Abstract

Village Cooperative is a business unit together Based on equality of rights and obligations to realize the interests of the community. Data recording system used in the cooperative is still using a manual method. Of course this is less efficient, because it will often cause problems such as problems in the writing and the delay of information, especially concerning the problem statement.This program includes the application of creditpayment information each time transaction, so it can be more easily and to optimize control of every month. With the help of supporting applications created with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 is expected to ease in knowing the credit payment information.

Visual Basic is a software that not only limited to building database-based applications, but also can be used for a variety of other needs.With the information display application data in PT. Abstract

Writing consists of four chapters, where the first chapter explains the background ofthe problem, purpose of writing, the problem and the problem definition, and researchmethods.In the second chapter, the authors make the basic theories used in solving problems inthe first chapter. In addition there are also explanations regarding the type of programused to help solve the problems authors are computerized.Analysis of problems in the form of the symptoms suffered and the treatmentdescribed in the third chapter, where the explanation of the name of disease and drugmaterial and its use.
