Abstract

Revolusi Industry 5 . 0 sue the world of education in learning Which not only focus on achievement objective, However Also 21st century skills are needed known as 4 Cs ( Crativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration ) learners  Which cover communication , think k r i t i s ,  think  creative , And collaboration and problem solving .Wrong one of them the biggest in education moment now is the time increase   ability p e m e c h a n problems ( Problem Solving ) in critical thinking skills . Learners are expected to have the ability For handle problem And find solution This study aims to produce a guidance and counseling model product with problem solving techniques using forward chaning . The hope of this product can be used by counselors and BK teachers in solving student learning problems using applications so that 21st century skills known as 4C can be realized . The design of this study is a Research and Development model where the research model produces certain products and tests the effectiveness of the resulting product. The design used in this study is a 4-D model development research design (Four D Models). The 4-D stages of four steps: 1 Define, 2. Design, 3 Develop, 4. Disseminate.

Abstract

This research looks at the extent to which collaboration or collaboration is carried out between guidance and counseling teachers and biology subject teachers in optimizing students' potential, making students independent in solving the problems they have. The purpose of this research is to see how collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and biology teachers functions as a way to deal with problems and learning difficulties faced by students in. In this research, a qualitative approach was used, and data collection methods were used through observation and interviews. The research results show that the role of student subject teachers is very important in finding, understanding, and overcoming learning problems faced by students due to the closeness and intensity of interactions that occur between subject teachers and these students. Furthermore, the research findings show four collaborative steps carried out by subject teachers with guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties, including: 1) Involving peer tutors 2) Providing variations in the learning process 3) Providing variations in learning models 4) Providing assignments flexibly . Research also shows that there are obstacles and barriers found by subject teachers and guidance and counseling teachers in collaboration in overcoming learning difficulties, namely difficulty finding students' learning obstacles because students are closed and do not want to talk about their problems.
