Abstract

Penelitian akan membuat sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi agar perusahaan dapat melihat secara objektif kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dan mengantisipasi perubahan lingkungan eksternal dengan membuat sebuah blueprint sistem informasi sebagai pedoman pengembangan sistem informasi perusahaan. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang tepat dapat mendukung rencana dan pengembangan bisnis perusahaan, dengan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning, sebagai upaya Yayasan Al Falah dalam pengembangan M.Ts Al Falah dan pembangunan sistem MA Al Falah agar overload beban pekerjaan yang dapat beresiko pada adanya ketidakteraturan data dan informasi yang tersimpan dapat teratasi. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dengan menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) yang menghasilkan sebuah blueprint sistem informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis Yayasan Al Falah. Agar pengembangan system informasi MTs dan pembangunan sistem informasi MA Al Falah dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan teratur.Kata kunci: Strategis Sistem Informasi, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), Audit Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Searchengine is defined as web page  or website that collects  and organizes all content on the internet, here the user input a question or query, then the search engine will provide links to content that reflects what he wants. Until now, there are two problems paid attention by the experts in relation with search engines namely images in a database and the internet using text or keyword. These problems are far away from the expected. The search image by using  the text or keyword is very biased and difficult to justify because the keyword is very difficult to explain the information in an image. Content base image Retrieval is method return the image or image  retrieval  with the use of content the content contained in the picture or image, i.e. elements that can be taken from within the image that can be converted into a value such as color, shape, texture, line and other elements. Elements that are changed are contained in the image are converted in the form of value is to calculate each element and save the value into a histogram which will be used in the comparison process image and the process returns the image or image retrieval.Keywords: Search engine, content base image retrieval, flora, fauna

Abstract

In this work we try to explore the use of  content based video retrieval  method to build an application in detecting moving object.  The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast.  Further  more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages  such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life.  It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs  a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application.  Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip.  We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet.Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness

Abstract

The central problem of most Content Based Image Retrieval approaches is poor quality in terms of sensitivity (recall) and specificity (precision). To overcome this problem, the semantic gap between high-level concepts and low-level features has been acknowledged. In this paper we introduce an approach to reduce the impact of the semantic gap by integrating high-level (semantic) and low-level features to improve the quality of Image Retrieval queries. Our experiments have been carried out by applying two hierarchical procedures. The first approach is called keyword-content, and the second content-keyword. Our proposed approaches show better results compared to a single method (keyword or content based) in term of recall and precision. The average precision has increased by up to 50%.

Abstract

Purpose: Face recognition is a geometric space recording activity that allows it to be used to distinguish the features of a face. Therefore, facial recognition can be used to identify ID cards, ATM card PINs, search for one’s committed crimes, terrorists, and other criminals whose faces were not caught by Close-Circuit Television (CCTV). Based on the face image database and by applying the Content-Base Image Retrieval method (CBIR), committed crimes can be recognized on his face. Moreover, the image segmentation technique was carried out before CBIR was applied. This work tried to recognize an individual who committed crimes based on his or her face by using sketch facial images as a query. Methods: We used an image sketch as a querybecause CCTV could not have caught the face image. The research used no less than 1,000 facial images were carried out, both normal as well asabnormal faces (with obstacles). Findings:Experiments demonstrated good enough in terms of precision and recall, which are 0,8 and 0,3 respectively, which is better than at least two previous works.The work demonstrates a precision of 80% which means retrieval of effectiveness is good enough. The 75 queries were carried out in this work to compute the precision and recall of image retrieval. Novelty: Most face recognition researchers using CBIR employed an image as a query. Furthermore, previous work still rarely applied image segmentation as well as CBIR.

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan yang tinggi dalam dunia usaha agroindustri yang salah satunya industri hulu coklat, membuat Indonesia dituntut untuk selalu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Penurunan kualitas produk olahan kakao dapat menjadi penyebab rendahnya daya saing kakao nasional terhadap produksi serupa dari negara tetangga penghasil kakao seperti Malaysia. Negara tersebut  giat meningkatkan produksi agroindustrinya terutama produk kakao. Untuk itu dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas produksi coklat Nasional, pemerintah melalui Badan Standardisasi Nasional Indonesia (BSN) telah menetapkan standar ukuran yang harus dipenuhi agar biji kakao layak pakai dan dapat bersaing dengan produk dari negara lain dan di pasar dunia. Kesulitan yang sekarang masih sering dihadapi adalah kurangnya ke-akuratan dalam menentukanm kualitas biji coklat (cocoa bean). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Content based Image Retrieval (CBIR) untuk menentukan kualitas kako atau coklat. Sekitar 1.000 citra digital coklat digunakan dan dikumpulkan dari perkebunan petani kakao Perusahan Perkebunan Nusanatara PTP II di propinsi Lampung. Hasil riset  menunjukkan bahwa akurasi rata-rata dalam menentuak kualitas  N-AA adalah sebesar 0.98, sedangkan untuk kualitas AA menunjukkan efisiensi akurasi 0.97. Algoritma kami juga menunjukkan waktu yang cukup lumayan dalam pemrosesan pengambilan 1.000 gambar biji kakao yaitu 10,2 detik.

Abstract

This paper used region growing segmentation technique to segment the Discrete Cosines (DC) image. The classic problem of content Based image retrieval (CBIR) is the lack of accuracy in matching between image query and image in the database. By using region growing technique on DC image,it reduced the number of image regions indexed. The proposed of recursive region growing is not new technique but its application on DC images to build  indexing keys is quite new and not yet presented by many  authors. The experimental results show that the proposed methods on segmented images present good precision which are higher than 0.60 on all classes. So, it could be concluded that region growing segmented based CBIR more efficient   compared to DC images in term of their precision 0.59 and 0.75, respectively. Moreover, DC based CBIR can save time and simplify algorithm compared to DCT images. The most significant finding from this work is instead of using 64 DCT coefficients this research only used 1/64 coefficients which is DC coefficient.

Abstract

In this paper, we report the benchmarking results of Hyperledger,  a Distributed Ledger, which is the derivation Blockchain Technology.  Method to evaluate Hyperledger in a limited infrastructure is developed. Themeasured infrastructure consists of 8 nodes with a load of up to 20000 transactions/second. Hyperledger consistently runs all evaluation, namely, for 20,000 transactions, the run time 74.30s, latency 73.40ms latency, and 257 tps. The benchmarking of Hyperledger shows better than a database system in a high workload scenario. We found that the maximum size data volume in one transaction on the Hyperledger network is around ten (10) times of MySQL. Also, the time spent on processing a single transaction in the blockchain network is 80-200 times faster than MySQL. This initial analysis can provide an overview for practitioners in making decisions about the adoption of blockchain technology in their IT systems.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. PULAU PASARAN terkenal dengan hasil panen laut seperti ikan teri asin. PULAU PASARAN merupakan daerah yang mayoritas masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai nelayan dan buruh pengolah ikan teri. Selama ini pengolahan dan pemasaran yang dilakukan di pulau pasaran hanya mengandalkan pasar di sekitar pulau serta koperasi Pulau Pasaran, akan tetapi pemasaran produk menggunakan online sistem ini sangat dimungkinkan mengingat fasilitas internet Kawasan sentra pengolahan ikan yang terletak di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Barat Kota Bandar Lampung ini rencananya akan dikembangkan sebagai kawasan metropolitan melalui program Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informasi ( kemenkominfo ) Bandar Lampung, Kemenkominfo bekerjasama dengan masyarakat dan koperasi setempat. Berkaitan dengan rencana tersebut maka Kemenkominfo didukung oleh Telkomsel Bandar Lampung telah mengoptimalkan fasilitas Teknologi Informasi termasuk optimalisasi akses internet di kawasan tersebut dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Komputer dan web untuk media pemasaran hasil pertanian. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan di bidang TI, khususnya pengenalan Komputer dan WEB, kepada masyarakat nelayan Pulau Pasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan pelatihan, di mana melatihan dilakukan dengan praktek sebanyak 90% dan teori 10%. Sehingga dapat memberikan solusi dalam hal pengenalan TI dan peran penting TI khususnya Pelatihan penggunaan web serta pembuatan laporan dengan menggunakan ms.office. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dari masyarakat Pulau Pasaran.

Abstract

In this paper we try explore artificial intelligent approach to detect poultry desease caused by virus. We built a web based expert system application to help veterinarian diagnose poultry whether infected by virus or not. In this work we utilize expert system to decide what kind of virus or desesase detected. Our work demonstrates that our expert system algorithm quite good eventhough the menu structure is quite simple. Application was built with PHP on windows platform since PHP considered as widely used tool for developing web technology programming. The system has also some advantages such as fast, eliminate data redundant, and accurate in deciding kid of virus detected. Keywords : artificial intelligent, virus, poultry.
