Abstract

Education institutions in Indonesia generally expect the graduates to obtain jobs that are in line with the areas in which they are engaged when studying. But the hope is only a small part of the education in islamic boarding school which is expecting the graduates to be students who have the ability or self-skills, have a high social spirit and solidarity, good manners, Devoted to both parents and dedicated to the nation, state and religion. Therefore, the importance of the role and function of islamic boarding school to provide personal and social life skills. Personal and social life will be taught in Pondok Pesantren including the independence of students and the development of social souls (mutual help and foster the spirit of fellow students cooperation). This research is a qualitative study, with observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results show that first, the strategy of islamic boarding school Pangeran Diponegoro in the development of students independence is Kiai and the caregivers give advice, train the spirit of students leadership, familiarize the students in doing Activities in accordance with the regulations, the example of Kiai. Secondly, the strategy in social soul development by familiarizing students cares, maintaining togetherness, interacting, and behaving of sympathy and empathy.

Abstract

The taekwondo match is led by a referee and three judges in charge of giving scores to athletes who get points. The position of these judges is at the edge of the determined arena. The judging system requires many devices such as joy-stick, in-focus and a computer that each device must be connected to each other by using a wire, this method is felt to be less effective where the position of the cable should not be touched or trampled by the player or referee in the match area. To overcome this, it is necessary to design a judging system that utilizes Android with wireless networks to make it easier to give points. The judging process as described can be improved by utilizing information technology in the form of an Android smart phone for judging by using an input device in the form of an Android phone that serves to enter points that will later be displayed. The test results show that the application are more compatible with the World Taekwondo Competition Rules & Interpretation 2018 compared to the previous tools that have not been used in the latest regulations

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui makna simbol dalam agama Sikh di Indonesia, khususnya di Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Pentingnya kajian ini dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Aqidah dan Filsafat Islam, Fakultas Ushuluddin, UIN dalam rangka tersedianya data dan informasi terhadap segenap umat beragama yang dipeluk oleh sedikit masyarakat Indonesia, seperti agama Sikh. Aspek-aspek yang dilihat antara lain adalah, bentuk Rumah Ibadah agam Sikh yang jika kita lihat sekilas menyerupai masjid dalam agama Islam, selain itu budaya seperti memakai Turban, merawat Jenggot dan Rambut, memakai pakaian yang sopan dan sebagainya, ini semua hampir kurang lebih sama dengan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Antropologi, untuk melihat aspek kehidupan beragama, dan perilaku beragama pada agama Sikh. Kehadiran penganut agama Sikh ke Indonesia berasal dari Amritsar, Punjab, India, (sekarang masuk wilayah Pakistan) masuk melewati Aceh, Sumatera Utara dan Jakarta. Keberadaan pemeluk agama Sikh di Jabodetabek sampai saat ini masih subaltern. Secara teologis pemeluk agama Sikh percaya terhadap monoteisme yang disebut Waheguru dan pendirinya Guru Nanank (1469–1539). Kitab sucinya Guru Granth Sahib. Kuil Sikh disebut Gurdwara atau “gerbang menuju Guru”.

Abstract

School is a system consisting of components that are interrelated and influence each other to achieve one goal. In an effort to achieve school goals, a lot of data processing is carried out. However, middle school academic data processing, especially around me, is still done manually and is still less effective and efficient. Manual processes are error-prone, time-consuming, and often lead to data inconsistencies. By designing this web-based academic information system, it is hoped that it can increase efficiency and effectiveness in processing data and accessing data quickly. The design of this system is expected to be able to manage student data, teacher data, class data, schedule data and student grade data efficiently. Web-based solutions provide the flexibility to access the system from anywhere, which is especially useful for teachers, students and administrative staff. This accessibility will facilitate better communication and collaboration between all stakeholders in the school environment. Additionally, features such as automatic report generation, attendance tracking, and real-time updates will significantly reduce the administrative workload and allow teachers to focus more on educational activities. By implementing this web-based academic information system, the school environment is expected to experience positive impacts, including increased data accuracy, better resource allocation, and increased decision-making abilities. Ultimately, the system aims to support the school's mission of providing quality education and fostering an environment where students can thrive academically. The successful implementation of this system will become a model for other schools that want to modernize their academic data management processes

Abstract

Menentukan akar penyebab keterlambatan laporan audit adalah tujuan utama kami dalam melakukan penyelidikan ini. Dalam studi ini, kami melihat bisnis indeks IDX30 dari tahun 2019–2021, dan kami melihat bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti ukuran komite audit, likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas mempengaruhi keterlambatan laporan audit. Mulai tahun 2019 hingga 2021, BEI akan menjadi indeks bagi tiga puluh perusahaan berbeda. Dengan menggunakan strategi seleksi yang bertujuan, tiga belas sampel dipilih secara acak dari kelompok ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 24 untuk melakukan analisis statistik terhadap data sekunder. Analisis tersebut meliputi regresi linier berganda, statistik deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, uji T, dan uji F. Keterlambatan laporan audit secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan, menurut penelitian tersebut. Likuiditas dan komite audit juga tidak berhubungan dengan keterlambatan laporan audit.

Abstract

The phenomenon of polygamy without the consent of the previous wife is discussed in this paper, along with its implications for Islamic law. In order to get firsthand information regarding the phenomena of polygamy, this qualitative study interviewed informants with polygamous backgrounds, polygamous individuals, religious leaders, and community leaders. To thoroughly explain and implement a normative sociological approach, the analysis was conducted using a descriptive, qualitative methodology. The findings show that the community is ignorant about the legitimacy of polygamy and a number of important factors that should be taken into account, including how it would affect the family and the children, which could have an effect on the community as a whole. The law of polygamy in Islam states that it is acceptable for the husband to have a strong opinion against it. Nonetheless, given that the KHI's legal provisions prohibited polygamy without the consent of the former wife, this implies that, despite the husband's religious legitimacy, it is illegal under Indonesian administrative law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sistem pendidikan di pesantren dengan pendekatan riset kepustakaan (library research). Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan, seperti buku, jurnal, laporan penelitian, dan referensi lain yang mendukung tema penelitian. Tahapan penelitian mencakup pengumpulan bahan pustaka, membaca, pencatatan, dan pengolahan informasi yang telah terkumpul. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten (content analysis), yang memungkinkan penarikan kesimpulan yang akurat berdasarkan dokumen dan sumber tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengajaran di pesantren terbagi menjadi dua bentuk utama: sistem pembelajaran klasikal dan non-klasikal. Sistem klasikal mengadopsi model pendidikan modern, di mana santri dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenjang kelas dan tingkat kemampuan, meliputi Madrasah Ibtida’iyah, Tsanawiyah, Aliyah, dan I’dadiyyah. Sebaliknya, sistem pembelajaran non-klasikal dilakukan melalui metode sorogan dan bandongan, di mana santri mendapatkan bimbingan langsung dari kiai. Kurikulum pendidikan pesantren secara garis besar terdiri dari kelompok mata pelajaran utama: fiqih, hadis, Al-Qur’an, tauhid, bahasa Arab (Nahwu dan Sorof), tafsir, akidah, dan hadis. Setiap mata pelajaran ini diajarkan melalui kitab-kitab yang telah ditentukan sesuai jenjang kelas atau tingkat kemampuan santri, mendukung pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan mendalam

Abstract

Di tengah dinamika bisnis global yang semakin kompleks, kelincahan karyawan (employee agility) menjadi kompetensi kunci untuk memastikan organisasi tetap adaptif dan kompetitif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi employee agility dalam periode 2021–2025, khususnya pasca disrupsi global. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 62 artikel yang ditelusuri melalui basis data Scopus, sebanyak 14 artikel terpilih dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa employee agility dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu (seperti motivasi intrinsik dan sikap adaptif), dukungan organisasional dan HRM, penggunaan teknologi digital seperti Enterprise Social Media (ESM), serta konteks krisis yang mendorong fleksibilitas kerja. Kajian ini juga menyoroti bahwa employee agility tidak hanya menjadi hasil dari intervensi organisasi, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai mediator penting dalam efektivitas pelatihan dan adaptasi organisasi. Implikasi praktis mencakup perlunya investasi dalam kompetensi digital, pengelolaan stres digital, serta integrasi pembelajaran berbasis kerja. Selain itu, kajian ini merekomendasikan arah penelitian masa depan yang lebih luas dengan pendekatan multilevel, longitudinal, dan integratif antar-disiplin. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan strategis bagi pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang responsif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study explores the use of data-driven planning to optimize the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) at SMAIT Ma'had Rabbani, utilizing a strategy based on the education report card. The approach consists of three key steps: Identify, Reflect, and Fix. The results highlight that RKAS optimization can be effectively achieved by leveraging data from education report cards. Key issues identified included low learning quality and students' numeracy skills. Reflection revealed that suboptimal teaching methods (score 51.14) contributed to poor learning quality, while difficulties in data management and uncertainty (score 48.4) affected numeracy skills. In the Fix stage, a learning organization design was implemented, addressing intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, and mapping the needs for educator and staff competency development. The budgeting process includes five stages: budget calculation, identifying available funds, adjusting activities if the budget is insufficient, procurement through SIPLAH or other channels, and reporting on the Arkas platform. This research demonstrates that a data-driven approach enhances RKAS preparation, improving educational services and ensuring professional and accountable financial management.
