Abstract

The establishment of a village library is part of the 45-day KKN (Community Service Program) by UNIQHBA Bagu students. The goal of this library is to provide facilities and a platform to foster the literacy interest of the community in Buwun Mas Village, Sekotong Subdistrict, West Lombok. This program is carried out in several stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage includes interviewing the community, observing the village, and preparing and evaluating the work program plan. The implementation of the Village Library Establishment as a Platform for Community Literacy Development is conducted in three stages: 1) Coordination of the library location, “Bale Literasi,” through discussions with the village government, community leaders of Buwun Mas Village, and observations of recommended locations, which took place from September 1, 2024, to September 7, 2024. 2) Acquisition of reading materials through a book donation program, which ran from September 3, 2024, to October 5, 2024, and the submission of a book aid proposal on September 10, 2024. 3) Arrangement of the Bale Literasi Village Library space, including the creation of bookshelves and adding accessories to beautify the library, which took place from September 16, 2024, to September 21, 2024.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Nasi Kebuli in Pangkalan Brandan, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were gathered through observations, questionnaires, and interviews with a selected portion of the restaurant’s customer base. The analysis employed simple linear regression using statistical software. The results indicate a significant and positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Service quality was found to be a dominant factor influencing satisfaction levels, with most of the variation in customer satisfaction explained by this variable. The findings highlight the crucial role of service quality in shaping the overall dining experience. It is recommended that the restaurant management continue to prioritize service quality improvements as a strategic effort to enhance customer loyalty and attract more visitors.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Literasi media dipahami sebagai kemampuan untuk mengakses, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menciptakan konten media secara kritis dan bertanggung jawab. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penting guru dalam penerapan literasi media di tingkat sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode : Melalui studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, serta observasi di SDN Cikupa 3. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran terutama visual dan digita dapat meningkatkan minat belajar, pemahaman materi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Guru memiliki peran sentral sebagai fasilitator dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan efektif dengan pemanfaatan media yang tepat. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan berupa kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep literasi media. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah melalui fasilitas yang memadai dan program seperti Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Kesimpulan : Temuan dari SDN Cikupa 3 menguatkan bahwa strategi literasi media yang terencana dan terintegrasi mampu membentuk budaya belajar yang aktif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of illocution speech acts and the effect of perlocution speech acts in the movie Mission: Impossible-Fallout. This study is a descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The instrument used in this study is the movie and transcript of Mission: Impossible-Fallout, which contains the understanding of speech acts in the study of pragmatic theory. The data collection method in this study is observation and note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that there are 4 (representative 22.22%, directive 29.62%, expressive 25.92% and commissive 22.22%) of the 5 forms of illocution speech acts used in the transcript of the movie Mission: Impossible-Fallout with the effect of perlocution. Representative speech acts have state, speculate and report functions. Directive speech acts have order, urge and cue functions. Expressive speech acts have the functions of blame, praise and apologize. Commissive speech acts have the function of ability and promise. Then at the end of the speech act produces the effect of the speech act perlocution.

Abstract

Supervision is supervision of the implementation of educational technical activities in schools, not just physical supervision of physical materials. Supervision is supervision of academic activities in the form of teaching and learning processes, supervision of teachers in teaching, supervision of situations that cause them. Supervision is one of the principal's functions to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in carrying out teaching. In connection with the importance of school supervision activities related to improving the quality of teachers in particular and improving the quality of education in general. Supervision has the aim of providing services and assistance to improve the quality of student learning, not only improving teaching abilities but also developing the potential of teacher quality. Supervisors must be keen to read the problem, analyze, describe the causal factors and matters related to it, thoroughly present the problems encountered and the steps that must be taken as an effective solution.
