Abstract

Informasi adalah salah satu faktor penting yang sangat berpengaruh dalam mewujudkan dunia usaha yang dinamis, terkendali dan berkembang dengan cepat. Perkembangan dunia bisnis saat ini sangat pesat, seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi. Restoran Billiechick adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner yaitu penjualan makanan, minuman serta cake. Hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan masalah dalam operasionalnya yaitu pelanggan harus menunggu lama dalam memesanan menu dan kesulitan pengelola dalam mengontrol operasionalnya, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka dirancanglah sebuah aplikasi yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh restoran Billiechick. Sebuah sistem aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web yang diaplikasikan pada restoran Billiechick diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan operasionalnya. Aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web yang dirancang dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dan mempermudah perusahaan mengontrol pelayanan dan transaksi yang terjadi. Aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web dapat menjadi parameter penilaian untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Meningkatnya mutu pelayanan diharapkan dapat menjalin hubungan baik untuk menciptakan pelanggan yang loyal. Rancangan Sistem Pemesanan berbasis web telah diimplementasikan dan berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat memudahkan pelanggan serta karyawan dalam proses pemesanan di restoran Biliechick.

Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of cultures, hospitality, and people who have good ethics. Moral problems often occur and are commonplace, such as corruption, collusion, nepotism, promiscuity and drug abuse, sexual harassment, theft, and murder. The Indonesian nation experienced moral degradation. Moral education refers to the concept of Moral Behavior. Ethical behavior is grouped into three parts: Moral Attitudes, Moral Feelings, and Moral Thoughts. Moral education is very dependent on how to educate parents, association, and the community environment. Moral issues are not enough just to do an analysis of moral education, such as the perspective of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. But also provide solutions so that moral improvement can occur. One of the solutions for improving morale is, of course, by providing education for moral improvement, such as establishing a school with the aim of improving morale. This is what drives the establishment of schools based on moral education, which use the perspectives of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. One of the proposals is moral-based education with the help of information technology. Information technology is capable of performing tasks such as controlling the behavior of students, teachers, and being able to control content that is not in line with the educational curriculum. The results of monitoring students can be reported online at any time. This research aims to provide moral improvement solutions by establishing a moral-based school, with the help of Enterprise Architecture as a Framework. This Enterprise Architecture output is an Information Technology Blueprint for system development in schools. The approach used is the Framework from The Open Group Architecture Framework.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the mortality rate due to non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is increasing. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are types of diseases that are not caused by germ infections. It is a chronic or catastrophic disease that can cause economic disruption for the sufferer due to the length of treatment and can cause limb disabilities. Various non-communicable diseases like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, and others. Routine basic health checks are one way to prevent non-communicable diseases. The community service program provides free basics health services in collaboration with the Puskesmas of Roa Malaka village by providing health services including checking blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol. The results of this community service activity carried out by ITB Swadharma are beneficial for the Roa Malaka health center to detect diseases that may appear in the community so that preventive action can be taken by providing various drugs needed.Di Indonesia, angka kematian akibat dari penyakit tidak menular (PTM) semakin meningkat. Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan jenis penyakit yang bukan disebabkan oleh infeksi kuman. Penyakit ini termasuk kronik atau katastropik yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan ekonomi bagi penderitanya karena lamanya perawatan dan dapat menyebabkan cacat pada anggota tubuh. Macam penyakit tidak menular seperti penyakit jantung, kanker, diabetes, stroke dan lain lain. Pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar secara rutin, merupakan salah satu cara pencegahan berbagai macam penyakit tidak menular. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan menyediakan layanan kesehatan dasar secara gratis bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas kelurahan Roa Malaka dengan memberikan layanan kesehatan diantaranya pengecekan tekanan darah, gula darah, asam urat, dan kolesterol. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh ITB Swadharma ini sangat membantu puskesmas Roa Malaka untuk mendeteksi penyakit yang kemungkinan muncul di masyarakat, sehingga dapat diambil tindakan preventif dengan menyediakan berbagai obat yang dibutuhan.

Abstract

Communication through networks has entered a new era, where information technology and computer networking have become crucial in the business world. Mastery of this technology will determine the success of institutions and industries in the era of globalization, requiring human resources capable of quickly adapting to developments in information and communication technology (ICT). For this reason, SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, which offers a major in Computer Network and Telecommunication Engineering, collaborates with ITB Swadharma in providing training as part of the Community Service (PKM) activities. This training includes materials on local network design, wireless network installation, IP subnetting, switch configuration, and the latest technologies such as software-defined networking (SDN) and the P4 protocol. Using the Cisco Packet Tracer application, this training prepares students for competency exams and the workforce. The training method, combining lectures, Q&A sessions, and hands-on practice, has proven effective, with an average score increase of 30 points from pre-test to post-test. The results show that students acquire understanding and skills relevant to industry needs, better preparing them for competency exams and the workforce. Additionally, this activity strengthens the relationship between ITB Swadharma and SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, demonstrating the university's commitment to supporting vocational education. With sustainable support, it is hoped that the students of SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta can continue to grow and contribute positively to the ICT field. Suggestions for future PKM activities include adding materials on network security and IT project management, integrating the latest technology trends such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), and providing advanced training. Additionally, developing soft skills and organizing workshops or seminars in the technology field are recommended. With these steps, PKM activities can continue to provide significant benefits to students and strengthen vocational education in computer network engineering.Komunikasi melalui jaringan telah memasuki era baru, di mana teknologi informasi dan jaringan komputer menjadi krusial dalam dunia bisnis. Penguasaan teknologi ini akan menjadi penentu kesuksesan institusi dan industri di era globalisasi, sehingga dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu beradaptasi cepat terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Untuk itu, SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta yang menawarkan jurusan Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi, bekerja sama dengan ITB Swadharma dalam memberikan pelatihan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Pelatihan ini mencakup materi pembuatan desain jaringan lokal, pemasangan jaringan nirkabel, IP Subnetting, konfigurasi switch, dan teknologi terbaru seperti Software-Defined Networking (SDN) dan Protokol P4. Menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi Uji Kompetensi dan dunia kerja. Metode pelatihan yang menggabungkan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung terbukti efektif, dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai peserta sebesar 30 poin dari pre-test ke post-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman dan keterampilan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri, yang mempersiapkan mereka lebih baik untuk Uji Kompetensi dan dunia kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mempererat hubungan antara ITB Swadharma dan SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, serta menunjukkan komitmen perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung pendidikan vokasi. Dengan dukungan berkelanjutan, diharapkan siswa SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta dapat terus berkembang dan berkontribusi positif di bidang TIK. Saran untuk kegiatan PKM di masa mendatang meliputi penambahan materi tentang keamanan jaringan dan manajemen proyek TI, integrasi tren teknologi terbaru seperti Internet of Things (IoT) dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), serta pelatihan lanjutan. Selain itu, pengembangan soft skills dan penyelenggaraan workshop atau seminar di bidang teknologi. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, kegiatan PKM dapat terus memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi siswa dan memperkuat pendidikan vokasi di bidang teknik jaringan komputer dan telekomunikasi.

Abstract

Higher education is a critical sector in the advancement of a nation, and the caliber of instruction provided within this domain is predominantly dictated by the effectiveness of lecturers. Enhancing the performance of lecturers has the potential to elevate both the standard of education and instruction. In order for educational institutions to attain commendable benchmarks for performance and eligibility, they must be guided by a Head of Study Program who possesses thorough expertise in the field of leadership. Data for this study were collected via direct interviews with the Head of the Study Program and indirect and direct observation. The findings of this study indicate that the Head of the Business Study Program at Swadarma Institute of Technology has implemented various strategies to enhance lecturer performance. Among these is the provision of professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and mentoring, which assist lecturers in refining their teaching abilities and remaining current with the most recent trends and optimal methodologies.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure equipment at SMKN 11 Jakarta is currently recorded in books and recapitulated into Microsoft Excel. It has problems controlling the inventory data of school facilities and infrastructure in detail. Sometimes items recorded in the admin do not match the number of items in the warehouse, resulting in the slow preparation of inventory reports on facilities and infrastructure at the school. This research aims to design an inventory system for facilities and infrastructure at SMKN 11 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative method using a field research approach and library research in the data collection method. The result is a prototype of the facilities and infrastructure inventory system application at SMKN 11 that passed the testing, and there are no errors and can run well according to the needs.Sistem persediaan peralatan sarana dan prasarana pada sekolah SMKN 11 Jakarta pada saat ini masih dicatat dalam buku dan direkap kembali ke dalam Microsoft Excel. Sehingga memiliki kendala untuk mengontrol data inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana sekolah secara detail. Terkadang jumlah barang yang tercatat di admin tidak sesuai dengan jumlah barang yang ada di gudang, mengakibatkan lambatnya pembuatan laporan inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana yang ada pada sekolah SMKN 11 Jakarta.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dalam metode pengumpulan datanya. Hasilnya berupa purwarupa aplikasi sistem inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana di SMKN 11 yang setelah diuji tidak terdapat kesalahan dan dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven the adoption of deep learning technology for data analysis across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and agriculture. This study aims to develop a data mining framework based on deep neural networks by exploring transfer learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of prediction and classification processes. The research employs a research and development (R&D) approach with systematic stages, including a literature review, framework design, data collection and processing, framework implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed framework was tested in three primary data domains: healthcare, education, and agriculture. The data underwent cleaning, normalisation, and augmentation to improve quality and variety. The framework was implemented using the TensorFlow library, leveraging pre-trained models such as ResNet50 and InceptionV3. The evaluation used accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and training time efficiency metrics. The results demonstrate that the framework achieved an average accuracy of over 90%, improving training time efficiency by up to 60% compared to training from scratch. The transfer learning technique enabled the utilisation of pre-trained models to enhance prediction performance while requiring smaller training datasets. This study also identified key challenges in implementing deep learning technology in Indonesia, including limited infrastructure and low interpretability of analytical results. Consequently, the framework was designed to support interpretability through intuitive data visualisation and flexibility to adapt to various sectors. This framework is not only academically relevant but also practical, providing significant contributions to data-driven decision-making and improving organisational competitiveness in Indonesia.Transformasi digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 telah mendorong penggunaan teknologi deep learning untuk analisis data di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan framework data mining berbasis deep neural networks dengan eksplorasi teknik transfer learning untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses prediksi serta klasifikasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan tahapan sistematis, termasuk studi literatur, perancangan framework, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, implementasi framework, dan evaluasi kinerja. Framework yang dikembangkan diuji pada tiga domain data utama: data kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Data yang digunakan melalui tahapan pembersihan, normalisasi, dan augmentasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan variasi data. Implementasi framework dilakukan menggunakan pustaka TensorFlow dengan memanfaatkan model pra-latih seperti ResNet50 dan InceptionV3. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan efisiensi waktu pelatihan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa framework ini mencapai akurasi rata-rata di atas 90%, dengan efisiensi waktu pelatihan meningkat hingga 60% dibandingkan metode pelatihan dari awal. Teknik transfer learning memungkinkan pemanfaatan model pra-latih untuk meningkatkan kinerja prediksi dengan kebutuhan data pelatihan yang lebih kecil. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam penerapan teknologi deep learning di Indonesia, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya tingkat interpretabilitas hasil analisis. Oleh karena itu, framework ini dirancang untuk mendukung interpretabilitas melalui visualisasi data yang intuitif, serta fleksibilitas untuk diadaptasi di berbagai sektor. Framework ini tidak hanya relevan secara akademis tetapi juga aplikatif, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dan peningkatan daya saing organisasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

To improve teacher performance and education quality at ITB Swadharma, this research explains the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). The qualitative case study research focuses on ITB Swadharma's Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). Data collection methods include direct observation, document and archival searches, and interviews. The research shows that IQAS at ITB Swadharma improves education through research and innovation. ITB Swadharma can improve inclusivity, relevance, and comprehensiveness by focusing on program evaluation, student empowerment, technology implementation, industry collaboration, internal quality monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and best practices adoption. The institution can better adapt to education sector and student needs with IQAS. ITB Swadharma can improve educational quality by incorporating students, alumni, staff, the local community, and industry partners. According to ITB Swadharma's QAI's academic and quality documents, the IQAS Cycle implements IQAS policies and ideas. Leadership commitment, auditor shortages, and IQAS routineness are issues. Quality assurance expertise, auditor training, and a culture of quality assurance address these issues. The results of annual IQAS examination are used to promote quality. Quality management criteria from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT) and the Independent Accreditation Agency (LAM) influence IQAS implementation.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including logistics and the supply chain. The Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data are two key technologies that have attracted the attention of many researchers and practitioners due to their potential to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in logistics processes and supply chain management. This study explores the integration of IoT and big data for optimizing logistics and supply chains, as well as identifying related benefits and challenges. The research methodology used is a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through literature reviews, interviews, questionnaires, and field observations. The results show that the integration of IoT and big data can improve operational efficiency, demand forecasting accuracy, route optimization, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Real-time tracking with IoT devices reduces the risk of lost goods by up to 30%, while process automation reduces the need for human intervention and increases operational efficiency by 25%. Big Data analysis helps in more accurate demand forecasting with a 15% improvement in accuracy, and route optimization reduces average delivery time by 10% and fuel consumption by 15%. Predictive maintenance with IoT data reduces vehicle downtime by up to 20%, and risk analytics reduce risk incidents by 18%. Although there are challenges regarding data security, device interoperability, and effective data management, solutions such as data encryption, the development of universal industry standards, and the use of cloud computing technology can address these issues. This study concludes that the integration of IoT and big data has great potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chains, making a significant contribution to this industry in Indonesia..Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk logistik dan rantai pasokan. Internet of Things (IoT) dan Big Data merupakan dua teknologi utama yang menarik perhatian banyak peneliti dan praktisi karena potensinya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam proses logistik dan manajemen rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi IoT dan Big Data untuk optimasi logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metodologi campuran yang menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi peramalan permintaan, optimasi rute pengiriman, manajemen risiko, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pelacakan real-time dengan perangkat IoT mengurangi risiko kehilangan barang hingga 30%, sementara otomatisasi proses mengurangi kebutuhan intervensi manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sebesar 25%. Analisis Big Data membantu peramalan permintaan yang lebih akurat dengan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 15%, serta optimasi rute pengiriman yang mengurangi waktu pengiriman rata-rata sebesar 10% dan konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 15%. Pemeliharaan prediktif dengan data IoT mengurangi waktu henti kendaraan hingga 20%, dan analitik risiko mengurangi insiden risiko hingga 18%. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal keamanan data, interoperabilitas perangkat, dan manajemen data yang efektif, solusi seperti enkripsi data, pengembangan standar industri, dan penggunaan teknologi cloud computing dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan Big Data memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas logistik dan rantai pasokan, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi industri ini di Indonesia.
