Abstract

Adanya ketidakpuasan pasien dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yaitu gagal berkomunikasi, krisis waktu, kualitas produk atau jasa, kualitas atau mutu pelayanan, harga, dan biaya. Berdasarkan kotak saran yang ada di Puskesmas Olak Kemang Kota Jambi bahwa pasien tidak puas dengan kinerja petugas, pasien menyatakan bahwa petugas kurang ramah dalam melayani, pemeriksaan dari dokter terlalu cepat dan konsultasi sama dokter kurang memuaskan, lahan parkiran yang sempit dan kursi tunggu yang sedikit.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk Menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Olak Kemang Teluk Kota Jambi Tahun 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Olak Kemang tahun 2020, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling.Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3-5 januari 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien sebesar 80,77%. Berdasarkan analisa diagram kartersius aspek dimensi mutu yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien : Tempat parkir kendaraan luas/memadai, kursi ruang tunggu yang cukup dan bersih, Ruangan Puskesmas bersih dan nyaman, Waktu Pelayanan pendaftaran tidak lama dan Petugas melayani dengan senyum, salam, sopan dan sapa kepada pasien.

Abstract

Health is one of the human rights, the fulfillment of which is the responsibility of the government in every country, Puskesmas is the agency that organizes government affairs in the health sector in the sub-district. The author chose the Wonosalam 2 Demak Health Center as the object of this research.This study aimed to determine the duties and authorities of the Wonosalam 2 Demak Health Center in managing medical waste as a form of environmental health protection and to determine the extent of the obstacles to the medical waste management process. The research method uses a sociological juridical approach by discussing its juridical aspects as well as discussing social aspects which cover certain legal phenomena with the main data collection method being primary data, namely through observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and surveys as well as supporting data is secondary data taken from the study. References. Methods of data analysis using qualitative normative analysis.The obstacle factor that became an obstacle to the management of medical waste at the Wonosalam 2 Demak Health Center was the absence of internal SOP work instructions so the management of medical B3 waste had not been carried out systematically from start to finish. Lack of medical waste management knowledge from health workers or medical personnel as well as competence from environmental sanitation who are not yet certified will become obstacles to proper medical waste management.

Abstract

Salah satu tanggung jawab pemerintah adalah menyediakan sarana kesehatan. Hal tersebut dijalankan melalui tugas dan wewenang Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) sebagai lembaga yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang kesehatan daerah. Permasalahan  yang  dihadapi  oleh Puskesmas saat ini adalah tidak tersedianya sarana atau alat untuk pengolahan limbah  medis. Penulis memilih Puskesmas Wonosalam 2 Demak sebagai UPTD Puskesmas yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kebijakan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tugas dan wewenang Puskesmas Wonosalam 2 Demak dalam pengelolaan limbah medis sebagai bentuk perlindungan kesehatan lingkungan dan mengetahui sejauh mana hambatan dalam proses pengelolaan limbah medis.  Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan membahas aspek yuridisnya serta membahas aspek sosial yang mencakup fenomena hukum tertentu dengan metode pengumpulan data. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah UPTD Puskesmas Wonosalam 2 Demak telah melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya dalam pengelolaan limbah medis sebagai bentuk perlindungan kesehatan lingkungan, meskipun belum optimal. Faktor penghambat yang menjadi kendala dalam pengelolaan limbah medis di Puskesmas Wonosalam 2 Demak adalah belum adanya SOP instruksi kerja internal, sehingga pengelolaan limbah B3 medis belum terlaksana secara sistematis dari awal hingga akhir.

Abstract

Pendekatan Project Based Learning (PjBL) merupakan inovasi dalam pembelajaran yang mendorong peserta didik untuk aktif, bereksperimen, dan menemukan prinsip belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan implementasi model PjBL dalam pembelajaran Fiqih untuk meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa kelas VII di MTs Negeri Kota Pasuruan; dan (2) Mengetahui bentuk kreativitas siswa melalui penerapan model tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer berasal dari guru fiqih dan siswa kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model PjBL dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan (kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup), serta evaluasi. Model ini terbukti mendorong kreativitas belajar siswa, seperti kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, kerja sama kelompok, serta menghasilkan ide-ide inovatif. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan PjBL dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih aktif dan bermakna.

Abstract

Menari Tanon Village, Semarang, has a uniqueness and cultural diversity that is closely related to one of the mathematical concepts, namely geometry. So that it can be used as material for mathematics lessons in schools. This study aims to describe cultural activities in Menari Tanon Tourism Village, Semarang such as farming, livestock raising, dancing, and artifacts related to mathematics to be used as learning materials in elementary mathematics learning activities. The research method used is the method of observation and interviews with the Menari Village (Village Head, Founder of Dancing Tourism Village and Surrounding Communities). The results of the study show that Menari Tanon Village Semarang has cultural diversity related to learning mathematics in elementary schools such as recognizing flat shapes in farming activities, calculating geometric shapes in livestock activities, recognizing angles and lines in dancing activities, recognizing flat shapes on artifact studies. This research is expected to provide benefits for the development of elementary mathematics learning by raising the culture found in the Menari Tourism Village as a cultural tourism village.

Abstract

The need for gadgets in today's world is increasing. Among them, 30 million children and teenagers in Indonesia use gadgets for learning and communication. The excessive frequency of gadget use is a mistake that is often ignored by many gadget users themselves. Mistakes that often occur include improper positioning and lighting intensity that is too high, resulting in a decrease in visual acuity. This also has an impact on children's difficulties in carrying out their daily activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of gadget use on the degradation of visual acuity in school-age children at SDN 09 Sumur. Using quantitative descriptive method with Cross Sectional approach. The sample size of this study was 55 people from grades 1-5. Data processing using Chi-square test with p value <0.05. The results of the analysis showed a value of p = 0.015 which means that there is an influence between light intensity and the position of gadget use on the degradation of visual acuity. However, there is no statistical effect between the frequency of screen time and the degradation of visual acuity with a value of p = 0.0112. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the intensity of light when using gadgets on the degradation of visual acuity and there is no influence between the frequency of the duration of gadget use and the degradation of visual acuity.

Abstract

In a rapidly evolving digital era, a younger generation called ‘digital natives’ have grown up with technology influencing the way they interact and learn. The Merdeka Curriculum, launched by Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2022, aims to adapt education to the needs of this generation. It emphasises the development of 21st century competencies, including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication (4Cs), as well as digital literacy which includes understanding and using technology safely and effectively. This research uses the literature review method to analyse the relevance of Merdeka Curriculum in preparing a generation of digital natives. The literature reviewed includes various sources from academic databases and trusted institutional reports, focusing on education, technology, and developmental psychology. The results of the analysis show that Merdeka Curriculum integrates technology in learning, encourages project-based learning, and personalisation to suit the preferences of digital natives. Nonetheless, the implementation of this curriculum faces challenges such as the digital divide and teacher readiness. The government needs to improve infrastructure, teacher training and community support to overcome these challenges. In conclusion, Merdeka Curriculum has significant potential in preparing students for success in the digital era, both locally and globally. It not only aims to improve digital skills, but also develops character and human values, preparing students to become reflective and ethical global citizens.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of existing literature, focusing on identifying publication trends, inter-topic connection related to Liveworksheet, the most frequently cited articles, and determining which subjects most widely utilize Liveworksheet in elementary schools. This research employs a bibliometric analysis method using the PRISMA approach. Data were collected through the Publish or Perish application using the Google Scholar database, applying relevant keywords within the time span of 2015–2025. The article selection process involved stages of identification, screening, and eligibility, resulting in 34 articles that were further analyzed. The collected data were extracted in RIS format, stored in Mendeley, and analyzed using the VOSviewer software. The analysis includes network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization. The results of the bibliometric analysis indicate a growing trend in the use of Liveworksheet in elementary schools from 2021 to 2024, peaking in 2022 and 2024. Mathematics is the subject that most frequently utilizes Liveworksheet, while other subjects are still limited in their use of this tool in teaching and learning. This study confirms the potential of Liveworksheet in supporting interactive and innovative learning but highlights the need for further research to address limitations and optimize its use across various subjects.

Abstract

The Indonesian capital markets have undergone a notable transformation, shifting from a savings-oriented society to one that is increasingly investment-oriented. This shift is particularly evident among Generation Z, who now constitute the majority of investors. In the Berau Regency of East Kalimantan Province, there has been a significant rise in individual stock ownership, reflecting a growing investment interest, especially among younger demographics. This study, conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS, examined 203 participants from the Generation Z population in Berau Regency. The findings indicate that financial literacy—encompassing knowledge of personal finance, savings, loans, insurance, and investment—along with financial behavior, plays a critical role in shaping an individual's investment preferences. Additionally, investment expertise was found to be advantageous for investors. However, minimum capital requirements and return on investment were not significant factors influencing investment preferences. In contrast, risk perception positively impacted investment preferences, with considerations spanning financial, social, performance, time, and psychological factors. These results provide valuable insights into the factors influencing investment interest in the capital market, particularly among young investors. To enhance the objectivity and applicability of future research, it is recommended to account for respondents' characteristics, geographical conditions, and more representative samples, as these factors may yield different outcomes.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan masalah fundamental yang menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi, memperburuk ketimpangan sosial, dan menggerus kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga negara. Jaksa memiliki peran vital dalam penegakan hukum terhadap kasus korupsi yang sering kali dikaitkan dengan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran jaksa dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi dengan pendekatan normatif. Berdasarkan kajian terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia, jaksa diharapkan mampu menjalankan tugas secara efektif dan transparan. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian normatif, tinjauan pustaka, serta analisis terhadap kasus-kasus korupsi dan TPPU yang ditangani oleh kejaksaan.
