Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas fenomena immersive marketing yang semakin relevan di era digital, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia sebagai pasar negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi pemasaran imersif dapat membentuk pengalaman konsumen, meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional, sekaligus menghadapi tantangan teknologi dan isu etika dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis tematik yang mengelompokkan kode ke dalam tema besar yang relevan dengan kerangka teori, meliputi pengalaman konsumen, keterlibatan emosional, tantangan teknologi, dan aspek etika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa immersive marketing berpotensi menciptakan pengalaman konsumen yang lebih mendalam melalui teknologi virtual reality, augmented reality, dan metaverse. Keterlibatan emosional konsumen diperkuat melalui narasi interaktif dan elemen gamifikasi, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan hubungan konsumen dengan merek. Namun demikian, tantangan masih muncul terkait keterbatasan akses perangkat, kesenjangan literasi digital, dan infrastruktur teknologi di Indonesia. Selain itu, isu etika seperti privasi data dan potensi manipulasi emosional konsumen menjadi perhatian penting dalam penerapan pemasaran imersif. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi teori pengalaman konsumen, keterlibatan pelanggan, difusi inovasi, serta etika pemasaran digital dalam menjelaskan dinamika immersive marketing di pasar negara berkembang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa immersive marketing merupakan strategi yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran digital di Indonesia, meskipun keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan teknologi dan pengelolaan aspek etika. Implikasi teoretisnya memperluas pemahaman tentang integrasi teori pemasaran dengan fenomena imersif, sementara implikasi praktisnya memberikan panduan bagi pelaku usaha dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih interaktif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dalam era yang semakin sadar akan lingkungan, mobil listrik telah muncul sebagai solusi yang menjanjikan untuk mengurangi emisi karbon dan dampak negatif lainnya terhadap lingkungan. Di Indonesia, kepedulian akan isu lingkungan semakin meningkat, tetapi adopsi mobil listrik masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli mobil listrik di Indonesia. Dalam konteks ini, gaya hidup (x1), desain futuristik (x2), dan teknologi (x3) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor-faktor yang mungkin memengaruhi minat beli mobil listrik. Gaya hidup yang berkaitan dengan kesadaran lingkungan dan tren berkelanjutan dapat memengaruhi preferensi konsumen terhadap kendaraan ramah lingkungan seperti mobil listrik. Sementara itu, desain futuristik yang menarik dan teknologi canggih yang terintegrasi dalam mobil listrik juga dapat menjadi faktor penentu dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya tentang faktor-faktor ini masih terbatas, terutama dalam konteks pasar mobil listrik di Indonesia, khususnya di kota Makassar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli mobil listrik di Indonesia, serta bagaimana faktor-faktor ini saling berinteraksi. Dengan menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, desain futuristik, dan teknologi secara bersamaan, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pihak-pihak terkait, termasuk produsen mobil listrik, pemerintah, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya, untuk mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mendorong adopsi mobil listrik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT. WEHA Transportasi Indonesia Tbk.sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19 yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2018-2020 adalah gambaran kondisi keuangan perusahaan yang dianalisis dengan alat-alat analisis keuangan, yang dapat mencerminkan prestasi kerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT. WEHA Transportasi Indonesia Tbk. Sebelum dan saat pandemi COVID-19. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah metode deskriptif yang tujuannya adalah menganalisis setiap data-data yang telah diolah kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. WEHA Transportasi Tbk. Mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020 yaitu pada saat pandemi COVID-19 terjadi, dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan transportasi sebelum COVID-19 lebih baik dibandingkan saat terjadinya pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga transportasi online grab terhadap kepuasan pelanggan mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis umi makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UMI Makassar. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling incidental. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan SPSS (Statistical Product and service Solution). Berdasarkan analisis yang telah di lakukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis umi makassar. Dan harga transportasi online grab memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis umi makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkomsel Baruga Regional IX Makassar, menganalisis pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkomsel Baruga Regional IX Makassar, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkomsel Baruga Regional IX Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh dari PT. Telkomsel Baruga Regional IX Makassar dan telah diolah melalui SPSS versi 22 bahwa kompetensi, penempatan kerja dan prestasi kerja berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkomsel Baruga Regional IX Makassar baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the role of perception of information technology, service quality, and trust on customer satisfaction of internet banking users in several State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Banks in Indonesia. The study involved 228 respondents from BBRI, BMRI, and BBNI. The stages in data analysis involve the classical assumption, validity & reliability, and effect test using PLS-SEM. The results accept all hypotheses with positive and significant effects. This study finds that the optimal use and application of information technology systems can increase perceptions of internet banking use on customer satisfaction at SOE banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of a web-based information system for Karang Taruna Parangloe, a youth organization in Kelurahan Lanna, Parangloe District. The initiative was driven by the need to improve information dissemination, which previously relied on traditional methods like WhatsApp groups. While convenient, this approach had limitations in reaching a broader audience and effectively promoting organizational activities. To address these challenges, a Community Partnership Program (PKM) was carried out in four key stages: observation, socialization and training, technology implementation, and evaluation. During the observation phase, it became clear that the organization lacked an official platform for sharing updates and announcements. This was followed by socialization and training sessions, aimed at improving digital literacy among members, equipping them with the skills needed to manage and utilize a web-based system.The technology implementation phase focused on developing and launching the organization's official website, https://karangtarunaparangloe.com. Designed as a comprehensive information hub, the website includes a user guide to help administrators manage content effectively. The evaluation phase showed significant improvements in members' understanding and technical skills, with average post-test scores rising from 62 to 85. More than just a tool for sharing information, the website has helped enhance the organization's image and boost community engagement. This initiative demonstrates the power of digital transformation in empowering youth organizations and strengthening communication within communities. It also serves as an inspiring example for other organizations looking to adopt digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance their outreach efforts.

Abstract

Background: The development of modern management and business science cannot be separated from interdisciplinary interactions and the complexity of global challenges. From classical management theories of the 1960s to the modern era of artificial intelligence (AI) and global crises, both academia and practitioners are increasingly required to adopt an integrative approach. Challenges in digital marketing, financial literacy, economic disruption, and human resource (HR) management demand the unification of diverse perspectives to build a more adaptive and relevant management framework. Objective: This article aims to summarize and synthesize findings from seven key scientific articles to present cross-issue perspectives and approaches that enrich contemporary management theory and practice. This synthesis is expected to identify new integrative patterns that can serve as a conceptual reference for the development of context-based and technology-driven management. Method: A descriptive qualitative approach was used in the form of a literature review of seven scientific articles from reputable international journals, covering topics such as management theory, digital marketing, financial behavior, responses to global crises, and HR systems. Results: The synthesis of the seven articles presented highlights the significant contributions of various management disciplines to modern management. This synthesis connects theory and practice, ranging from classical approaches like Koontz to cutting-edge technologies like AI in marketing. Furthermore, managerial approaches need to be tailored to actual situations and needs, such as in financial education, global policy, and HR management. Overall, this synthesis reflects the importance of cross-scale and cross-disciplinary perspectives—integrating aspects of psychology, technology, economics, and human resources—to form a more comprehensive management framework that is relevant to today's challenges. Conclusion: The synthesis of these seven articles demonstrates that modern management requires cross-disciplinary integration to address the challenges of the digital era, global crises, and organizational transformation. The resulting framework supports the need for management that is adaptive, contextual, and technology-based, while also affirming the importance of harmonizing theory, practice, and the dynamic realities of contemporary organizations.

Abstract

This study addresses the increasing complexity of understanding factors influencing technology adoption, particularly in developing countries where emerging technologies evolve rapidly. The research aims to identify and analyze dominant trends, theoretical frameworks, variables, and contextual factors shaping technology adoption over the past decade. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) of 57 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025, data were processed through the PRISMA protocol and analyzed using VOSviewer software and meta-synthesis techniques. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness remain the most prevalent determinants, while new psychological, social, and cultural dimensions—such as trust, autonomy, technophobia, and social influence—are gaining scholarly attention. Research from developing economies, notably India, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, highlights context-specific challenges and the transformative role of technology in digital ecosystems. The study contributes by proposing an integrative framework synthesizing TAM, TPB, UTAUT, and S-O-R models, offering a comprehensive foundation for future research, policymaking, and practical innovation in technology adoption.

Abstract

This paper explores how fisherwomen in Makassar mediate the compounded tensions of family obligation and economic labor of co-operation as they adjust to digital technologies in the Home and Industrial Social Center. With a qualitative descriptive design, which is supported by phenomenology and has a linkage-bridging viewpoint, the study looks at how digital literacy is transforming quotidian practices, moderating collaborative practice, and intertwining with culturally normative values that command shared practice. Fifteen participants were interviewed using in-depth interviews and participant observation and reviewed documents, which allowed gathering data related to the pragmatic experience, as well as the emotional and embodied aspects of digital engagement. The results suggest that the digital literacy is a transformative force that broadens the market, enhances the efficiency of the operations, and strengthens the feeling of agency in the fisherwomen. At the same time, it is associated with new stressors, such as physiological exhaustion, time disruption, and increased domestic tension levels in regard to prolonged online activity. Instead of reducing the dual burden, the digital tools re-structure it into a hybrid taxonomy of domestic, manual and digital work which the women have to negotiate all the time. The analysis of linkage-bridging shows that internal resources (siri Naa pacce and peer-based learning) are compatible with external digital resources to enable adaptive capabilities within the cooperative. This overlap brings about the Dual Digital Bridge framework which illustrates how local cultural values can be made in line with technological innovation in coastal locations.
