Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through convergence actions and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence its success in North Lampung Regency. The findings of this research are expected to provide recommendations for improving the program’s implementation. Supporting factors can be maintained and strengthened, while inhibiting factors need to be addressed with appropriate solutions so that the program can be carried out with better quality and sustainability. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with 15 informants as well as document reviews from relevant institutions. The measurement of effectiveness was conducted using three approaches: input effectiveness, process effectiveness (covering planning, implementation, and evaluation), and output effectiveness. Based on these approaches, the study concludes that the acceleration program for stunting reduction through convergence actions in North Lampung Regency in 2023 has not yet achieved effective outcomes. This is due to limited understanding among program implementers regarding convergence-based stunting reduction strategies, as well as insufficient optimization of funding sources, particularly from the private sector.

Abstract

The Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is a financial plan for the village government that is determined and approved by the village apparatus and the village consultative council, which is stipulated by village regulation. Gumukrejo Village's revenue is obtained through village fund revenue, tax revenue sharing and levies. The allocation of village funds and village financial assistance aims to develop and facilitate the people of Gumukrejo Village, while the Dessa Gumukrejo expenditure budget is issued for the management of village development, education and health sectors, and transportation roads. The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of the Gumukrejo Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Pagelaran Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. This research uses field research methods consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation on respondents. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The result of this research is that the management of the Gumukrejo Village Budget has been carried out in a transparent and accountable manner, this is based on the role of the community who participate in the process of reporting village budgets and expenditures, laws and regulations, and government regulations. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the PLN Mobile Application on PLN Mobile Application User Satisfaction. This research is a type of quantitative research by processing primary data using a data collection method through questionnaires given to customers within the scope of PLN ULP Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung. The sample obtained was 100 respondents by taking samples using purposive sampling. The analytical tool in this research uses IBM SPPS Version 2. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using validity test, reality test, t test, and determination coefficient test. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that the PLN Mobile application has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan reses dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tulang Bawang pada tahun 2020–2021. Reses merupakan salah satu instrumen penting bagi anggota DPRD dalam menyerap, menghimpun, dan menindaklanjuti aspirasi masyarakat sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban moral dan politis kepada konstituen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yang menekankan pada pemahaman proses dan makna pelaksanaan reses terhadap peningkatan kinerja anggota DPRD. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan reses berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tulang Bawang yang ditinjau dari aspek produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas. Peningkatan produktivitas dilakukan melalui optimalisasi komunikasi dengan masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media massa dan media sosial. Kualitas layanan ditunjukkan melalui intensitas interaksi dengan konstituen sehingga aspirasi masyarakat dapat tersampaikan dengan lebih baik. Responsivitas dan responsibilitas tercermin dari kemampuan anggota DPRD dalam menyusun agenda reses secara efektif serta mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai pentingnya penyampaian aspirasi. Sementara itu, akuntabilitas diwujudkan melalui penyusunan laporan hasil reses yang menjadi dasar pengajuan aspirasi kepada pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan reses yang terencana dan akuntabel dapat meningkatkan kinerja anggota DPRD, meskipun masih ditemui berbagai hambatan dalam implementasinya..

Abstract

The competition in the fast food restaurant industry in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Bandar Lampung, requires every business actor to provide optimal service quality in order to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Se'Indonesia fast food restaurants, as one of the culinary business operators, face challenges in maintaining service consistency amid increasing consumer expectations regarding speed, accuracy, comfort, and the attitude of service staff. The problem addressed in this study focuses on the quality of service provided and the extent to which the service has met consumer expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the service quality at Se'Indonesia brand fast food restaurants in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed then inductively to understand the actual conditions of the services provided by the restaurant based on consumer perceptions and field observations. The results and discussion indicate that the service quality at the Se'Indonesia fast-food restaurant in Bandar Lampung is generally assessed as good, characterized by fast, friendly, and consistent service that is able to meet customer expectations. Most customers experience positive confirmation between their expectations and the actual service performance, although constraints still occur during peak hours, which affects service speed. Efforts to improve service quality have encompassed all SERVQUAL dimensions through improvements in facilities, order accuracy, service speed, employee professionalism, and empathetic attitudes. The integrated implementation of the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions has been proven to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and is in line with the SERVQUAL model.

Abstract

Regional tourism development is one of the strategic instruments in regional development aimed at improving local economic growth and community welfare. Way Kanan Regency possesses considerable natural and cultural tourism potential; however, its utilization has not yet been optimal. This study aims to analyze the public administration strategy of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Way Kanan Regency in developing regional tourism based on the Attraction, Accessibility, and Amenity (3A) components. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of officials from the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office, tourism site managers, and other relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that tourism development strategies in Way Kanan Regency have not been implemented optimally. In terms of Attraction, tourism resources have not been properly curated and managed. Accessibility remains the most significant constraint due to inadequate road infrastructure leading to tourist destinations. Meanwhile, the Amenity aspect shows limited and uneven availability of supporting tourism facilities. These conditions are influenced by weak strategic planning, budget limitations, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. The study concludes that tourism development in Way Kanan Regency requires strengthening public administration strategies through integrated destination planning, enhanced cross-sector coordination, and sustainable community involvement to ensure effective management of the 3A components.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the E-Performance System, work environment, competence, and work motivation on employee performance at the Mesuji District Health Office. Employee performance is an important factor in supporting the success of health service delivery, so effective, professional, and performance-based human resource management is needed. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Mesuji District Health Office with a sampling technique using the census method (total sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out through partial tests (t-tests) to determine the effect of each independent variable on employee performance. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Performance System had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 3.118 and a significance of 0.003. The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.334 and a significance of 0.023. Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 1.198 and a significance of 0.039. In addition, work motivation showed a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a t-value of 2.380 and a significance of 0.025. The implications of this study confirm that strengthening the implementation of the E-Performance System, improving and organizing the work environment, developing employee competencies on an ongoing basis, and increasing work motivation are important factors in improving employee performance at the Mesuji District Health Office. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration for leaders in formulating human resource management policies to improve the quality of health services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS) at the Human Resources and Human Resource Development Agency (Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia/BKPSDM) of Metro City. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of all civil servants at BKPSDM Metro City, with total sampling applied as the sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 3.409 and a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05). The work environment also shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 4.056 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneous testing results demonstrate that work discipline and the work environment jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that improvements in the performance of civil servants at BKPSDM Metro City can be achieved through the consistent implementation of work discipline and the creation of a conducive and comfortable work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of MYOB Accounting software-based financial report preparation at MSME Abadi Cell and assess the quality of the resulting financial reports based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). Before using MYOB, MSME Abadi Cell still conducted financial records manually using Microsoft Excel and sales notes, so the prepared financial reports were incomplete and not presented systematically. This condition makes the resulting financial information less than optimal as a basis for decision making. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of MSME activities and financial documents. The results show that the implementation of MYOB Accounting software can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in recording financial transactions. In addition, the use of MYOB also produces more structured financial reports, including the statement of financial position, income statement, and cash flow statement. To complement the reports generated by MYOB, the preparation of notes to the financial statements (CALK) is done manually. This CALK serves to provide explanations regarding accounting policies, recognition and measurement of key accounts, and the calculation of MSME income tax. Thus, the financial reports after the implementation of MYOB are considered more informative, transparent, and in accordance with the provisions of SAK EMKM, so that they can support managerial decision making at MSME Abadi Cell.

Abstract

Produksi sampah di Kota Bandar Lampung mencapai 858 ton per hari (Diskominfotik Provinsi Lampung, 2025). Menurut Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Bandar Lampung, pada Ramadan, jumlah tersebut dapat meningkat hingga 1.000 ton per hari (Tribun Lampung, 2025). Sebagian besar sampah berakhir di TPA, menimbulkan timbunan yang menghasilkan gas metana (CH4), gas rumah kaca berbahaya bagi ozon yang mempercepat krisis iklim serta meningkatkan risiko bencana ekologis (IPCC, 2021). Pemilahan sampah dari rumah menjadi langkah strategis untuk mengurangi beban TPA. Kegiatan PKM ini penting karena melibatkan orang tua anak penyandang disabilitas yang sering menghadapi keterbatasan informasi dan keterampilan (Nurhidayah, Imtihana, & Adistie, 2018; Putri & Ramadhan, 2021). Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta membuka peluang ekonomi keluarga melalui pemilahan sampah plastik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik pemilahan sesuai kondisi masing-masing peserta sehingga mudah diterapkan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari di rumah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan (85%) dan keterampilan dasar (70%).
