Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using flashcards as a medium in the internalization of students' memorization abilities through the Tahfidz extracurricular program at MI Nurul Islam, located in Kelurahan Mayangan, Kecamatan Mayangan, Probolinggo City. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of flashcards in the Tahfidz teaching process. The research was conducted on May 20, 2024, and involved various data sources, including recordings of the learning process, student evaluation results, curriculum documents, and guidelines for using flashcards. The informants included teachers, students, parents, and school administrators. Data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data reduction was carried out by noting and summarizing important information, while data presentation facilitated the understanding of research results through explanations and diagrams. Conclusions were drawn to summarize the research findings and present them meaningfully. Data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques, comparing interview results, observations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and validity. The research findings are expected to provide valuable contributions to the development and improvement of the Tahfidz extracurricular program and the effectiveness of using flashcards in enhancing Quran memorization skills among students at MI Nurul Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Karya sastra puisi merupakan sebuah karya tulis yang memiliki nilai estetik dan memiliki karakter yang unik. Karya sastra tidak akan lepas dari dunia Pendidikan dimana karya sastra akan selalu berhubungan erat dengan Pendidikan. Salah satu karya sastra terpopuler adalah karya sastra Chairil Anwar. Karyanya mengambarkan ideologi penyair. Peserta didik dapat mengenal karya sastra melalui pembelajaran sastra di sekolah. Dalam pengajarannya peserta didik harus diberikan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 peserta didik di kelas X SMA Perkappen Sinumbra Ciwidey. Peneliti menerapkan bahan ajar mengenai karya sastra Chairil Anwar kepada peserta didik dan memberikan soal pertanyaan kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui pemahaman pada materi dari bahan ajar tersebut. Pada penelitian ini penulis meneliti syair yang bertemakan nilai nasionalisme, indikator nilai nasionalisme dan layak atau tidak jika di masukkan ke dalam bahan ajar kelas X SMA. Terdapat 3 syair yang bertemakan nilai nasionalisme dan 3 indikator nilai nasionalisme berdasarkan profil pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran dan LKPD yang peneliti lakukan kepada siswa SMA Perkappen Sinumbra kelas X sesuai dengan tujuan peneliti, yaitu hasil yang di capai layak berdasarkan standar KKM Bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: analisis objektif, pendidikan, bahan ajar, LKPD.

Abstract

Education is the initial capital to improve the quality of human resources themselves because with education it is hoped that humans will have high knowledge and skills. However, education cannot be separated from the cost of education itself. The Law (UU) No. 20/2003 concerning "the National Education System" explicitly explained that education financing outside of salaries is 20% of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and 20% of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), while PP No. 19/2005 concerning concerning "the National Education System" explains that education funding includes operational costs which include salaries. The purpose of this research is to find out how the education financing system exists in Indonesia, especially at the Merangin Integrated Vocational High School (VHS), Jambi Province. Therefore education is a shared responsibility both from the government and from the community itself. Quality education requires a high cost. The results of this study indicate that what is the pattern of education financing in Indonesia, especially at the Integrated Merangin VHS institution.

Abstract

Schools are integrated educational institutions, where there are supporting components within an institution, this is school administration and this cannot be separated from competent personnel who can handle this matter, so to handle administration in a school institution, competent personnel are needed according to their expertise. This research aims to determine the influence of school administration services on Vocational High School (VHS) 15 Merangin students, to determine the influence of teacher administration services on VHS 15 Merangin students, and the influence of administration on the VHS 15 Merangin institution itself. In this research, researchers used quantitative research methods, with instrument testing taking place at VHS 15 Merangin. The sample used was 34 students. Data collection through questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the research showed that there was a good influence of school administration services on students, namely 25 students (73.5%), and the remaining 9 students (26.5%) were influenced by other factors. There is a positive influence of teacher administrative services on students, namely 27 students (79.4%), and the remaining 7 students (20.6%) are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

One of the main agricultural products in Ampel Village, Wuluhan Subdistrict, Jember Regency, is maize; therefore, corn cobs are abundantly available. This condition indicates strong potential for developing environmentally friendly, high-value charcoal briquettes. This community service program aims to enhance farmers’ skills in producing corn cob briquettes independently, provide affordable, environmentally friendly alternative energy sources, improve understanding of innovative packaging to increase product value, and create new business opportunities based on local agricultural waste. This program employs an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, focusing on the utilization of local assets and potentials in Ampel Village. The corn cob briquette training improved farmers’ knowledge and skills in processing agricultural waste into high-quality briquettes with innovative packaging. The program opens new business opportunities, reduces dependence on conventional fuels such as LPG or kerosene, and supports sustainable development, although it still faces challenges related to seasonal raw material availability, product quality, and market access. Keywords: Farmer Productivity, Corn Cob Briquettes, Innovative Packaging Salah satu hasil pertanian di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember adalah jagung, sehingga bonggol jagung di desa ini melimpah. Realitas ini membuat menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pengembangan arang briket yang ramah lingkungan dan bernilai guna tinggi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan petani dalam memproduksi briket bonggol jagung secara mandiri, menyediakan alternatif energi murah dan ramah lingkungan, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kemasan inovatif untuk nilai jual, serta membuka peluang usaha baru berbasis limbah pertanian lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan asset dan potensi masyarakat Desa Ampel. Pelatihan briket janggel jagung di Desa Ampel meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam mengolah limbah menjadi briket berkualitas dengan kemasan inovatif. Program ini membuka peluang usaha, mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar konvensional seperti LPG atau minyak, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan, meski masih menghadapi tantangan bahan baku musiman, kualitas produk, dan akses pasar. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian regional, namun banyak perusahaan ini masih menghadapi kendala dalam manajemen bisnis dan pemasaran. Salah satu contohnya adalah UMKM yang memproduksi keripik singkong dan pisang di Dusun Gruneng, Desa Jatirejo.  Meskipun telah beroperasi selama bertahun-tahun, perusahaan ini belum secara optimal menerapkan manajemen bisnis digital atau pemasaran digital. Situasi ini telah menyebabkan penurunan daya saing produk dan keterbatasan penetrasi pasar. Inisiatif kontribusi komunitas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah dengan mendukung manajemen bisnis digital dan pemasaran. Pendekatan dukungan partisipatif diterapkan, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: pengamatan dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan implementasi program serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pencatatan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, perbaikan identitas dan promosi produk melalui desain label dan media promosi offline, serta peningkatan visibilitas usaha melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan Google Maps. Pendampingan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan usaha dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM dan penguatan ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of "Institutional Transcendence" by examining whether institutional origins (public vs. private schools) influence the multidimensional moderate character of prospective elementary teachers. Employing a comparative quantitative approach combined with structural modeling, data were elicited from 76 second-semester students of the Elementary School Teacher Education program. The results of a One-Way ANOVA demonstrate no statistically significant disparity in moderate character levels based on institutional origins (F=0.071, p=0.791 > 0.05). Furthermore, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) confirms the structural integrity of the multidimensional model (R2 = 0.196), identifying Cultural Adaptability and Conflict Resolution as the most significant drivers of moderation. These findings suggest that the higher education environment acts as a potent "Equalizer," effectively homogenizing values through a shared academic ecosystem. The study concludes that while the "Equalizer" effect successfully aligns cognitive and affective dispositions, a "Knowing to Action Gap" persists, necessitating a pedagogical shift toward experiential "Moral Action" to transform theoretical moderation into decisive civic courage.
