Abstract

In the study entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the F&B Department at The Hermitage Hotel Jakarta", the researcher aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the research object. Researchers will identify problems regarding the lack of awareness of some employees about the importance of employee work discipline and there are still employees who come late to work and there are employees who are not in the room during working hours. This research conducted with five dimensions of work discipline to determine the effect on employee performance. This researcher is included in a quantitative study using a sample and a population of employees at a hotel with a total of 70 people. The results of the study show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at The Hermirtage Jakarta Hotel by (0.599) or 59% through the coefficient of determination test. The author's suggestion for The Hermitage Jakarta Hotel is to be able to improve work discipline by re-checking employee attendance so that anyone who is disciplined at work can be detected or not. As well as improving performance even better and being able to maintain performance effectiveness at work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurants. This study uses a survey type of research. The population in this study were consumers of the Harris Suites FX Sudirman restaurant. The sample used is consumers who know the existence of the Harris Cafe brand. The sampling technique used in this study was slovin with a sample size of 399 respondents. The technique used has been tested for validity, reliability test and data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and using data analysis techniques using simple regression tests. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on brand awareness (X) with purchasing decisions (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the management strategy is applied in the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park area to increase interest in visiting again. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used by researchers using primary data and secondary data, primary data includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used by researchers is an interactive model analysis method from Milles, Huberman, and Saldana which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In conducting an in-depth analysis, the researcher used theoretical triangulation and data source triangulation methods to strengthen the results of the study. The research results from the author's interviews with tourists also show that there is an influence on the intention to return. There is a relationship between the dimensions of interest in repeat visits and ecotourism variables such as attractiveness, accessibility and facilities and other factors that can be linked back to the main variable, namely management strategy. Suggestions from the results of this activity the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Natural Tourism Park area can continue to improve the management activities implemented in the mangrove forest area by continuing to support the concept of ecotourism.

Abstract

Aloft Hotel Jakarta Wahid Hasyim is. wrong. one. hotel. star. 4 located in downtown Jakarta. Located in a location. strategic. make. Many people. choose. for. stay overnight. in the area. This great opportunity was also seen by other parties so that many hotels were established in the area. Study. this. done. to find out the effect. price. and. decision facility. stay overnight. at Aloft Hotel Jakarta Wahid Hasyim. Method. research that. used. on research. this. is. quantitative method with a total sample of 130 respondents. Technique. collection. data. on. study. This is done by distributing questionnaires and observations. The test method in research uses test. validity and reliability, test. normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, T tests, F tests, multiple linear regression tests and tests of the coefficient of determination and mean tests. The results of the tests carried out show that the effect. price and facilities to the decision. stayed at Aloft Hotel Jakarta Wahid Hasyim by 67.3%. The influence given is included in the strong category. From the results of partial testing (T test) on the variable price of 5.573 and facilities of 7.381. Test result. in a manner. simultaneous (F test) on both variables of 133.745, where the variables have a significant influence on the decision to stay. The conclusion of this study is the price and facilities it has. Influence on the decision to stay. With a price that is in accordance with the facilities obtained will make consumers decide to stay. Suggestions for Aloft Hotel Jakarta Wahid Hasyim to always offer competitive prices and well-maintained facilities.

Abstract

The high internet usage in the country of Indonesia has made very significant changes in many ways, one of the very big changes in the habits of the Indonesian people who initially used booking activities more directly but now turn to using online ordering methods. This can benefit customers by making choices at online hotels on the internet. By developing it further, changing the pattern of hotel bookings today makes guests more careful in making reservations, guests can check the ratings of the hotel they will visit by just looking at the comments listed on the online review comments page of the online travel agent. The comments listed are made by previous guests who have enjoyed staying at this hotel so it is not uncommon that the comments listed determine the outcome of the stay decision. The study was conducted to analyze the interaction of its review dimensions, namely: the usefulness of online reviews, expertise reviews, timeliness of online reviews, online review volumes, online review valence (positive and negative), and completeness of online reviews on the decision to stay at the local Santika hotel Groups . The research method used is to discuss hypotheses developed based on related theories. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found: The positive benefits of each dimension of useful online reviews, the expertise of reviewers, the timeliness of online reviews, positive online reviews, and the completeness of online reviews for stay results. There is a negative effect of online reviews on stay decisions, but there is no effect of online review volume on stay decisions. Keywords: Online review, Online Booking, Stay decision

Abstract

Kegiatan pariwisata yang menggunakan budaya sebagai obyeknya dikenal dengan wisata budaya, yang sekarang ini banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Selain atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas, dan jasa pendukung pariwisata, pelayanan yang baik dan sumber daya manusia (SDM) turut berperan pada daya tarik wisata ini agar dapat memberikan layanan yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing dengan kampung wisata budaya lainnya. Perkampungan Betawi Setu Babakan adalah tempat dimana pengunjung dapat melihat dan berinteraksi dengan kebudayaan Betawi secara lengkap antara lain yaitu; tarian, musik, teater, prosesi budaya dan silat Betawi. Acara dilakuan pada hari juamt, 3 November 2023 di area aula Kampung Betawi Setu Babakan kegiatan di mulai dengan kata sambutan dari perwakilan pengurus setu babakan dan Ketua Kegiatan PKM dari Universitas Bunda Mulia Ibu Roozana. Kemudian setelah ramah tamah di mulailah kegiatan pemaparan materi mengenai Pengenalan Pariwisata, English for Tourism, Sapta Pesona, Layanan Prima, Appetizer Demo. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil kuesioner yang di berikan kepada peserta sebanyak 20 orang untuk seluruh materi maka katagori Edukatif (Kegiatan Abdimas bermanfaat dan menjawab kebutuhan Peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner adalah sebesar 3,53, Objektif (Materi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kondisi dan masalah yang dihadapi peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar 3,47, Akuntabel (Materi disampaikan dengan jelas dan dapat dipahami oleh peserta) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,70%, Transparan (Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan) hasil rata-rata kuesioner sebesar  3,60%.

Abstract

Penggunaan kemasan plastik digunakan oleh semua usaha khususnya industri food & beverage sebagai tempat atau wadah untuk menyimpan makanan dan minuman. Tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu penggunaan kemasan plastik memiliki ancaman bagi kelestarian lingkungan. beberapa coffee shop mulai menerapkan konsep kemasan ramah lingkungan yang termasuk kedalam bagian green marketing. Hal ini juga di dasari sebagai bentuk kesadaran terhadap lingkungan untuk turut menjaga lingkungan. Dengan diadakanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak perubahan pola penggunaan produk tidak ramah lingkungan dengan mulai mengganti ke yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan di industri food and benerage. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 398 responden. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemasan ramah lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dimana kemasan yang digunakan serta workshop yang diadakan dapat mengajarkan dan menggambarkan kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan. Namun, melalui uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa kemasan ramah lingkungan hanya berpengaruh sebesar 28% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang disebabkan karena banyak konsumen yang belum memahami kegunaan dari green product dan 72% dipengaruhi oleh variablel lain.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activities are increasing well in various countries including Indonesia. Business activities can play a role in increasing income, but also in various business structures in society. Entrepreneurship can also be the development of an interest in creativity and the courage to take risks for the work done in order to achieve the best results. Activities can be carried out properly by changing the pattern of exposure, namely by doing a more in-depth explanation. This community service activity is aimed at high school students and female students. It is hoped that by holding this activity it will be able to increase the interest of students in applying the entrepreneurship knowledge they got at school. The activity is carried out through online media zoom but still does not reduce the quality of the presentation where the presentation of introductory material about entrepreneurship in the tourism sector is made as active as possible by starting with an explanation about entrepreneurship and then continuing by giving several examples of entrepreneurial activities in the tourism sector to make it easier for students to get material. Based on the calculation of the average results of the feedback given as many as 40 students in the Educative category of 77% (Good) from this category it is hoped that the educativeness of the students can increase, and in terms of Objective it is 78% (Good) where is in accordance with what is expected, in terms of Accountability by 78% (Good), Transparent by 76% (Good).

Abstract

ABSTRAK The food & beverage business in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly, so the level of competition in business is getting higher. High competition makes buyers have several factors that can influence purchasing decisions to choose a restaurant. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 94 respondents. With non-probability sampling technique. The data collection for this research used a Google form questionnaire. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed with several tests using SPSS software. The tests used in this study were descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation test, normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, and T test. This study shows that the questionnaire used is valid and reliable. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and heteroscedasticity showed that the data were normally distributed with an Asymp sig value (0.028 > 0.05) and there was no heteroscedasticity. The results of this study also show that there is a significant influence between the price variable on the purchasing decision variable with a Tcount of 4,665 > Ttable of 1,661. the test results of the coefficient of determination show that 59.2% of the price variable influences the purchase decision. Meanwhile, the other 40.8% is influenced by other factors. So it is hoped that Soon Burger Poris Indah can continue to maintain and increase purchasing decisions through price development. As well as, the continuous development of new innovations in order to attract customers. Key Word: Effect, Price, Buying intention

Abstract

Media memiliki dampak yang besar bagi kehidupan manusia, setiap berita yang diberikan dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi masyarakat. Salah satu pemberitaannya adalah melalui akun Instagram. Laporan ini menjadi salah satu laporan yang berfokus pada konsep pariwisata di Singapura dan menarik perhatian Menteri Pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh berita swifttonomics terhadap wisatawan untuk menyaksikan konser taylor swift dan bagaimana minat kunjung wisatawan apabila di adakan konser taylor swift di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Paparan konten Swiftonomics memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung dengan perhitungan statistik melalui SPSS. Hal ini dikarenakan r tabel < dibandingkan dengan r hitung, r tabel yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan SPSS 25 adalah 0,17 dimana setiap pernyataan memiliki nilai diatas angka tersebut. Terdapat uji hipotesis yaitu bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel terpaan berita Taylor Swift terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia, namun pengaruhnya tidak begitu besar karena angka yang didapat sebesar 62,8. Namun, berdasarkan hasil analisis data, masyarakat Indonesia lebih mendalami atau mencari dampak ekonomi dan pariwisata terkait pemberitaan dan informasi Swiftonomics dibandingkan dengan euforia konser Taylor Swift di Singapura.
