Expert system to diagnose lung disease was designed as a tool to diagnose the type of lung disease in particular. The knowledge obtained from various sources such as research and exposure to experts in the field and conducted a book-related lung disease. Inference in an expert system which is made using the method of Forward Chaining. Expert system will display a selection of symptoms that can be selected by the user to get the final result. At the end of the expert system will display the type of lung disease, information about lung disease and herbal medicine for lung disease. Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human thinking way called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. In this research used inference method of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. The design of the system for obtaining output is carried out in stages (a) The establishment of the Fuzzy set, (b) Application of the implication function, (c) The composition of the rule, (d) the affirmation (Defuzzification). To assist the determination in determining a person who is eligible to receive a scholarship then required a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is to use Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto.So the result of the selection is if the value Z = 70.78571, then the decision is Accepted with limitation if the received output value is 70-80 and if the reject between 0-60.This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is the right to receive the scholarship based on the criteria specified[6]. In this paper we try to demonstrate the use Visual Basic 6.0 to develop a finger print based  social security (KTP) in kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat. Tanjung Karang Barat Residents application demonstrates, the new system able to eradicate mistyping or human error, social security duplication, long time processing, unnecessary bureaucracy.    Above and beyond its advantages, the system be further developed to improve security, reliable backup, and  shoul be available on line in the near future. Abstract— in this paper, the work used to explore three of low level feature descriptors, namely: binary texture, energy-based, orientation based content, and DC descriptors. A simple binary algorithm is applied to transform DCT values into binary, a histogram is generated by using horizontal and vertical features, and energy based of average DCT values to construct indexing key for image retrieval.  The experiment shows that binary texture descriptor demonstrates the highest in average precision amongst other low level descriptors.  The research was also explored to calculate the effectiveness of image retrieval in DCT and by using commercial image processing package Adobe Photoshop Album (APA) as comparison.

Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem keamanan menggunakan biometrik, dengan menggunakan retina sebagai identitas pengenalan yang akurat, serta efektif untuk meningkatkan proses identifikasi pada retina dimasa depan (future identification). Hal ini sangat penting untuk menentukan keakuratan sifat biometrik apa yang paling baik di dalam proses mengidentifikasi di masa depan, sekaligus membangun suatu sistem aplikasi atau tools yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik distance meterics untuk mengukur akurasi retina sebagai identitas dimasa depan (future identification). Penggunaan retina dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif identifikasi manusia  seperti  untuk  pengganti  PIN  ATM  Bank,  Paspor  dan bidang-bidang lain yang memerlukan tingkat keamanan tinggi atau mustahil untuk dapat dipalsukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah berbentuk pengujian untuk membuktikan tingkat akurasi CBIR dengan menggunakan citra query dengan dibangun database sebanyak 5.000 citra retina. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam menentukan similarity dan identification dengan menggunakan fitur warna. Histogram warna untuk pencarian citra dikerjakan dengan mengitung jumlah koefisien DCT dari setiap warna. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akurasi algoritma mendekati nilai 90%, akurasi ini cukup bagus di bidang image retrieval.  Di lihat dari kecepatan proses retrieval juga cukup cepat dimana rata –rata kecepatan proses dengan menggunakan 2.000 citra digital adalah kurang dari 10 detik.

Data or information at this time is not only presented in written form, but also in the form of images that require greater storage. Most of the images in the digital world use the JPEG format, where the Discrete Cosine Transform is the heart of the JPEG format, the use of DCT coefficients for indexing and image retrieval causes the retrieving process to be slower because more coefficients are processed compared to the DC coefficient method, which is only 1 /64 (1 DC coefficient) of the DCT coefficient. In this research, we perform Content Based Image Retrieval with DC feature extraction of 15,000 natural images, then calculate the distance between the images using the Manhattan Distance method. The final result of calculating precision and recall shows a value of 0.6624 and a time of less than 2 seconds, with a maximum value of 1.876 seconds.

The application of electronic learning is carried out in the learning process at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School to determine the factors that are still weak or require improvement and the factors that are considered successful or strong in assisting the application of electronic learning in the learning process. This study results in Aydin and Tasci's ELR model questionnaire consisting of 37 statements grouped into four factors. These factors are human, self-development, technology, and innovation as well as six questions for the perception of the usefulness of electronic learning. The location of this research is at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School. Respondents in this study were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, the school treasurer, the person in charge of the school computer laboratory, and teachers who are experts in e-learning. Data processing is carried out to examine the factors that influence the perceived usefulness of e-learning by using regression analysis and also the level of readiness for the application of electronic learning at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School with Aydin and Tasci's ELR model. Aydin & Tasci's electronic learning readiness (ELR) model applied to Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School gives results that are not ready for the application of electronic learning and requires a slight improvement.

This research will produce a segmentation using watershed segmentation. This method will be used to segment the aerial image of an area in Pesawaran district. The image of Pesawaran district that will be taken is an image for the past 5 years, more precisely the image from 2015-2019. The accuracy of this experiment will be tested using a method called ROC (receiver operational characteristics) and studying the changes in the land surface from year to year using watershed segmentation, then the image will change into a color pattern that represents each area such as forest areas and human settlements.

: Di masa Pandemi Covid 19 dampak terasa di semua bidang salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan, baik sekolah tingkat paud hingga perguruan tinggi melakukan pembelajaran secara online atau daring. Hal ini pula yang dirasakan oleh SMPN 30 Pesawaran khususnya pihak guru, SMPN 30 yang terletak di daerah Padang Cermin, Waylayap, Kec. Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung merupakan sekolah menengah pertama negeri yang memiliki banyak siswa dari segala bidang sosial. Sehingga perlu mempertimbangkan metode pembelajaran secara online yang dapat memudahkan siswa dalam menyerap dan memahami materi yag disampaikan guru secara daring. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google form dan google slides sebagai salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Pelatihan diberikan dengan memperkenalkan google slides dan google form, bagaimana membuat materi slides yang menarik sehingga siswa mudah dan paham dalam menerima materi yang disampaikan oleh guru selain itu dengan adanya google form, guru juga dapat memberikan beberapa contoh latihan dan ujian secara terjadwal secara online dan langsung memberikan penilaian setelah latihan dikerjakan oleh siswa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan langsung kepada guru-guru SMPN 30 Pesawaran melalui sosialisasi penggunaan google form dan google slides. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman guru- guru SMPN 30 dalam penggunaan google form dan google slide serta teknologi informasi dalam sarana pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid 19.

In this work we try to explore the use of  content based video retrieval  method to build an application in detecting moving object.  The application will detect and recognize human walking styleeness in intelligent security system. Recently, the growth of crime activities in our neighbors going very fast.  Further  more text or characters security system by using password has some disadvantages  such as easily to fraud , duplicate, and hard to remember as many passwords or PIN have to remember today. In order to solve to situation, intelligent security system urgently needed to protect our property and life.  It needed to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 12 monthhs  a year without tiring and exhausting. In this work we use content based video retrieval or CBVR in building the application.  Approximately 500 video clips of human walking style used in this research, it has 30 second to 60 seconds in each clip.  We use a moving glass doors to test and simulate the application, when a walking style detect and recognize .The simulation and testing show that application built from this research is quite good in detecting and recognizing one’s walking style, even though its accuracy and the effectiveness has not been calculated yet.Keywords : Video retrieval, intelligent security, walking styleness
