Abstract

The cash flow statement is a report that shows the flow of cash or cash that is in the company. The cash statement consists of cash inflows such as proceeds from receipts or sales and cash outflows which consist of expenses such as payment of expenses and expenses. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of PT. Indosat Tbk. in managing cash flow, especially in determining the projected investment made, based on the cash flow conditions of PT. Indosat Tbk in the period 2016-2018. The results of this study indicate that the comparative analysis of cash flow statements on total cash and cash equivalents, cash flow at the end of the period during the 2016-2018 period shows a percentage of -48.93%, 4.10%, -45.75%, for three consecutive years, and on Trend analysis is at PT. Indosat Tbk. shows the percentage figures of 51.07%, 104.10%, 54.25% for three consecutive years in the 2016-2018 period. Per component analysis shows that cash inflows and outflows are dominated by cash flows from operating activities with a tendency that cash inflows decrease while cash outflows increase. In a special cash flow ratio analysis shows that the cash flow adequacy ratio of PT. Indosat Tbk, shows a figure of 1.57 and a reinvestment ratio which shows a ratio of 25.65% which means that PT. Indosat Tbk is quite good at meeting the company's cash needs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a mismatch between theories regarding stock price movements that are influenced by inflation rates and BI Rate with conditions that occur in the field. In theory, when stock prices increase, it will be influenced by falling inflation and the BI Rate, and vice versa. But this is different from the conditions that occur in the field. This research aims to examine and determine the effect of inflation and BI Rate on the LQ45 company stock prices. This study uses the quantitative method by using the secondary data. From the results of the study using the t test, inflation has a tcount 0.828 and a Sig. 0.417. This shows that partially, inflation does not have a significant effect on stock prices. While the BI Rate has a value of -2.511 and a Sig. 0.020. This shows that partially, the BI Rate has a significant effect on stock prices. In correlation, inflation has a Sign value. (2-tailed) 0.068. This shows that in correlation, inflation does not have a significant relationship to the BI Rate. Simultaneously (F test), inflation and the BI Rate have a Fcount value of 5.005 and a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.017. This shows that simultaneously, inflation and the BI Rate have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Literature review aims to explore and evaluate previous research that has focused on the role of Human Resources in planning and career development in nonprofit organization. Several frameworks are explored and discussed. In this article, there is some evidence that shows that non-profit organizations have planning and career development that aims to achieve organizational goals, especially in the social aspect. This article has been reviewed based on research findings, methodology, country studied, and year of publication. The largest contribution of these 40 main research articles came from the United States (45%) and the highest published by researchers in 2017 (27.5%) with empirical study research methods (42%), The largest source of articles was obtained from the Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly (22.5%). This article describes descriptive analysis and qualitative thematic analysis to describe the analysis of the role of Human Resources in career planning and development in non-profit organizations in order to increase workforce loyalty and minimize turnover.

Abstract

A company need to capable in order to make a good plan about the proper amount of working capital based on what needed by the company, because the succesfull and the failure of company’s management in processing the working capital very affected toward the profitabolity of company. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of working capital toward profitability of PT Campina Ice cream Industry Tbk,the research method that used is a secondary data analysis method with the quantitative approach.population in this research is PT Campina Ice Cream industry Tbk and the sample that used is the data of finance report for period 2016 – 2019 that consist of balance sheet report and income statement. The statistic method that used are determination coeficient, correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing using the T test. The result of this research showed that there’s an influence that not really significant between the working capital and profitability

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment motivation, financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The data processed is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires with simple random sampling technique to students of the management study program at Sebelas April University. The research sample is 246 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of investment motivation, financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions. Financial literacy needs to be improved so that students are more motivated to make investments and have good finances for the future.

Abstract

Technological progress is a new driver of economic growth, if it is related to the financial sector, financial technology has been able to become a new instrument with the hope of increasing financial growth. This research aims to determine the role of financial technology in increasing financial literacy in generation Z . This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, research that includes an arrangement of interpretative techniques with understanding, not the frequency, of phenomena that often or rarely occur naturally in the social world. The research results show that all respondents know the term financial technology (fintech) and the fintech applications commonly used by generation z are Gopay, OVO, Shopee Pay, Dana. Regarding financial literacy, respondents are in the less literate category, only having limited knowledge about financial institutions, financial products and services. Special education is needed so that literacy regarding fintech and financial literacy continues to increase.

Abstract

The core problem of this research is the less than optimal working power of employees. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of competence, employee performance, and the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance at ID Express Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with quantitative analysis techniques, conducted through a survey method. Data collection techniques were analyzed by means of observation and questionnaires. The population of employees at ID Express Sumedang is 40 people and the research sample is 40 people. The research data uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the implementation of competence was 2,394 (very good) with an average of 85.50%, employee performance was 2,407 (very good) with an average of 85.96%, then the strong relationship between competence and employee performance at the ID Express Office Sumedang is 0.832 (strong relationship), and the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance at the Sumedang ID Express Office is 69.2% and there are still 30.8% other factors. The results of the hypothesis test, it turns out that tcount (9.24) > ttable (1.68595), it can be said that there is a positive influence between competence on employee performance at the Sumedang ID Express Office which is acceptable. To improve one's performance, employees have basic characteristics because individual characteristics are a deep and inherent part of a person

Abstract

Banking is the core of every country's financial system. Through lending activities and various services provided, the Bank serves financing needs and expedited payment system mechanisms for all sectors of the economy. The problem is customer complaints at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. Customer complaints are caused by the lack of rapid response from employees to customers, credit services are still slow, based on this research objective is to analyze and solutions to improve customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach. The sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique. Research informants are: cash chief, wado, teller , customer service and customers of PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Research variables have been analyzed, including: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance or certainty, and empathy. The results showed the facilities at PT. BPR Nusamba Tanjungsari Cash Office Wado Sumedang that the dimensions of physical evidence (tangibles), reflected in physical facilities, lack of atm machines. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat pembelian ulang (repurchase intention) pada e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 220 responden yang aktif berbelanja di e-commerce dalam enam bulan terakhir. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji hassil validitas dan reabilitasnya. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan sebesar 63% kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada e-commerce.Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan tidak hanya dapat menarik pelanggan baru tetapi juga sangat penting untuk mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan. Abstract

The main process carried out by the retail industry is distribution. The distribution flow starts from receiving goods from suppliers by the receiving division, the picking process carried out by the warehouse division, sending goods to retailers carried out by the distribution and delivery division, as well as receiving returned/returned goods (unsold goods) from retailers by the returns division. The problem faced by the retail industry is the high value of returned products identified as inventory. From the results of problem identification using the six sigma method, it was found that the cause of the high inventory of returned products was the late arrival of returned goods from retailers. In general, returned goods can be returned to the supplier/manufacturer if the maximum expiration date is 3 months. If the expiration date is less than 3 months, the item cannot be returned/replaced with a new product. Delays are caused by the system for checking returned goods that are nearing their expiry date, which is still done manually, so there is no system that can warn retail employees to immediately return the returned goods. This problem can be avoided if there is a product identification system that will expire. This identification system is called an early warning system. Early signal system design uses the Structured Analyzed and Design Technique (SADT) design method. The operating system chosen is Android base. The use of the Android base was chosen because it is more effective and efficient for use in retail branches or retail industry outlets. The process of creating this early signal system uses a MySQL database. The application creation process uses PHP and Android Studio. With an early signal system, delays in returning goods by retailers can be minimized.
