Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program literasi dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di Sekolah Dasar Karya Thayybah, Desa Wani 3. Program ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya minat baca anak-anak melalui serangkaian kegiatan seperti pengenalan buku bacaan, sesi membaca bersama, hingga penguatan kebiasaan literasi di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan guru, serta dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat baca siswa yang signifikan, ditandai dengan antusiasme mereka dalam mengikuti kegiatan literasi, meningkatnya jumlah buku yang dibaca, serta perubahan sikap siswa terhadap kebiasaan membaca. Kesimpulannya, program literasi yang dirancang secara interaktif dan kreatif dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk menumbuhkan budaya membaca pada anak-anak, terutama jika didukung oleh pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance on the implementation of school-based management at MTs Ummul Quran An-Nurani Tembilahan. The method used in this activity is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), a method that emphasizes the activeness and participation of partners in the management process of madrasah-based management. The location of this community service activity is in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Jalan Perigi Raja. There are 4 stages in the assistance activity, namely: (1) Socialization of madrasah-based management (international language program, Qur'an memorization program, extracurricular). (2) Training (independent curriculum and children's learning methods), assistance in dividing classes according to the child's ability level, holding additional classes. (3) Organizing madrasah-based management so that it can run regularly. (4) Monitoring and evaluation. Through collaboration and hard work, MTs Ummul Qur'an An-Nurani has succeeded in integrating the principles of Islamic education into school management, providing a deep understanding of the vision, mission, and values ​​of the madrasah, and being able to design and implement appropriate strategic steps to strengthen the identity and improve the quality of Islamic education at MTs Ummul Qur'an An-Nurani.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik UIN Datokarama Palu merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi guna untuk merealisasikan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Dalam pelaksanaannya KKN diharapkan dapat merealisasikan tri dharma perguruan tinggi pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat kelurahan dengan melaksanakan beberapa peran. Peran merupakan aspek dinamis kedudukan (status), apabila seseorang melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan kedudukannya, maka ia menjalankan suatu peranan, dalam melaksanakan peran sebagai mahasiswa KKN sosialisasi sertifikasi halal UMKM merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian yang bisa dilaksanakan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya UMKM. Dengan adanya sosialisasi sertifikat halal maka akan membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan usaha yang ditekuninya. Kegiatan ini secara umum terdiri atas 3 tahap yakni tahap perencanaan, observasi, dan tahap sosialisasi. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni 1) Mahasiswa KKN Tematik sebagai perpanjangan tangan dari kampus UIN Datokarama Palu telah melaksanakan dengan baik program kerja yang telah direncanakan khususnya dalam hal pemberdayaan masyarakat kelurahan melalui program sosialisasi sertifikat halal untuk UMKM, 2) Sertifikat halal atas produk merupakan salah satu bentuk perizinan yang wajib untuk dimiliki setiap UMKM serta sebagai bukti sebuah produk terjamin kehalalannya, 3) Program SEHATI menjadi salah satu program unggulan mahasiswa KKN Tematik dapat memberikan manfaat ditengah-tengah masyarakat bukan hanya pelaku usaha namun juga seluruh masyarakat yang merasa aman dalam mengkonsumsi produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Mayarakat, Sosialisai Sertifikat Halal, UMKM

Abstract

Sexual violence is a form of human rights violation that is underpinned by power relations. In the medical context, the power relationship between doctors and patients is unequal, as doctors have authority over patients' bodies, personal information, and treatment decisions. This places patients in a passive, dependent, and vulnerable position, opening the door to abuse of power. The phenomenon of alleged sexual violence by doctors shows that unequal power relations are often the root cause of sexual violence. This study aims to examine and analyze legal regulations related to power-based sexual violence by doctors, as well as forms of legal protection and recovery for victims. The method used is normative jurisprudence with a legislative approach and conceptual analysis. Legally, Indonesia has a Sexual Violence Criminal Law (TPKS Law) that recognizes power relations as an aggravating factor in sentencing. The new Criminal Code also emphasizes that unequal power relations can constitute psychological violence or coercion, not just physical violence. Therefore, any sexual act by a doctor towards a patient without medical grounds and valid consent constitutes a serious violation of criminal law, medical ethics, and the principles of medical professionalism. Legal protection under the UU TPKS includes prevention, prosecution, recovery, and rehabilitation of victims, so that the interests of victims are placed as an aspect that must be considered in criminal and social policy.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is an increasingly worrying social problem in various regions. This phenomenon not only impacts the adolescent individual himself, but also affects the family, the surrounding environment, and society in general. Lack of attention, lack of positive activities, weak social control, and lack of community participation are the main triggers for the increase in juvenile delinquency. Thus, community empowerment efforts are needed aimed at preventing and overcoming juvenile delinquency through a participatory and community-based approach. Training and counselling methods are carried out to the community, parents, and adolescents about the dangers of juvenile delinquency and how to prevent it. The results of this activity are increasing public and parental awareness of the importance of their role in fostering adolescents, the formation of forums or communities of positive adolescents who are active in the community, the decrease in the number of juvenile delinquency in the area of implementation of the activity, documentation and modules of empowerment activities that can be replicated in other areas, and the building of networks between the community, the government, and educational institutions in dealing with juvenile delinquency in a systematic manner Sustainable.
