrease. This happens due to a change in the methodology system experienced by the study group.

Abstract

Makassar aviation polytechnic is a high school under the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, with the main task of carrying out a professional Diploma program in aviation engineering and safety. One of the study programs in the aviation engineering department is Aircraft Maintenance Technology Study Program, which studies all parts of the aircraft as well as maintaining and repairing the aircraft so that it can fly safely to its destination. One obstacle that occurred in the Aircraft Maintenance Technology study program at POLTEKBANG is unavailability of fuel, the Avgas used on the Piston Enggine aircraft so the learning or peractic processes can’t realize were carried out due to the absence of fuel sold in the area. South Sulawesi therefore has to order in the East Java Province of Surabaya resulting in higher costs. The need of gasoline fuel as fossil energy is increasing and essential for daily life, occurs because of scarcity, can not be renewed and pollute to damage the ozone layer so it is important to do research to get optimal engine performance and low emissions. The reseach conducted for learning process or Peractum can accordance with the existing curriculum in the Makassar TPT POLTEKBANG with a pure fuel measurement test on the engine with a compression ratio of 11.3: 1 and varying the mixture of RON 92, RON 95 and Eco Recing, at 4,000 to 10,000 Rpm rotation. The result of the emission test according to the standard, can be explained that the best result is the use of fuel octane 92 with CO: 0.52% and HC: 125 ppm, capable of producing optimal power and torque compared to octane 95. The best mix variation is a ratio of 90: 10 producing maximum power up to 14.5 Hp and torque of 12.97 Nm

Abstract

Organizations need to think about their existence, they won't back down from changes and changes in activity. Issues related to change management activities, have appeared in the media, speeches of organizations lectures people, and academic discussions about the organization. We have witnessed a variety of changes that occur, whether the changes are less significant, and major changes that have an impact in the history of organizations and individuals in the organization. This research aims to analyze the goals of change that are organizational in nature. The results of this study show that not everyone likes or is ready for changes in the organization, but nevertheless those changes inevitably have to be faced.

Abstract

Basic Aircraft Materials (BAM) is a field of science that studies the basics of aircraft maintenance. The assessment system carried out in this course apart from UTS and UAS, is also based on the 2 tasks being carried out, and the attitude of the cadets while studying the BAM course. While the demands on this BAM course are that cadets are required to be able to analyze cases and carry out work practices. In order for the cadets to meet the demands of the BAM courses, the cadets have different approaches to learning. The results of the study found that in the learning of cadets with a surface approach, 40% of cadets stated that the course was important and 60% stated that the task given was a burden and only studied by focusing on the sub-subjects that were considered important. The conclusion with this learning method, then the learning outcomes of cadets are increasing.
