Abstract

Karangturi Tourism, Lasem District, Rembang Regency, which is famous for its acculturation of Javanese and Chinese cultures, as well as the heritage of Lasem batik which is a symbol of local cultural identity. Lasem, known as "Little China" in Central Java, has rich historical and cultural values, where Lasem batik, with its distinctive motifs and colors, is the main tourist attraction. Although Karangturi Village has basic infrastructure such as hotels, hostels, and food stalls, the management of community-based tourism (CBT) is still not optimal. Limitations in local tourism management, promotion, and cultural preservation are challenges in developing this village as a culture-based tourism destination. This study aims to explore the potential of community-based cultural tourism in Karangturi Village and strategies that can increase active community participation in tourism management, with a focus on the integration of Lasem batik in the development of community-based tourism. This research will be conducted in Karangturi Village by involving various stakeholders, such as local communities, batik craftsmen, tourism business managers, and local government. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), semi-structured interviews, and field observations. The data obtained will be analyzed using thematic analysis, SWOT matrix. The results of the study show that Karangturi Lasem Tourism Village has a very strong cultural identity, especially in history, typical Chinese architecture, and unique Lasem batik. The existence of supporting facilities also provides added value for tourist comfort. However, challenges such as less than optimal transportation access and less than optimal promotion are obstacles that need to be overcome. Opportunities from the growing trend of cultural tourism and government support can be utilized with more aggressive and innovative marketing strategies. The contribution of this research is to make improvements in several sectors that are still less than optimal.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu yang saat ini dikembangkan, dengan pertumbuhan pariwisata bisa membuka lowongan pekerjaan. Pengenalan bidang ilmu pariwisata pada tahapan awal perlu dilakukan salah satunya dengan mengenalkan pada jenjang Pendidikan Sekolah Menegah Keatas (SMA). Pengenalan bidang ilmu pariwisata pada tahap awal ini diharapkan mampu untuk memberikan pemahaman serta peluang karir yang bisa digeluti dimasa depan sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh Siswa/Si. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang pariwisata dan hospitality pada siswa/i Dian Bangsa School Tangerang, memberikan pembelajaran tentang Hygene and Sanitation, memberikan pemahaman tentang Travel and Mice Industry, dan memberikan pelatihan mengenai cara membuat Appetizer dan Mixing Drink. Materi yang di sampaikan adalah mengenai The Hospitality and Tourism Industry oleh, Hygiene and Sanitation, Travel and MICE Industry, Praktik pembuatan makanan yaitu Appetizer Demo, Praktik pembuatan minuman Mixing Drink. Hasil kegiatan Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil kuesioner yang di berikan kepada peserta sebanyak 60 orang untuk seluruh materi maka katagori Edukatif (Kegiatan Abdimas bermanfaat dan menjawab kebutuhan Peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,61, Objektif (Materi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kondisi dan masalah yang dihadapi peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar 3,53, Akuntabel (Materi disampaikan dengan jelas dan dapat dipahami oleh peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,55%, Transparan (Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,40%.

Abstract

Pantai Tongaci Sungailiat is a tourist destination in The Province of Bangka Belitung which has various and adequate attraction and facility. However, the number of tourist visits in recent times has been decreased. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing and analyzing the influence of tourist attraction and facility on revisit decision at Pantai Tongaci Sungailiat. The research method that will be used in this research is a quantitative method with total sample of 397 respondents. Data will be collected using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The test method that will be using reliability and validity tests, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial test / t test, simultaneous test / f test and mean test. The results of the tests indicate that tourist attractions and facilities both partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive influence on revisit decision at Pantai Tongaci Sungailiat and Facility is a variable that is more dominant influence. Simultaneously, the influence given is 28,1%. The influence categorized as low category. Pantai Tongaci Sungailiat needs to pay attention to tourist attraction and existing facilities, also add some new inovations related to tourist attractions and facilities to increase tourist revisit decision to Pantai Tongaci Sungailiat.

Abstract

Perkembangan restoran di Kawasan Alam Sutera yang semakin pesat yang membuat setiap restoran berlomba-lomba mengembangkan bisnisnya agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Penelitian ini mencakup jawaban dari Analisa strategi pengembangan bisnis restoran dari segi produk,Sumber Daya Manusia, Promosi, Harga, strategi penyesuaian,strategi menghadapi perubahan, dan strategi untuk menjaga konsistensi SOP dalam unit kerja penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisa kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan narasumber di Restoran dan melakukan triangulasi data sebagai pencocokan sumber data narasumber dengan data yang sebenarnya di Lapangan. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap 2 Narasumber sebagai orang yang bekerja di Restoran dan 3 Narasumber berupa konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Restoran. Terdapat juga strategi yang harus dilakukan restoran seperti menurunkan harga makanan dan minuman untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, memberikan pelayanan dengan maksimal dengan menyediakan SDM yang berpengalaman, memberikan Papan nama di depan pintu masuk restoran

Abstract

Berkembangnya pariwisata didukung oleh berkembangnya teknologi sehingga hal-hal yang biasa dilakukan secara manual menjadi serba digital dalam memudahkan masyarakat dalam berbagai hal guna untuk memasarkan dan menjual produknya. Kemunculan online travel agent didukung dan diminati oleh masyarakat khususnya Traveloka dengan jumlah pengguna yang terus meningkat. Namun sebagai perusahaan digital, Traveloka perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik guna memuaskan konsumen yang memiliki tuntutan yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap kepuasan konsumen di aplikasi Traveloka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling dengan kriteria pernah membeli tiket penerbangan dan melakukan refund minimal 1 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dimensi efisiensi (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh, sedangkan dimensi pemenuhan (X2), ketersediaan sistem (X3), dan privasi (X4) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dan untuk hasil dari uji F menunjukkan hasil bahwa dimensi dari variabel kualitas layanan elektronik secara bersama-sama memberi pengaruh positif kepada variabel kepuasan konsumen. Dari hasil penelitian, diharapkan pihak Traveloka mengembangkan kualitas layanan elektronik dan memiliki penyelesaian yang cepat terhadap komplain yang diberikan oleh pengguna. Kata kunci: kepuasan konsumen, kualitas layanan elektronik, tiket elektronik.

Abstract

Kepuasan yang kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan akan berdampak kepada kinerjanya baik itu menjadi lebih baik atau bahkan menjadi lebih buruk karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaanya akan termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih giat lagi dan akan loyal kepada perusahaan tempatnya bekerja sehigga itu akan menjadi hal yang sangat baik untuk perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Turnover karyawan adalah proses perputaran keluar dan masuknya karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan secara sukarela atau tidak. Turnover juga merupakan hal yang lumrah terjadi pada setiap organisasi atau perusahaan namun setiap perusahaan juga harus menjaga agar tingkat turnover ini agar tetap rendah karena dampak yang terjadi ketika suatu perusahaan terlalu sering melakukan turnover karyawan adalah operasional, Ketika banyak orang yang meninggalkan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan, hal ini akan mempengaruhi moralitas dan produktivitas karyawan yang pada akhirnya juga berpengaruh pada produk dan layanan dari perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada Hotel Santika Depok penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas atau turnover karyawan jumlah sampel data ditetapkan sebanyak 128 responden yang terdiri dari seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Santika Depok pengujian ini akan menggunakan sistem kuisioner, peneliti akan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan untuk para karyawan yang bekerja di hotel Santika Depok untuk menjawab, kemudian hasil jawaban kuisioner yang telah di sebar pada setiap karyawan dan dari 128 responden yang telah menjawab pertanyaan kuisioner akan peneliti olah datanya agar peneliti mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover karyaawan pada Hotel Santika Depok

Abstract

Culinary tourism is related to the activity of visiting a place, the aim of which is to carry out culinary tourism. Brand Image has many aspects that can influence a company, therefore companies can try to present a good Brand Image with the products that consumers have in mind. Companies that have a positive impact can also increase a good Brand Image and vice versa, if they have a bad Brand Image this can be detrimental to the company. Price is one of the factors that most influences a purchasing decision. Kedai Kita Bogor, which was founded in 2008, sells wood-fired pizza and hot plate noodles. Wood-fired pizza is the most popular because it is cooked specifically, namely grilled with firewood, resulting in a pizza with a different taste compared to pizza found in other places. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Brand Image and Price influence purchasing decisions at the Kedai Kita Bogor Restaurant. The method that will be used is quantitative using a questionnaire method so that the research gets results that are right on target. It can be concluded from all the test results that brand image and price have quite a large influence at 47.8%. This is based on the brand image of our shop in Bogor which is already very good because it has quality food that uses imported ingredients, but in terms of price Our shop does have a fairly high price range so this has quite a big influence on consumers' purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. It is important to pay attention to increasing brand awareness so that more consumers know a brand because the less brand is known to the public, the more difficult it is to increase purchases. This research aims to determine the influence of brand impression, brand recall, purchase decision, brand recognition, brand reach, consumption brand on awareness brand influence on purchase decisions, brand awareness overall influence on purchasing decisions, and find out level of brand awareness on Clovia Restaurant, Mercure Jakarta Sabang Hotel. Using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 393 respondents with certain criteria. Population in this study was focused on respondents who knew Clovia Restaurant.  The result of this research, there is a significant influence on brand impressions, brand recall, purchase decisions, brand recognition, brand reach, and brand consumption on brand awareness on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness shows a significant of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a simultaneous positive, significant influence on purchasing decisions at Clovia Restaurant. Also 85.4% brand awareness influence on purchasing decisions. Clovia Restaurant based on the existing level to the results of the questionnaire is at the level Brand Recall.

Abstract

Lake Situ Cipondoh is a tourist attraction in the City of Tangerang, which was once a large concave swamp and was built into an artificial lake that can attract the people of Tangerang to travel. This research was conducted to search for the influence of attractions and facilities on visiting interest at Lake Situ Cipondoh. This type of research is quantitative with the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to tourists who had visited Lake Situ Cipondoh with a total of 98 people. The results of the data that have been obtained are then analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show the validity and reliability tests, it is known that each dimension and statement has valid and reliable results. In the T and F Tests it is known that the attractiveness and facilities variables have a significant good influence on visiting intentions. From the test results of the coefficient of determination obtained from the attractiveness and facilities variables, there is an influence of 74.7% on the variable of interest in visiting and on the results of the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normality tests it can be seen that there are no symptoms of the test so that they can be normally distributed. The author's suggestion for the Lake Situ Cipondoh area is to be able to improve the existing facilities in the area so that it can encourage more attractiveness for visitors to come back.

Abstract

This research analyzes the potential of human resources in the accommodation business of pondok wisata or homestays in Besani Tourism Village, Blado District, Batang Regency, Central Java. Cottage tourism is a form of accommodation that offers more intimate lodging close to local communities, providing a different and satisfying experience for travelers seeking authenticity and togetherness in their journeys. The village stands out due to its concept of Javanese-Chinese cultural acculturation and attractive natural tourism potential. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, involving stakeholders as respondents, and utilizing primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from scientific literature and official documents. The SOAR approach is used to identify internal strengths, external opportunities, aspirations, and desired outcomes in accommodation business development. The analysis highlights the traditional skills of residents, significant tourism demand, and support from local government and companies. Human resource development strategies are recommended, including business management skills training, group-based cottage tourism development, service standard enhancement, income diversification, and local cultural promotion. This study provides insights into the potential of human resources to enhance competitiveness and sustainability in the tourism sector in Besani Tourism Village.
