Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family support, leader support, and work-life balance on teacher performance.Methodology: The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and uses a purposive sampling technique. This study used a sample of 150 teachers in Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung. The analysis of this research used SEM with AMOS 24.0 software.Finding: The results showed that family support has a significant effect on teacher performance. Family support has a significant effect on the work-life balance of teachers. Leader support has a significant effect on the work life balance of teachers. Leader support has a significant effect on teacher performance. Work life balance has no significant effect on teacher performance.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that family support and leader support have a significant effect on teacher performance, family support and leader support have a significant effect on work-life balance, and work-life balance has no significant effect on teacher performance. In the process of achieving a balance between the "work" and "non-work" domains, various conflicts and problems will arise that must be faced by individuals with families. The application of work-life balance in each employee cannot improve the employee's performance in the organization. Employees who can balance their work with their lives may not necessarily improve the employee's performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran moderasi ekspektasi supervisor, norma kolega dan keterikatan kerja terhadap penggunaan smartphone dan gangguan work-home. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat fenomena baru yaitu penerapan aktivitas work from home akibat Covid-19 dari sisi gangguan. Data dikumpulkan dari 179 responden yang bekerja di PT Taspen (Persero) Cabang Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Jawa Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Regression Analysis dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan smartphone berpengaruh positif terhadap gangguan work-home (2) ekspektasi supervisor memoderasi efek penggunaan smartphone pada gangguan work-home (3) norma rekan kerja tidak memoderasi efek penggunaan smartphone pada gangguan work-home (4) keterlibatan kerja memoderasi pengaruh penggunaan smartphone pada gangguan work-home. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone sehari-hari dalam aktivitas work from home dapat menimbulkan gangguan, demikian pula ekspektasi dari supervisor dan keterikatan kerja dapat mempengaruhi pengaruh antara keduanya.

Abstract

Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia play an important role as a vital source of employment, contribute significantly to of the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP ) and a crucial source of economic security for the lower middle class. However, during Covid-19 pandemic, SMEs have faced serious challenges that have had adverse impact on business operations. Government policies that were aimed at controlling the spread of Covid-19, that included Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy and social distancing rules, have had adverse impact on SME economic activities. This study analyzes social capital in the management of SMEs in Bengkulu city. The research was based on primary data and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, data analysis involved frequency distribution statistics. The empirical results showed that social capital in the management of SMEs as manifested in mutual trust, business networks, and solidarity had positive impact on SMEs management in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to uncover the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of organizational justice and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. This study was carried out at Sumut Bank in Medan, Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used, with 200 questionnaires distributed. Organizational justice and transformational leadership have a good and significant effect on job satisfaction, according to the findings. Job satisfaction, on the other hand, has a positive and considerable impact on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has little effect on organizational commitment when it comes to moderating the effects of organizational justice and transformational leadership. The key outcome of this study is that boosting transformational leadership, rather than enhancing organizational justice, will be more effective in increasing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Agro Selaparang Lombok Timur is a company engaged in supply chain management : drinking water during the period (AMDK), animal feed, iodized salt, and block ice products, as for the objectives of this study, among others: 1) Knowing the supply chain management structure in PD. Agro Selaparang, 2) Analyze information systems (information communication technology, expert support, electronic business processes), used in dealing with suppliers, 3) Identifying how exposure is information systems in supply chain management, problems that occur currently in PD. Agro Selaparang, East Lombok, is a government obstacle such as lack of sanitarian personnel, allocation of funds, inspection of ice block product samples, feed, iodized salt and drinking water in a low AGRO period (AMDK), a burden double work. There are no strict sanctions and a lack of cooperation between sectors, too affects the quality of products that do not meet the requirements, so it affects on the product management process, besides the lack of feed stock due to the company as a distributor. Based on the problems that occur, the role of the system is needed information with supply chain management. The purpose of information systems can be help supply chain management in the company. The research was carried out with a qualitative approach through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that in the supply chain management process PD. Agro Selaparang East Lombok uses an integrated information system and one doors, through financial information systems.

Abstract

Nurse caring behavior is the core of nursing where nurses must be respectful and responsive to patient preferences, values and needs. Caring behavior is influenced by several factors, including workload, lack of time, and burnout. A nurse with a high tendency to burnout will experience loss of motivation, burnout and affect work professionalism, especially on the caring behavior of nurses to patients. This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement on nurses' caring behavior with burnout as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative with cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study amounted to 74 nurses. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The analysis used is path analysis. The result of statistical test of work engagement variable with burnout on nurses has a significant effect in a negative direction. In addition, work engagement with nurses' caring behavior has a significant effect in a positive direction. Meanwhile, burnout with nurse caring behavior has a significant effect in a negative direction. The sobel test results show the effect of work engagement on nurses' caring behavior with burnout as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Kemunculan media sosial yang telah banyak diadopsi oleh perusahaan saat ini telah memberikan perubahan arah dan strategi bisnis dan pola komunikasi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan. Perubahan strategi dan pola komunikasi tersebut juga dilakukan oleh sektor UKM. Sektor UKM yang beberapa tahun lalu masih mengadopsi strategi dan bentuk komunikasi secara langsung, saat ini juga telah beradaptasi dengan menggunakan media sosial. Media sosial juga telah mempengaruhi pemilihan strategi perusahaan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan para pelanggannya. Bahkan UKM juga harus merubah strategi mereka dalam menghadapi kemunculan media sosial saat ini termasuk dalam kegiatan pemasaran. Pentingnya membangun hubungan UKM dan para relasinya telah dilakukan dengan konsep dan mencari interaksi sosial melalui jejaring sosial dengan menggunakan facebook, instgram dan media sosial lainnya. Reputasi UKM akan dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat. Salah satu bentuknya adalah pada UKM batik yang berusaha memasarkan produknya secara online melalui konten pemasaran (marketing content).  Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan pada UKM batik di desa Jarum Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten. Output dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah pembuatan konten pemasaran untuk produk-produk batik yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan produksi batik seperti kain batik, handicraft, mainan dan beberapa aksesoris lain yang dihasilkan dari proses membatik. Produk-produk tersebut dibuatkan konten pemasaran nya dan kemudian di upload dalam youtube sehingga mudah dikenal oleh pelanggan dalam jangkauan yang luas.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of knowledge, religiosity, andattitude on purchase intention. A more comprehensive studymodel is considered an effort to add to the literature on the studyof halal cosmetics, which is still very limited amid the progress ofthe halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia. The millennial samplewas used in this study and then analyzed using SEM. Accordingto the result, knowledge did not significantly impact purchaseintentions but played an essential role in influencing attitudes.Meanwhile, religiosity has been proven to significantly impact andcontribute the most to determining purchase intention but wasinsignificant in influencing attitudes. Finally, the result also foundthat attitudes mediated the influence of knowledge and religiosityon purchase intention. For this reason, industry players shouldpay more attention to religiosity in promoting their products.Consumers must be given additional knowledge to influencepositive consumer behavior, encouraging purchase intention. Theimplication of this study is limited to the millennial sample ofthe halal cosmetics product in Indonesia.JEL Classification: M31, M37

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green product innovation and green process innovation on the green performance of SMEs. The data of this study were collected from Batik SMEs in Yogyakarta Regency, Indonesia, with 204 Batik SMEs’ owners. This research used purposive sampling methods for the data process collecting. The result of this study uncovered that green product innovation had a significant positive effect on the green performance of SMEs. Green process innovation had a positive effect on the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze an empirical research model on the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use on student satisfaction with the mediating role of attitude to use online learning. The sample of this study were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University. An empirical model and hypothesis testing was analyze using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the AMOS 23 program. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach. A sample of 203 students were tested in this study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant effect between perceived usefulness and satisfaction and attitude. Perceived easy to use has a significant positive effect on attitude to use online learning but not significant on student satisfaction. Attitude to use online learning has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.
