Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using flashcards as a medium in the internalization of students' memorization abilities through the Tahfidz extracurricular program at MI Nurul Islam, located in Kelurahan Mayangan, Kecamatan Mayangan, Probolinggo City. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of flashcards in the Tahfidz teaching process. The research was conducted on May 20, 2024, and involved various data sources, including recordings of the learning process, student evaluation results, curriculum documents, and guidelines for using flashcards. The informants included teachers, students, parents, and school administrators. Data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data reduction was carried out by noting and summarizing important information, while data presentation facilitated the understanding of research results through explanations and diagrams. Conclusions were drawn to summarize the research findings and present them meaningfully. Data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques, comparing interview results, observations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and validity. The research findings are expected to provide valuable contributions to the development and improvement of the Tahfidz extracurricular program and the effectiveness of using flashcards in enhancing Quran memorization skills among students at MI Nurul Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Karya sastra puisi merupakan sebuah karya tulis yang memiliki nilai estetik dan memiliki karakter yang unik. Karya sastra tidak akan lepas dari dunia Pendidikan dimana karya sastra akan selalu berhubungan erat dengan Pendidikan. Salah satu karya sastra terpopuler adalah karya sastra Chairil Anwar. Karyanya mengambarkan ideologi penyair. Peserta didik dapat mengenal karya sastra melalui pembelajaran sastra di sekolah. Dalam pengajarannya peserta didik harus diberikan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 10 peserta didik di kelas X SMA Perkappen Sinumbra Ciwidey. Peneliti menerapkan bahan ajar mengenai karya sastra Chairil Anwar kepada peserta didik dan memberikan soal pertanyaan kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui pemahaman pada materi dari bahan ajar tersebut. Pada penelitian ini penulis meneliti syair yang bertemakan nilai nasionalisme, indikator nilai nasionalisme dan layak atau tidak jika di masukkan ke dalam bahan ajar kelas X SMA. Terdapat 3 syair yang bertemakan nilai nasionalisme dan 3 indikator nilai nasionalisme berdasarkan profil pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran dan LKPD yang peneliti lakukan kepada siswa SMA Perkappen Sinumbra kelas X sesuai dengan tujuan peneliti, yaitu hasil yang di capai layak berdasarkan standar KKM Bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: analisis objektif, pendidikan, bahan ajar, LKPD.

Abstract

Education is the initial capital to improve the quality of human resources themselves because with education it is hoped that humans will have high knowledge and skills. However, education cannot be separated from the cost of education itself. The Law (UU) No. 20/2003 concerning "the National Education System" explicitly explained that education financing outside of salaries is 20% of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and 20% of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), while PP No. 19/2005 concerning concerning "the National Education System" explains that education funding includes operational costs which include salaries. The purpose of this research is to find out how the education financing system exists in Indonesia, especially at the Merangin Integrated Vocational High School (VHS), Jambi Province. Therefore education is a shared responsibility both from the government and from the community itself. Quality education requires a high cost. The results of this study indicate that what is the pattern of education financing in Indonesia, especially at the Integrated Merangin VHS institution.

Abstract

Schools are integrated educational institutions, where there are supporting components within an institution, this is school administration and this cannot be separated from competent personnel who can handle this matter, so to handle administration in a school institution, competent personnel are needed according to their expertise. This research aims to determine the influence of school administration services on Vocational High School (VHS) 15 Merangin students, to determine the influence of teacher administration services on VHS 15 Merangin students, and the influence of administration on the VHS 15 Merangin institution itself. In this research, researchers used quantitative research methods, with instrument testing taking place at VHS 15 Merangin. The sample used was 34 students. Data collection through questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the research showed that there was a good influence of school administration services on students, namely 25 students (73.5%), and the remaining 9 students (26.5%) were influenced by other factors. There is a positive influence of teacher administrative services on students, namely 27 students (79.4%), and the remaining 7 students (20.6%) are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

  Membahas pentingnya menjaga kejujuran dan keberkahan dalam praktik bisnis dari perspektif etika bisnis Islam, dengan fokus pada pelaku usaha di wilayah Jawa Timur. Dalam konteks ekonomi modern yang sarat kompetisi, nilai-nilai moral sering kali terabaikan. Etika bisnis Islam menekankan prinsip kejujuran (shidq), amanah, keadilan, dan keberkahan sebagai fondasi utama dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur dan observasi lapangan melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa pelaku UMKM di Surabaya, Sidoarjo, dan Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku bisnis yang menerapkan prinsip kejujuran dan menghindari praktik curang, seperti riba, penipuan, dan eksploitasi, cenderung mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen yang tinggi dan keberlangsungan usaha yang stabil. Keberkahan dalam bisnis tidak hanya diukur dari keuntungan materi, tetapi juga dari ketenangan batin dan relasi sosial yang harmonis. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam bukan hanya idealisme normatif, tetapi dapat menjadi strategi berkelanjutan dalam pembangunan ekonomi berbasis nilai. Oleh karena itu, edukasi dan pembinaan etika bisnis Islam perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya di kalangan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Jawa Timur.
