Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran isteri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan rumah rangga, dan berapa besar kontribusi pendapatan isteri terhadap pendapatan keluarga, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendorong isteri nelayan melakukan pekerjaan sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Peran isteri pada pekerjaan sektor perikanan 46% dengan kontribusi pendapatan 38,57% meliputi; pengeringan dan pengolahan ikan, penjemur rumput laut, dan non perikanan 56% umumnya sektor perdagangan sebagai penjual sembako, penjual es dan kuliner lainnya. Rata-rata Pendapatan Isteri nelayan Rp. 2.094.000 per bulan sedangkan pendapatan suami Rp. 2.334.667, dengan kontribusi pendapat isteri sebesar 47,28% dari pendapatan keluarga. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan isteri juga didorong oleh memanfaatkan waktu luang, pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga, kebutuhan usaha sendiri dan usaha suami dan biaya pendidikan anak. Terkait dengan perasaan melakukan pekerjaan dan ketercukupan penghasilan, 90% isteri merasa penghasilan yang diterima cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, dan 97 % merasa bahagia dengan peran yang dilakukan.  Meningkatkan partisipasi isteri dalam bekerja dan berusaha  guna memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga, merupakan stategi sangat penting pada keluarga nelayan, khususnya pada sektor non perikanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan sektor unggulan dan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, menggunakan analisis model dinamis Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) dengan menggunakan data antar waktu priode tahun 2012-2016 dan tahun 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi  perubahan sektor unggulan pada priode tahun 2012-2016 sebanyak tujuh sektor menjadi sepuluh sektor pada priode tahun 2017-2021. Pada sektor Lapangan Usaha perubahan terjadi pada sektor Industri Pengolahan dan Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial menjadi bukan unggulan pada priode 2017-2021. Sektor bukan unggulan pada priode tahun 2012-2016 menjadi sektor unggulan pada priode tahun 2017-2021 yaitu: Sektor Konstruksi; Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran, Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Transportasi dan Pergudangan; Penyediaan Akomodasi dan makan Minum dan Jasa Lainnya. Pada sektor Tenaga perubahan terjadi pada: Sektor Industri Pengolahan;  Informasi dan Komunikasi; Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial, dan Jasa Lainnya. Sedang untuk sektor baru yang  menjadi sektor unggulan adalah; Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas; Konstruksi, dan  Jasa Keuangan. Perubahan sektor unggulan Lapangan Usaha tidak seiring dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor tersebut pada dua priode data penelitian, kemampuan daya serap tenaga kerja sektor unggulan bersifat sementara, kecuali pada sektor primer daya serap tenaga kerja bersifat permanen dan jangka panjang. Sedangkan pada sektor Industri Pengolahan dan Jasa bersifat saling mendukung selama aktivitas sektor berlangsung dan proses pembangunan berjalan.

Abstract

Instagram media is a media that plays a very important role in the lives of today's young generation. The use of social media as a provider of information needs can be seen from the Instagram account. One piece of information that is very important is information regarding local tourism aspects. One account that utilizes and is related to local tourist information is @Pesona.indonesia. The aim of this research is a). to find out whether there is an influence of using Instagram @pesona.indonesia on meeting the information needs of followers. and b). to find out how much influence the use of social media Instagram @pesona.indonesia has on fulfilling the information needs of its followers. This research uses an explanatory quantitative method, namely research that aims to explain the relationship of a variable with other variables to test a hypothesis. The population in this study used the Slovin formula which took samples from followers on the Instagram account @Pesona.indonesia, with a sample of one hundred respondents at a ten percent error rate. The questionnaire was distributed via Google Form and processed using SPSS version twenty-nine. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the use of social media Instagram which has a very strong influence on information needs. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

Background. Along with the development of the times and changes in the way of looking at the use of technology in learning Arabic is becoming more sophisticated and complicated. For that, the use of Augmented Reality technology is applied in learning Arabic in order to improve the learning process. Augmented Reality technology is a technology that in its use can combine digital elements that can be seen virtually and can also be presented in the form of 3D animation. Purpose. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning on student learning motivation. Apart from that, to create innovative and creative Arabic language learning for students. Method. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a randomized control experimental approach. Data was collected through questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Results. The results of this research show that the use of Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning can increase student learning motivation. Students who are involved in Augmented Reality-based learning show a higher level of motivation, as well as a more active level of participation in the learning process. The use of Augmented Reality technology strengthens student engagement with learning material, increasing their understanding of the Arabic language context. Students are also increasingly interested in learning Arabic. Conclusion. The conclusion of this research states that Augmented Reality technology in Arabic language learning has a positive impact on student learning motivation. This emphasizes the importance of implementing technological innovation in education to increase learning effectiveness and strengthen student engagement. This research provides a basis for further development in the use of Augmented Reality technology in the context of learning Arabic and other subjects.

Abstract

The main questions asked include: (1) How religious are the students at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman? (2) What is the social support system for them? (3) How are students' abilities in Arabic? (4) How big is the influence of religiosity on students' Arabic language attitudes? (5) How much influence does the social environment have on students' Arabic language skills? (6) How do religiosity and social support influence Arabic language skills simultaneously? The method used was quantitative analysis with a sample of 223 students from classes VII, VIII and IX. Data was collected using religiosity, social and attitude scales in Arabic, then analyzed using multiple regression via SPSS version 23. The results showed that: (1) 35% of students were classified as minorities in terms of religiosity. (2) The students' social environment is in the medium category (37.2%). (3) Students' Arabic language skills are relatively low, with 43.5% of students in this category. (4) Religiosity has a positive correlation with Arabic language attitudes with a contribution of 28.9%. (5) The social environment has a positive effect on Arabic language skills with a contribution of 33.4%. (6) Simultaneously, religiosity and social support have a positive effect on Arabic language skills with a contribution of 39.8%. This research shows the important role of religiosity and social support in influencing students' Arabic language skills at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman.

Abstract

Prayer is one part of prayer. There are several obligatory prayers for Muslims: morning, noon, Asar, Maghrib, and Isha. By following the development of mobile technology, prayer learning applications can be developed to be used anywhere and at any time without an internet connection. Android is a Linux-based mobile operating system designed by Android. Various activities can be done using a smartphone, such as working, playing, entertaining, and studying. Using multimedia development, it is hoped that users will be interested in learning how to pray. The application developed includes several pages containing material evidence, pillars, preparation, and prayer guides.

Abstract

The paper aims to determine the learning objectives of Islamic religious education in schools. The research design used is the literature review method. Literature study (literature review) is research carried out by researchers by collecting a number of books and magazines related to the problem and research objectives. This technique is carried out with the aim of uncovering various theories that are relevant to the problems being faced/researched as reference material in discussing research results. The results of this study are that religious education teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, modeling, assessing and distributing students." The role of the religious education teacher Islamic religious education is a conscious effort to prepare students to understand (know), be skilled at performing (doing) and practicing (becoming) the Islamic religion through educational activities. Of these three aspects, "the aspect of being (religious or living life based on Islamic teachings and values) is the main aim of Islamic religious education in schools. In other words, the most important thing about the process of Islamic religious education in schools is not the aim of making people who have mastered Islamic religious knowledge, religious experts, or are clever and skilled in implementing it, but the aim is to realize the values ​​of Islamic religious teachings in real life for students. , which is integrated into his everyday personality.

Abstract

Jasa Konstruksi adalah layanan jasa konsultansi konstruksi dan/atau pekerjaan konstruksi. Pihak-pihak yang terkait, yaitu Pengguna Jasa dan Penyedia Jasa. Pengguna Jasa adalah pemilik atau pemberi pekerjaan yang menggunakan layanan Jasa Konstruksi. Penyedia Jasa adalah pemberi layanan Jasa Konstruksi. Hubungan kontraktual antara Pengguna Jasa dan Penyedia Jasa tidak selamnya harmonis. Dalam hal terjadi sengketa antar para pihak, Undang-Undang No.2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi mengedepankan prinsip dasar musyawarah untuk mencapai kemufakatan. Dalam hal musyawarah para pihak tidak dapat mencapai suatu kemufakatan, para pihak menempuh tahapan upaya penyelesaian sengketa yang tercantum dalam Kontrak Kerja Konstruksi. Dalam hal upaya penyelesaian sengketa tidak tercantum dalam Kontrak Kerja Konstruksi, para pihak yang bersengketa membuat suatu persetujuan tertulis mengenai tata cara penyelesaian sengketa yang akan dipilih. Tahapan upaya penyelesaian sengketa sebagaimana dimaksud, meliputi: mediasi; konsiliasi;dan arbitrase. Dalam praktek Pengguna Jasa dan Penyedia Jasa belum memahami dengan baik mengenai bagaimanakah upaya penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang Jasa Konstruksi tersebut. Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan tentang prosedur atau tahapan dalam mengajukan penyelesaian sengketa jasa konstruksi di luar pengadilan, dengan menggunakan metode kajian yuridis normatif dan analisis kualitatif serta studi kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat dikemukakan bahwa penyelesaian sengketa jasa konstruksi dapat dilakukan di luar pengadilan, yaitu melalui tahapan upaya musyawarah, mediasi, konsiliasii dan arbitrase, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No.2 Tahun 2017 tentang Jasa Konstruksi, Undang-Undang No.48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman dan Undang-Undang No.30 Tahun 1999 tentang Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa.

Abstract

Although now the contract is mandatory in Indonesian according to Law no. 24 of 2009, notaries still have to understand notary deeds in foreign languages. In fact, if necessary, be able to make notary deeds using foreign languages. This is necessary to improve the qualifications as a legal apparatus in the field of notarization and land affairs. Moreover, there are quite a lot of notaries in Bandung Regency. Based on data from the Bandung Regency Regional Revenue and Financial Management Service (Dispenda), as of June 2020, there were 418 PPAT (Land Deed Maker Officials) and based on the Notary Portal of Bandung Regency as of June 2020 there were 397 notaries. In accordance with Law no. 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary (UUJN), the notary is authorized to make authentic deeds regarding all actions, agreements, and provisions required by laws and regulations and/or those desired by those with an interest to be stated in an authentic deed, guaranteeing the certainty of the date of making the deed, keep the deed, provide a copy and an excerpt of the deed. From the inventory of problems, many notaries do not understand the legal consequences when a notary makes a contract or agreement in the form of a notary deed in a foreign language. It should be noted that a contract or agreement made in the form of a notary deed in a foreign language has certain legal consequences, namely the notary deed is not an authentic deed, but as an underhand deed. In addition, the notary deed has the potential to be filed for cancellation or declared null and void through the state judiciary. The solution is, socialization or legal counseling has been held to notaries regarding the legal umbrella or legal basis for the mandatory use of the Indonesian language in contracts or agreements, either under hand or in the form of a notary deed.
