Abstract

Proses evaluasi pembelajaran salah satunya adalah melaksanakan ujian untuk mendapatkan nilai. Perolehan nilai erat kaitannya dengan soal ujian. Soal ujian yang diberikan harus menjadi alat ukur yang memadai untuk melakukan evaluasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang karakteristik setiap butir soal perlu dilakukan analisis soal dengan melihat aspek nilai pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran. SMAN 1 Cibungbulang adalah salah satu intitusi pendidikan yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Guru harus melakukan analisis terhadap soal yang telah dibuatnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut seringkali menemui kendala seperti terjadi salah perhitungan dan proses pengolahan datanya memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dan diikuti oleh guru di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang sebanyak 45 orang. Langkah evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas analisis soal sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru dan melaksanakan post test. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, 69% peserta dapat menyerap materi dengan baik dan sisanya 31% masih perlu pendampingan intensif untuk melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

ABSTRACT CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a web-based application that manages the maintenance schedule of machines and tools in the industry. The CMMS application created at PT Bit Maker Automation is named Bitems. The user and master data module in the CMMS application is one of the features to manage application user data and vendor data at the company. The methodology for making CMMS applications is the Prototype methodology and there are two iterations. The programming language used is PHP and Javascript, and using the CodeIgniter with the concept is HMVC. There is one access right in making user and master data modules, namely engineering leader as admin. In making user and master data modules in the CMMS application, the application can manage user , user menu, user role, and vendor data. In addition, the application provides features to group users and menus in a group, and can upload pdf on vendor features. ABSTRAK CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang mengelola jadwal pemeliharaan mesin dan alat pada industri. Aplikasi CMMS yang dibuat pada PT Bit Maker Automation diberi nama Bitems. Modul user dan master data pada aplikasi CMMS menjadi salah satu fitur untuk mengelola data user aplikasi dan data vendor pada perusahaan. Metodologi dalam pembuatan aplikasi CMMS yaitu metodologi Prototipe dan terdapat dua iterasi. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan Javascript, serta menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan konsep HMVC.Terdapat satu hak akses pada pembuatan modul user dan master data , yaitu engineering leader sebagai admin.pada pembuatan modul user dan master data pada aplikasi CMMS yaitu aplikasi dapat melakukan pengelolaan user, menu user, role user, dan data vendor. Selain itu, aplikasi menyediakan fitur untuk mengelompokkan user dan menu dalam sebuah group, serta dapat mengunggah pdf pada fitur vendor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Rimba Makmur Utama is located on Jalan Kantin No.8 Kota Bogor. This private business company is engaged in the field of forest restoration on the island of Kalimantan, precisely in the Sampit region. This company's restoration is to save the forest from illegal logging and protect animals from extinction in the forests around the Sampit area. PT Rimba Makmur Utama is already using a hotspot so users can connect to the internet. However, problems arise when users move between rooms or places in the office but the wireless signal coverage cannot be reached. To overcome this, the solution is to build a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) network. WDS is a method that can be used to expand wireless networks by connecting multiple access points without using cables. Hotspot networks do not always provide fast and stable internet access. To overcome this, a user management system and bandwidth are needed using the Remote Authentication Dial In User Service protocol or RADIUS Server. User Manager is a RADIUS Server developed by MikroTik. All the area in the building have been covered with the internet. Users need username and password to connected to the network in the building.

Abstract

This study aims to build an Event Management Server Log using ELK Stack (Elastic searchLogstash Kibana) which can make it easier to read and analyze log services on the server. TheEvent Management Server log in this study uses CentOS 7 as the Central Server and CentOS7 as a client-server with ssh services installed. This research consists of five stages. The stagesare analysis, network design, server configuration, client configuration, and testing. Theexperimental results show that all ssh log services that occur on the client-server sent inrealtime to the central server. Even though the contents of the log file on the client-server hasdeleted. In This study, in addition to sending logs, it can also display a percentage of successreferences.

Abstract

All activities have been online since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia. IPB also supports government policy by partially locking down the campus area. Administrative activities are also in online mode. Online correspondence activities still require a signature as a form of validity and authentication of the letter. The scanned signature is different from the digital signature. Thus an application was made to create digital signatures. This application is named eSVi sign. This web-based application was made by using Prototype method. Prototype method consists of communication, planning and modeling quickly, making prototypes, submitting the system to users and feedback. This app uses a hash function with SHA256. Each signed document is assigned a hash value which is stored in storage. When the document is verified, the system will look for a hash value that matches the document in the database. The method to test this application was black box testing. This application can be accessed on the https://ipb.link/esvisign. This digital signature is only used within the College of Vocational Studies IPB University.

Abstract

PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (PT RNI) is one of Stated-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is a holding company for the food industry. The primary industries of PT. RNI are agriculture and agroindustry, livestock and fisheries, as well as trade and logistics. In the internal scope of the company there is an activity, namely the submission of the procurement of goods and services, in that there is an applicant who wants to make a procurement proposal to meet the daily needs of his work.Procurement Submission at PT RNI, an employee must follow the flow with the provisions of large projects such as for example in building construction which of course have differences in terms of budget, level of urgency and method of submission. In addition, the applicant must also send a procurement request file which must go to the room unit concerned. A solution for creating a web-based internal goods and services procurement application, whose key feature is to submit a procurement request and have it validated by the verifier, can address this issue.The method used in making the application is the prototype method which consists of stages of communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype and deployment delivery and feedback. In addition, in making the system testing using black box testing which is centered on the functionality of the software. ABSTRAKPT. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang Pertanian dan Agroindustri, Peternakan dan Perikanan, serta Perdagangan dan Logistik.Salah satu kegiatan perusahaan yaitu pengajuan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Pengajuan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian pekerjaan.Salah satu contoh pengajuan di PT. RNI adalah pengajuan inventaris barang. Saat pihak pegawai melakukan pengajuan inventaris maka pihak pegawai harus mengisi sebuah formulir pengajuan. Formulir ini selanjutnya diberikan kepada pihak verifikator untuk dikaji dan disetujui. Proses ini menjadi sangat panjang ketika ada proyek konstruksi gedung. Untuk proyek besar memerlukan proses yang cukup panjang, perlu adanya pengkajian dari segi anggaran, tingkat urgensi dan metode pengajuan. Apabila proses ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir pengajuan, maka akan banyak berkas yang diberikan. Pengelolaan pengajuan dengan cara seperti ini berpotensi membuat berkas menjadi tercecer, terselip bahkan hilang. Disisi lain, pihak pegawai tidak bisa melakukan pelacakan pengajuan yang dia ajukan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan dibuatnya Aplikasi Pengajuan Barang dan Jasa Internal berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Proses pengajuan diharapkan menjadi lebih cepat dan dapat memantau proses pengajuan dengan sangat baik. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Prototipe. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Blackbox.

Abstract

Aquaponics is an alternative to cultivating plants and fish in one place. This technique integrates fish farming with plants. In this case, aquaponic plants utilize nutrients from fish waste. Plants in aquaponics function as a biofilter, which will reduce these toxic substances into substances that are not harmful to fish and supply oxygen to fish-keeping ponds. With this technique, there will be a symbiosis of mutualism or a mutually beneficial cycle. The advantages obtained are the efficiency of water use and the reduction of waste contamination resulting from disposal into public waters. The water recirculation period affects the quality and quantity of fish and plants produced. Turbidity for cultivation should be no more than 25 NTU. Therefore, this tool is designed to detect the turbidity value of fish pond water in order to know the time to drain the pond using a turbidity sensor and regulate water irrigation in aquaponic installations based on light intensity values so that water does not stagnate in the installation pipe. The manufacture of this tool uses several components, such as an Arduino as a microcontroller, LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensor functions to turn on and off the pump, turbidity sensor functions to determine the turbidity value of pool water, and water level sensor functions to adjust the water level when draining and filling. pond water. At pump 1, the water will turn on if the intensity value of the LDR sensor is 650. If the turbidity sensor value is 25 NTU, then pump 2 will turn on and dump pool water into the shelter. After the pond water is drained to the specified height level, pump 3 will turn on to fill the fish pond with water. Pump 3 will stop when the water level is > 665.

Abstract

Companies use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to integrate their business processes. One of the ERP applications is ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central. The method of transferring product and product stock data from Jubelio Omnichannel to ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central is still being done manually. This study integrates the Dynamics 365 ERP application with Jubelio Omnichannel to help process transactions. Integration between the two applications is made by adding the following features: automatic addition of product data from Jubelio Omnichannel to Dynamics 365 Business Central, creating an automatic product data transfer feature from Jubelio Omnichannel to Dynamics 365 Business Central, post adjustment feature to adjust product stock data from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Jubelio Omnichannel automatically, as well as the all adjustment feature for automatic withdrawal of product stock data from Jubelio Omnichannel to Dynamics 365 Business Central. The integration process also aims to make the product and product stock data formats from Jubelio match the data formats in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This research was conducted using the Scrum methodology. After integration, existing product data on Jubelio Omnichannel can be entered into Dynamics 365 Business Central items. In addition, inventory adjustments (post adjustments) can be made from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Jubelio Omnichannel. Transaction data from Jubelio can be directly pulled into Dynamics 365 Business Central. ABSTRAK Perusahaan menggunakan Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) untuk mengintegrasikan proses bisnisnya, salah satu contohnya adalah ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central. Saat ini, proses pemindahan data product dan product stock dari Jubelio Omnichannel ke ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central masih dilakukan secara manual. Namun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan aplikasi ERP Dynamics 365 dengan Jubelio Omnichannel untuk mempermudah proses transaksi. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menambahkan beberapa fitur, seperti penambahan data product secara otomatis dari Jubelio Omnichannel ke Dynamics 365 Business Central, transfer data product secara otomatis dari Jubelio Omnichannel ke Dynamics 365 Business Central, post adjustment untuk penyesuaian data product stock dari Dynamics 365 Business Central ke Jubelio Omnichannel secara otomatis, serta all adjustment untuk penarikan data product stock secara otomatis dari Jubelio Omnichannel ke Dynamics 365 Business Central. Tujuan dari proses integrasi ini adalah agar format data product dan product stock dari Jubelio sesuai dengan format data pada Dynamics 365 Business Central. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Scrum. Setelah proses integrasi selesai, data product dari Jubelio Omnichannel dapat masuk ke item Dynamics 365 Business Central dan dilakukan penyesuaian persediaan dari Dynamics 365 Business Central ke Jubelio Omnichannel. Selain itu, data transaksi dari Jubelio dapat langsung ditarik ke Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world’s largest producer of palm oil. To preserve its competitive advantages, the Indonesian oil palm sector must expand high-quality palm oil output. In oil palm quality control, the water content is a crucial parameter as it can be used as a reference to determine the right harvest time. Thus, this study proposed a near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy as a fast and non-destructive analysis to assess oil palm water content. NIR spectra were processed using Shannon entropy to describe the characteristics at each wavelength. In this study, oil palm fruit samples at various maturity levels were collected with eight different maturity fractions. Based on the analysis, the Shannon entropy value is closely related to any changes in the water content of palm oil. The entropy value has a decreasing trend as the water content increases. The proposed technique can predict the water content of an oil palm with satisfactory performance with values of 0.9746 of coefficient of determination (R2) and 2,487 of root mean square error (RMSE). Application of this model will lead to a fast and accurate prediction system related to oil palm water content.

Abstract

Produktivitas pertanian di Indonesia masih belum optimal. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah petani belum memiliki informasi yang tepat mengenai komoditas pertanian yang cocok ditanam berdasarkan lokasi geografisnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi komoditas pertanian berdasarkan lokasi geografis yang dapat membantu petani dalam meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Pendekatan ini difokuskan pada desain konseptual sistem, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor geografis seperti jenis tanah dan iklim. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan rekomendasi komoditas pertanian yang tepat untuk setiap lokasi, membantu petani membuat keputusan yang lebih informasional dan terukur. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode Unified Approach. Metode ini merupakan metode pengembangan sistem yang menggabungkan berbagai metode dan teknik yang telah ada sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi komoditas pertanian berdasarkan lokasi geografis yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian di Indonesia.
