Abstract

Salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan sebagai garda terdepan dalam wabah Covid-19 adalah radiografer, yaitu dengan melakukan pemeriksaan penunjang radiologi. Pemeriksaan radiologi yang digunakan untuk menunjang diagnosa corona virus disease 2019 diantaranya adalah pemeriksaan foto thorax dan CT scan thorax. Faktor psikologis yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan disaat pandemi corona virus disease 2019 memunculkan kecemasan mengenai kesehatan diri sendiri dan keluarga. Dampak kecemasan yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan dapat berpotensi mengganggu bahkan sampai mematikan pelayanan kesehatan dan akan mempengaruhi penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kecemasan Radiografer Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Radiologi Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Rumah Sakit Baitul Hikmah Kendal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendiskripsikan atau menggambarakan fakta-fakta mengenai populasi secara sistematis, dan akurat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua radiografer di Rumah Sakit Baitul Hikmah Kendal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua radiografer di Rumah Sakit Baitul Hikmah Kendal sejumlah 4 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner Zung-Self Anxiety Rating Scale (ZSAS). Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat yang menghasilkan distribusi dan persentase dari tiap variabel. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa seluruh responden tidak ada kecemasan dalam memberikan pelayanan radiologi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 4 orang (100%). Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlunya dukungan dari berbagai pihak baik pimpinan, keluarga dan sesama tenaga kesehatan tak terkecuali diri sendiri untuk dapat mengurangi tingkat kecemasan radiografer sebagai salah satu garda terdepan dalam mengahadapi wabah Covid 19. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe government has made various efforts, including early detection of breast cancer in women aged 30-50 years using the Clinical Breast Examination method. The incidence of breast cancer in Indonesia is 8,625 cases and 82% of them are found to be at an advanced stage. This is due to the reluctance of women to carry out early examinations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge about breast cancer on clinical breast examination behavior in women of childbearing age. The type of research used is quantitative research with an analytic survey research method, namely a survey or research that tries to explore how and why health phenomena occur. The population in this study were Women of Reproductive Age with a total sample of 33 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the relationship between the two variables using the Chi-Square test. From the results of the study it was found that most of the respondents had good knowledge about breast cancer, namely as many as 21 people (63.6%) and most of the respondents did not carry out Clinical Breast Examination as many as 18 people (54.5%) with a pvalue = 0.155 > 0.05 . so that there is no influence between Knowledge of Breast Cancer and the Implementation of Clinical Breast Examination in the Ngijo Village, Gunung Pati District, Semarang City. There needs to be an effort to increase knowledge and willingness to carry out Clinical Breast Examination as one of the efforts for Early Detection of Breast Cancer. Keywords: breast cancer; clinical breast examination; early detection                                                                                            ABSTRAK                                             Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya antara lain deteksi dini kanker payudara pada perempuan usia 30-50 tahun dengan menggunakan metode Pemeriksaan Payudara Klinis. Angka kejadian kanker payudara di Indonesia sebanyak 8.625 kasus dan ditemukan 82% diantaranya sudah berada pada stadium lanjut. Hal ini disebabkan keengganan perempuan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan tentang kanker payudara terhadap perilaku pemeriksaan payudara klinis pada wanita usia subur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei analitik yaitu survei atau penelitian yang mencoba menggali bagaimana dan mengapa fenomena kesehatan terjadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 33 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis hubungan antara dua variabel menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang kanker payudara yaitu sebanyak 21 orang (63,6%) dan sebagian besar responden tidak melakukan Pemeriksaan Payudara Klinis sebanyak 18 orang (54,5%) dengan pvalue = 0,155 > 0,05. sehingga tidak ada pengaruh antara Pengetahuan tentang Kanker Payudara dengan Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Payudara Klinis di Kelurahan Ngijo Kecamatan Gunung Pati Kota Semarang. Perlu adanya upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemauan untuk melakukan Pemeriksaan Payudara Klinis sebagai salah satu upaya Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara. Kata kunci: kanker payudara;pemeriksaan payudara klinis; deteksi dini

Abstract

Radiology as a means of support in making a diagnosis must be able to meet the minimum service standards of the hospital. According to Kepmenkes no. 129 of 2008 there are 4 indicators of Minimum Service Standards that must be met by radiology installations, namely: waiting time for thorax photos is not more than three hours, the executor is a radiology specialist, the damage of X-ray service failure in the form of photo damage ≤ 2%, customer satisfaction is set at ≥ 80%. These service standards must be carried out to maintain service quality and become a benchmark in performance assessment. This study aims to determine the procedures and results of the analysis of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Radiology Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews with parties involved in the hospital quality assurance program and documentation of SPM program data that has been done.The data that has been obtained will be transcribed and reduced. Then the analysis will be carried out by referring to the SMP that has been determined by the hospital and the Kepmenkes. Furthermore, indicators that do not meet the standards will be evaluated in the hope that the quality assurance program can meet the standards. The results showed that the implementation of radiology minimum service standards at Bhayangkara Semarang Hospital has been carried out, including 4 indicators with the results meeting the standards, but processing and evaluation have not been carried out.

Abstract

The aim of the education carried out for vocational students at Widya Husada University Semarang is to increase understanding regarding radiological examinations which are used to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis and the treatment efforts that can be given to sufferers. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the level of understanding of vocational students regarding radiological examinations carried out before and after treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis has a percentage of 84% and the level of understanding regarding treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis which must be started from the beginning in patients who forget to take medication has a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

Pneumonia is inflammation or acute inflammation of the lung tissue caused by various microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi, exposure to chemicals or physical damage to the lungs. Meanwhile, pulmonary tuberculosis is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) and is an infectious disease. The use of thorax radiography is one of the most common radiological examinations in diagnosing diseases in the area of the heart and lungs. Radiography of the lungs is necessary to confirm the diagnosis of pneumonia. The accuracy of the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis depends on the method of taking examination material and the availability of diagnostic tools, for example microbiological tests, anatomical pathology, serology, thorax radiography and others. This study aims to find out how the thorax radiographic examination procedure is carried out in cases of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Radiology Installation of Semarang District Hospital. This type of research is descriptive descriptive research with a case study approach. The research subjects used in this study were 1 patient who performed a thorax radiographic examination in a case of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis at the Radiology Installation of Semarang District Hospital. From the results of the data obtained, it is known that in the procedure for examining thorax radiography in cases of pneumonia with a specific process of pulmonary tuberculosis there is no special patient preparation, the patient is only asked to remove objects that can interfere with radiographic images in the area of the thoracic cavity being examined. The tools used include x-ray machines, bucky stands, imaging plates and computed radiography. The projection used is the postero anterior (PA) projection.

Abstract

One way to diagnose disease can be done by radiological examination. However, the lack of public knowledge regarding radiological examinations to diagnose disease makes people afraid of carrying out radiological examinations because of the radiation effects they may receive. The aim of the service activities carried out for women in the scope of empowering family welfare in Tegorejo Village, Pegandon, Kendal, Central Java Province is regarding education on radiological examinations to enforce disease diagnoses using the lecture method. It is hoped that this can increase public knowledge regarding radiological examinations, especially regarding genu radiographic examinations to diagnose osteoarthritis and mammography examinations to diagnose mammary carcinoma are expected to help reduce people's fear of radiological examinations. From this service activity, the result was an increase in knowledge regarding genu radiography examination to diagnose osteoarthritis by 94% and an increase in knowledge regarding mammography examination to diagnose mammary carcinoma by 97%.

Abstract

Electric cigarettes or what are often called vapes are a type of electronic nicotine delivery agent. In electric cigarettes what is inhaled does not come from dry tobacco leaves, but liquid. In some circles, it is said that electric cigarettes are considered safer than conventional cigarettes, apart from that, electric cigarettes are considered to be a technique for reducing smoking habits for users. The aim of the community service activities carried out for the teenagers of Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Ranting Tugu Semarang is to increase teenagers' knowledge of the dangers of electric cigarettes for health. Community service activities are carried out using the lecture method. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the results obtained are an increase in teenagers' knowledge of the dangers of electric cigarettes for health and the desire of teenagers who smoke to stop smoking.

Abstract

Radiographic film processing is divided into conventional and digital. Conventional radiography film processing uses manual and automatic while digital radiography film processing uses computed radiography and digital radiography. Conventional radiographic film processing is carried out in a special room called a darkroom. As time goes by, Radiology Installations in various health services are starting to abandon conventional radiographic film processing and switch to digital. However, as a basic knowledge, radiology students must still know conventional radiographic film processing in order to know the development process of radiographic film processing. The aim of the education carried out for new students at the Widya Husada University Semarang Radiology Study Program is to increase knowledge of manual radiographic film processing and increase knowledge of the steps for using manual radiographic film processing. This educational activity is carried out using lecture and practical methods. Based on educational activities carried out for new students of the Radiology Study Program, the results showed that there was an increase in knowledge regarding manual radiographic film processing by 100% and there was an increase in knowledge regarding the steps for using manual radiography film processing by 97.8%.

Abstract

The elbow joint is the joint between the humerus and radioulna. One of the disorders that occurs in the musculoskeletal system is a fracture. A fracture is an event that breaks the continuity of bone tissue. One action that can be taken to treat bone fractures is surgery, open reduction internal fixation. One of the supporting examinations to see the condition of the bones after the open reduction internal fixation procedure is a radiological examination with conventional radiography. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure for radiographic examination of elbow joints in cases of post open reduction internal fixation in the Radiology Installation of Kendal District Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The research results obtained were that the radiographic examination procedure for the elbow joint in post open reduction internal fixation cases did not require any special patient preparation, the patient was only asked to remove objects in the elbow joint area to be examined so as not to interfere with the radiograph results such as elastic bandage locks. Tools and materials used in the examination include an x-ray machines, examination table, imaging plate measuring 18x24 cm, a chair for the patient to sit in and a computed radiography device. The projections used are anteroposterior projection and lateral projection.
