Abstract

Community service on the socialization of sex education to teachers and students to improve understanding and skills related to sexual violence in children as an effort to prevent sexual violence against children. This service is also motivated by the results of cases of sexual abuse in children which are increasing every year so that prevention is needed through psychoeducation of sex in children. The method used in this service is mentoring and training which consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and monev. After this service program, the ability of teachers and students to demonstrate that sex education can increase teacher and student understanding of sexual violence.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations at KB Kartika, it was found that the independence of toileting at KB Kartika was still quite low. Considering the importance of self-reliance in toilet and considering the potential that based on PERMENDIKBUD No. 137 of 2014 children aged 3-4 years have been able to say 5-6 words, this study takes the formulation of the problem of how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan Srono Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of toilet training on the independence of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kartika Kepundungan srono Banyuwangi. This type of research used in this study is field research, which is a study of the reality of people's social lives directly. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of the data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study are that there is an influence of toilet training on the independence of the toilet of children aged 3-4 years at KB Kartika under the Srono Banyuwangi. The improvement that occurs every child is different. However, overall all children experience an increase in independence after toilet training.

Abstract

Researchers have been learning innovative design modifications based on conditions students in Islamic education of early childhood of IAI Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi called cooperative project based learning (CPBL). CPBL designed to give room for college students have been the motivation to improve when. Learning special consideration to prodi piaud as the subject of research is that students Islamic education of early childhood of IAI Ibrahimy dominated early childhood teachers not 75 with undergraduate degrees and percent has married so researchers seen so many factors affect the demotivasi. Assessing the efficacy approach cooperative project based learning done on the psychological capital (psycap) and student achievement. Researchers conducted to compare received treatment on an individual basis and do not get treatment. Learning researchers also measure the impact on student achievement through CPBL psycap with corelational method dan bootstrap technic.

Abstract

The use of gadget besides resulted in positive impacts with this renewal of the rapid information and knowledge, unwittingly also had a negative impact, one of these is the dependence.The negative impact of the use of other gawai is uneasy if not gadget holds or operates, incapacitates the socialization of children, cognitive and ability.This will be more terrible if the role without of supervision the neighborhood or parents, so that the child does not have control over the use of gadget. This study attempts to develop reading materials friendly children to overcome addiction gadget in young junior high school. This study using ADDIE model was with developmental step of the 5, analisys, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Output of this research is give aspiration of reading materials to overcome gadget addiction that emerged in the community and the publication of articles.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of using plastic straws as concrete manipulatives on first-grade students' addition skills in mathematics at MI An-Nidhom, a rural Islamic elementary school in Indonesia. Addressing the challenge of teaching abstract mathematical concepts to young learners, the research explores an innovative, low-cost, and sustainable pedagogical approach. Employing a mixed-methods design with a one-group pretest-posttest model (N=34), the study measured learning outcomes through standardized tests, classroom observations, and teacher interviews. Results demonstrated significant improvement in mathematical proficiency (t(33)=11.109, p<0.001, d=1.89), with 82% of students successfully transitioning from concrete to abstract understanding. The intervention also yielded environmental benefits, reducing plastic waste by 72% while enhancing students' ecological awareness. These findings contribute to both educational practice and sustainable development goals by demonstrating how locally available materials can effectively support foundational numeracy skills in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penilaian kinerja digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan strategis yang ada di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan di PT X. Metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Partisipan penelitian dipilih dengan purposive berdasarkan beberapa kriteria sehingga terdapat 3 partisipan penelitian. Analisis data yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja di PT X melakukan penilaian kinerja dengan sistem APMS dan SMKBK. Penilaian kinerja di PT X melalui beberapa tahapan. Penilaian kinerja dirancang dengan sistematis mulai dari penyusunan target, pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja, validasi oleh atasan, hingga hasil skor penilaian menjadi keputusan promosi jabatan. Sistem yang ada tidak hanya memastikan ketercapaian target operasional, tetapi juga memberikan feedback yang membangun melalui mekanisme coaching dan mentoring, sehingga mendukung pengembangan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan penilaian kinerja tersebut mampu berdampak pada pengelolaan SDM yang lebih baik dengan mengevaluasi setiap karyawannya.
