High and sustainable economic growth is the main condition or a must for the continuity of economic development and increased welfare. GRDP is defined as the total added value generated by all business units in an area. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. Panel data regression is used to observe the relationship between one dependent variable and one or more independent variables. This study aims to determine the panel regression model of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia for the period 2018 to 2021 and to find out whether the domestic investment investment variable and the cooperative business volume variable affect GRDP in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The results obtained in this study are that the best panel regression model for modeling GRDP is the FEM model and the variable Domestic Investment Investment and Cooperative Business Volume are variables that have a significant effect on the GRDP variable in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstrak – Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga Kelurahan Lalampanua Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Masalahnya adalah: mitra belum memiliki keterampilan pembuatan pie dengan penambahan puree ubi Ungu, dan belum mengetahui cara merencanakan menjual hasil olah pie dengan penambahan puree ubi Ungu. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan mitra pendamping. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan keterampilan pembuatan pie dengan penambahan puree ubi Ungu baik dari pengetahuan bahan, pengetahuan alat dan pengetahuan pengolahan.Kata kunci: Keterampilan, Pengolahan pie, Puree ubi Ungu.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of academic supervision and managerial leadership of school principals on the work motivation of elementary school teachers in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses survey research methods. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis (R), determination analysis (R2), and combined regression coefficient test (F test). The results of the research are that there is a significant influence between academic supervision on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the managerial leadership of school principals on teacher work motivation in Kuta Cot Glie District, Aceh Besar Regency; there is a significant influence between the principal's academic supervision and managerial leadership on teacher work motivation at the State Elementary School, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency; The contribution of academic supervision to teacher work motivation was 38.8%; the contribution of the principal's managerial influence to teacher work motivation was 51.3%; The contribution of the influence of Principal Leadership and School Teacher Work Motivation on Student Learning Achievement is 57.8%

Setiap proses produksi dalam suatu perusahaan tidak lepas dari segala bahaya risiko kecelakaan kerja terhadap para tenaga kerja. Maka, dalam suatu perusahaan diperlukan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) guna mengurangi dan mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Untuk itu perlunya kesehatan kerja karena bagian dari ilmu kesehatan yang bertujuan agar tenaga kerja memperoleh keadaan kesehatan yang sempurna baik fisik, mental maupun sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan kesehatan kerja di PT.KHBL Kecamatan Binuang, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Key informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manager, DEF.HSE, ADM. HRD dan pekerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan wawancara yang dilakukan, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan PT. KHBL di Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi belum sepenuhnya memenuhi peraturan K3, yang masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perbaiki seperti tidak tersedianya petugas kesehatan dan fasilitas penunjang kesehatan.

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women is a significant nutritional issue in Indonesia, including in Dusun Tundung, Desa Mantang, NTB, with a prevalence of 17% in the first trimester of pregnancy. Addressing CED through nutritional education and community empowerment is crucial to reduce the risk of pregnancy complications. The aim of this study is to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women and reduce the prevalence of CED through nutrition-based interventions. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with active community participation. The subjects of the study were 25 pregnant women at risk of CED. The results showed an average weight gain of 1.5-2 kg, an increase in the proportion of pregnant women with normal nutritional status from 40% to 68%, and a decrease in the prevalence of CED from 28% to 12%. Active family participation in preparing nutritious menus and the use of audiovisual educational media played a key role in the success of the program. In conclusion, community-based nutrition education programs are effective in improving the nutritional status of pregnant women and reducing the prevalence of CED in high-risk areas.

Perineal wound occurs because of a tear in birth canal or because of an episiotomy during childbirth. Slow healing of perineal wound can increase the risk of infection, so nutritional intake is needed, especially proteins that support new cell growth. This study utilized a Quasi-Experimental method with type of posstest-only control group design. Population in this study was postpartum mothers, with a total sample of 40 people taken by total sampling technique. Results showed that mean value in control group was 6.9, while mean value in intervention group was 4.8. Additionally, Mann-Whitney U test results obtained p = 0.000. In conclusion, there is an average difference in perineal wound healing between intervention and control groups, and there is an effect of giving cork fish extract (Channa striata) to perineal wound. It is expected that researchers can share this knowledge with postpartum mothers so that they consume cork fish extract as a therapy to accelerate perineal wound healing

Education is not only oriented towards mastering academic material, but also aims to shape students' character, one of which is through discipline and active involvement in school activities. This article aims to explain the importance of student administration management strategies in improving student discipline and involvement. Student administration is an integral part of educational management that includes various activities such as student data management, guidance and counseling, extracurricular activities, and monitoring student behavior. This study uses a literature review approach by analyzing various book references and scientific articles. The results of the discussion show that organized student administration is able to create an orderly, conducive school climate that supports the learning process. The strategies implemented include the implementation of a digital-based data management system, strict supervision of student attendance and behavior, and student involvement in school organizations such as OSIS. This strategy has proven effective in fostering disciplined character and increasing student involvement, which ultimately has a positive impact on academic and non-academic achievement. Therefore, good student administration management is the key to realizing holistic and character-based education.

The lack of public knowledge regarding pulmonary tuberculosis can influence the increase in the spread of the disease in Indonesia. So the purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers empowering the welfare of the family of neighborhood association 08 community association 04 East Cepiring Village, Cepiring District, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, regarding pulmonary tuberculosis. The education provided is related to radiological examinations to establish the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis so that it is expected to help reduce the number of incidents of the spread of the disease, especially in Kendal Regency. The stages of community service activities consist of licensing, implementation and reporting. The activity was carried out using the lecture method. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the results showed that there was an increase in knowledge related to radiological examinations to confirm the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis by 98% and an increase in knowledge related to the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis by 98% among mothers, empowering the welfare of families, neighborhood association 08 community association 04 East Cepiring Village, Cepiring District, Kendal Regency, Central Java Province. This increase in knowledge is expected to help reduce the number of people suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis in various regions of Indonesia, especially in Kendal Regency.
