Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to study and describe the forms of misconceptions and causes of misconceptions that occured in class 5th grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a case study research form. The subjects of this study were 13 students of 5th A of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Pontianak, who determined based on the students answers on the essay test with CRI. The research instrument used in this study consisted of an essay test submitted by CRI and interview guidelines. The results of research on 13 students who oppose misconceptions, there are 3 forms of misconceptions experienced by students, consisting of overgeneralizing, misconceptions consisting of students who answer fraction addition questions by summing numerators with numerators and denominators with denominators, the overspecializing, which can be considered a summing question by using fractions multiplication, and systematic misconceptions  which can be considered astudents work on problems with the pattern of answers to repeated misconceptions. Based on the results of the interview, the causes of students' misconceptions about themselves, lack of explanation on learning mathematics, incomplete reasons, lack of arithmetic skills, and from an environment consisting of non-conducive classes, ways of teaching teachers, monotonous learning methods, and learning media that are less interesting. Keywords: Analysis, Misconception, Operation of Addition and Subtraction of Fractions

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi merupakan keadaan ketika tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 120 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik lebih dari 80 mmHg. Hipertensi sering menyebabkan perubahan pada pembuluh darah yang dapat mengakibatkan semakin tingginya tekanan darah. Pengobatan awal pada hipertensi sangatlah penting karena dapat mencegah timbulnya komplikasi pada beberapa organ tubuh seperti jantung, ginjal, dan otak. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi terbagi menjadi dua yaitu penalaksanaan farmakologi dan penatalaksanaan nonfarmakologi dengan terapi komplementer rendam kaki menggunakan “JAMER”. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penatalaksanaan penyakit hipertensi dengan terapi komplementer rendam kaki menggunakan jahe merah. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi dan demontrasi melalui tahapan melalui  pelaksanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan pada 24 juli 2024, dengan target lansia di Desa Lokbaintan Dalam RT.01. Melalui tahapan edukasi tentang terapi komplementer rendam kaki menggunakan jahe merah dari metode ini diharapkan peserta dapat memahami. Hasil:  Sudah terleksankan terlihat  nilai Pre_Test 68,4, untuk nilai Post_Test 78,4 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada masyarakat setelah diberikan edukasi dan demonstrasi tentang penatalaksanaan penyakit hipertensi dengan terapi komplementer rendam kaki menggunakan jahe merah. Simpulan: Meningkatkannya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Lokbaintan Dalam RT.01 tentang manfaat dan cara pengolahan jahe merah untuk membantu menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi. Menggunakan tanaman herbal yang mudah ditemui dan dijadikan alternatif obat non farmakologis.

Abstract

The rise of the beauty and skincare industry in Indonesia is accompanied by a glaring issue of this industry: the existence of illegal products without certification National Agency of Drug and Food Control which possibly contain substances harmful to skin health. Even with the existence of said certification, it is evident that there are demands for such products. The question arises from such a phenomenon: are the Indonesian consumers of beauty and skincare products aware of the certification, and are they using said information in their purchase decision? This research is conducted to find the answers to those questions, by utilizing the theory of planned behavior expanded with awareness and knowledge variables. A study of 72 consumers in Jabodetabek shows that while they have both the awareness and knowledge about the safety of said products, their attitude towards uncertified products has more effect on their intention to purchase compared to other variables. Abstract

Persuasive communication is communication that is widely used in the field of work, especially in the insurance business. In the world of insurance, persuasive communication is very much used by a leader who is used to be able to guide a marketer to succeed in becoming a professional marketer. The pillars contained in persuasive communication are factors that can persuade marketers such as ethos, pathos, logos. Apart from that, there is also a persuasive communication process which consists of understanding the message, encoding, decoding, and evaluating as well as persuasive communication techniques which will be explained in this study of PT. Prudential Life Assurance with Hope Agency branch. The research approach was carried out with descriptive qualitative using the case study method. The results of the study show that persuasive communication can be established from meetings held in discussions. In addition, the credibility of a leader can be seen from adjusting the way he dresses, the skills of the leader as a motivator, and mastery of the material to become the main attraction of a leader's persuasive communication. Komunikasi persuasif merupakan komunikasi yang banyak dipergunakan di bidang pekerjaan terutama pada bisnis asuransi. Dalam dunia asuransi, komunikasi persuasif sangat dipergunakan oleh seorang pemimpin yang digunakan untuk dapat membina seorang tenaga pemasar agar berhasil menjadi seorang tenaga pemasar yang profesional. Pilar-pilar yang terdapat di dalam komunikasi persuasif menjadi faktor yang dapat mempersuasi tenaga pemasar seperti ethos,pathos,logos. Selain itu, terdapat juga proses komunikasi persuasif yang terdiri dari memahami pesan, encoding, decoding, dan evaluasi serta teknik komunikasi persuasif yang akan dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini terhadap PT. Prudential Life Assurance dengan cabang Hope Agency. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi persuasif dapat terjalin dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam berdiskusi. Selain itu kredibilitas pemimpin dapat dilihat dari penyesuaian cara berpakaian, keterampilan pemimpin sebagai motivator, serta penguasaan materi menjadi daya tarik komunikasi persuasif seorang leader.

Abstract

Abstrak. Stunting adalah masalah gizi kronis karena kurangnya asupan gizi Dallam jangka waktu panjang sehingga mengakibatkan  pertumbuhan anak terganggu dan menjadi salah satu penyebab tinggi badan anak terhambat, sehingga lebih rendah dibandingkan anak-anak seusianya. Tujuan dan fokus kegiatan ini adalah untuk : Meningkatkan pengetahuan kader tentang penyakit dan stunting, Meningkatkan keterampilan kader dalam  pengukuran antoprometri untuk deteksi stunting, Memberikan pelatihan dalam pembuatan PMT yang disukai anak dalam memenuhi nutrisi balita, Mengenalkan Pijat Tui Na dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader untuk edukasi kepada orang tua balita di posyandu untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan balita. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebesar 80% dan keterampilan kader dalam pelayanan terintegrasi Posyandu balita, remaja, lansia dan ibu hamil. Kader mengenal pijat Tui Na dan manfatnya serta mengenal PMT Nugget ayam yang disukai dari anak-anak sampai dewasa. Abstract. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a long-term lack of nutritional intake, resulting in impaired child growth and becoming one of the causes of stunted height in children, making them shorter than their peers. The objectives and focus of this activity are: To enhance the knowledge of health workers about diseases and stunting, To improve the skills of health workers in anthropometric measurements for stunting detection, To provide training in the preparation of child-friendly PMT to meet the nutritional needs of infants, To introduce Tui Na massage and enhance the knowledge and skills of health workers in educating parents of infants at the Posyandu to improve the infants' appetite. There was an 80% increase in cadres' knowledge and skills in integrated Posyandu services for infants, adolescents, the elderly, and pregnant women. Cadres learned about Tui Na massage and its benefits, as well as the chicken nugget PMT that is popular among children and adults.

Abstract

This article aims to comprehensively analyze and elaborate on the crucial role of marketing management and educational information systems (IS) in improving the quality and operational efficiency of educational institutions in the digital era. The primary objective is to present a conceptual framework that integrates these two disciplines to achieve more effective and sustainable educational goals. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through library research. Data were collected from various academic literature sources discussing marketing management, information systems, and educational management. Data analysis techniques were conducted descriptively by synthesizing and interpreting information to build arguments and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the synergy between educational marketing management and IS is fundamental. Strategic marketing management requires accurate data from IS to identify market needs, develop relevant programs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Conversely, IS provides the technological infrastructure to manage student, staff, curriculum, and financial data, all of which support marketing decisions. This integration enables educational institutions to respond to market dynamics, increase accountability, and achieve competitive advantage through optimal use of data and technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan produksi Rotimen Burger, sebuah UMKM di Kota Pontianak, dengan menerapkan metode Linear Programming (LP) berbasis grafik. Rotimen Burger memproduksi dua jenis burger, yaitu Eco Burger dan Cheese Burger, dengan kendala waktu produksi 900 menit per hari dan bahan baku 120 unit per hari. Eco Burger membutuhkan 15 menit waktu produksi dan 2 unit bahan baku per porsi, sedangkan Cheese Burger membutuhkan 20 menit dan 3 unit bahan baku. Keuntungan per porsi masing-masing produk adalah Rp18.000 dan Rp23.000. Fungsi tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaksimalkan keuntungan (Z = 18.000X + 23.000Y), dengan kendala 15X + 20Y ≤ 900 (waktu) dan 2X + 3Y ≤ 120 (bahan baku). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan maksimal sebesar Rp1.080.000 per hari dapat dicapai dengan memproduksi 60 Eco Burger dan 0 Cheese Burger. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode grafik LP efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan produksi optimal pada UMKM dengan sumber daya terbatas, serta merekomendasikan evaluasi berkala untuk menyesuaikan model dengan dinamika pasar.
