Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow and overcome operational and financial problems. Using a qualitative method and a historical approach to the leadership of Sultan Al-Fatih on the performance of maslahah, this study reveals the application of 8 (eight) MaP steps for SMEs, namely: formulating strategic planning, identifying the foundation of maslahah; determining maslahah behavior; determining size; agreeing on performance contracts; implementing performance; monitoring; and following up. The findings of this study show that the application of the MaP steps can help SMEs to grow and overcome operational and financial problems. The MaP steps provide a clear and structured framework for SMEs to develop and implement their strategies. The MaP steps also emphasize the importance of maslahah, which is a concept that is relevant to both Islamic and Western business ethics. The implications of this study are that the MaP steps can be used by SMEs to improve their performance and achieve their goals. The MaP steps can also be used by policymakers to develop support programs for SMEs.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pentingnya pengawasan di TPS untuk menjamin transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan demokrasi dalam Pilkada serentak 2024.Tujuan penelitian: Menganalisis peran dan efektivitas pengawas TPS di Kecamatan Cicurug.Metodologi: Studi kualitatif-deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen.Hasil utama: Pengawas TPS berperan signifikan dalam mengurangi potensi kecurangan, namun menghadapi kendala teknis dan struktural.Kesimpulan: Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kapasitas pengawas TPS di masa mendatang. Integritas proses pemilu sangat penting untuk menjamin transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan demokrasi, terutama dalam konteks Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) serentak 2024 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan efektivitas pengawas Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) dalam memastikan proses pemilu yang adil dan kredibel di Kecamatan Cicurug, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawas TPS memiliki peran yang krusial dalam mengurangi potensi kecurangan pemilu, meskipun menghadapi berbagai kendala teknis dan struktural. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan efektivitas pengawas TPS agar lebih mampu menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Negeri I Indramayu, focusing on its impact on students' religious character and social care attitudes. The primary goal is to understand how integrating religious values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities can enhance students' moral and ethical development. Using a qualitative research design, the study employs methods such as case studies, interviews, focus groups, observational studies, and documentary analysis to gather comprehensive data. The main findings highlight the successful integration of religious values into the curriculum, the creation of a supportive learning environment, and the active engagement of stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and the community. The study also emphasizes the importance of religious moderation and continuous evaluation for the effective implementation of PAI. These practices have led to observable improvements in students' behavior, increased empathy, social responsibility, and the development of critical thinking skills. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that a holistic approach to character education, which includes integrated curricula, professional development for teachers, community involvement, and regular assessment, significantly enhances students' religious character and social care attitudes. These findings contribute to the existing literature on character education in Islamic schools and suggest further research areas, such as longitudinal studies and the role of technology in character education.
