Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya unsur etnopedagogik dalam pembelajaran serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persepsi mahasiswa baru PGSD terhadap lagu Manuk Dadali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengetahui etnopedagogi dalam sebuah lagu daerah Manuk Dadali. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 subjek penelitian (responden) mahasiswa baru PGSD yang tersebar di Universitas di Kab. Kuningan. Dengan jumlah 77 mahasiswa perempuan dan 29 mahasiswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengetahui akan lagu daerah Manuk Dadali dan mengetahui makna terkandung dalam lagu daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Pandemic conditions have caused various changes, including in the world of education, in the learning process. Learning that started at school now takes place at home. There are some parents who complain about the difficulty of conditioning their children to be disciplined and willing to study at home with their parents. The impact of studying at home not only affects children's cognitive intelligence, but also aspects of attitude. The method of implementing the service, namely reading aloud training activities, is carried out as a form of anticipation of conditions that are getting worse or even as a solution to improve conditions that are not good. The results of the activity obtained a positive response showing that reading aloud based on direct synectics using fairy tales provides motivation to be enthusiastic about learning, to be a good and responsible child.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary school driving schools. This study was conducted using a phenomenological approach because the researcher was interested in studying more deeply the phenomenon of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools, this study was also conducted to determine to what extent the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can be implemented in elementary schools. This study was conducted in several driving elementary schools in Kuningan Regency. The informants in this study were teachers, principals and facilitators. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interview techniques. As a basis for the interview instrument, the researcher used a guideline book for the stages of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum compiled by the BSKAP of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2022, which consists of 4 stages of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, namely the initial stage, the developing stage, the ready stage, the advanced stage which consists of 14 aspects. Based on the 14 aspects observed in elementary schools. the results of information processing illustrate that there is 1 aspect, namely the design of the Operational Curriculum of the Education Unit (KOSP), the average school has reached the advanced stage, while the other 13 aspects, the average school is at the initial stage, namely the category still using the example/draft of the Merdeka Curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Education, Research and Technology in the independent teaching platform. Abstract

Sistem pendidikan tidak terlepas dari sumber daya. Guru menjadi salah satu garda terdepan dalam pelaksanaan yang dinamis berkembang dan berubah sesuai kebutuhan. Pemerintah Indonesia mengatur bahwa guru wajib memiliki 4 kompetensi yaitu kompetensi profesional, sosial, pedagogik dan kepribadian. Kompetensi kepribadian sangat erat dengan kesadaran dan motivasi dalam mengajar pada individu guru. Proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tentu bukan hanya mentransfer ilmu tapi juga mentransfer nilai karakter. Sekolah dasar menjadi satuan pendidikan paling awal pada jenjang formal dimana kualitas kompetensi guru nya harus baik untuk menghasilkan siswa yang berkarakter baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam proses pembelajaran dari sudut pandang guru itu sendiri dan juga siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi dan survei melalui instrumen rubrik yang diisi oleh guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda antara tanggapan siswa dan guru pada indikator-indikator kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hal ini berarti guru belum secara utuh mengoptimalkan kemampuan kompetensi kepribadiannya dalam mengajar.
