Abstract

Peran penting sumber daya manusia tenaga keperawatan secara mutlak perlu dilakukan pengembangan dan kajian yang mendalam sehingga waktu dan tenaga serta kemampuan yang dimilikinya benar-benar termanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga dapat mendukung produktifitas kerja organisasi pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi konsep diri perawat terhadap produktifitas kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Datu Beru Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah  survei analitik  dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 341 orang pengambilan sampel populasi ini dilakukan dengan purposive sampling.Jumlah  sampel yang akan diteliti adalah  77 orang.  Analisa data dilakukan  dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian  variabel care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,001 < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap. Hasil analisis  multivariat didapatkan  variabel yang paling  berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel care dengan nilai OR 47.802.Ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, dari hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah variabel care. Kesimpulan didapatkan ada pengaruh antara care, knowledge, relation staff, leadership terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat inap RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, Disarankan kepada RSUD Datu Beru Takengon agar supaya mengutamakan peningkatan Care karena lebih memengaruhi produktifitas kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dalam memberikan pelayanan prima yang dibanggakan masyarakat (consumer satisfaction), pemberi layanan (provider satisfaction) dan institusi pelayanan (institutional satisfaction.Kata kunci: Produktifitas kerja, care, knowledge, relation staff, Leadership. The important role of human resources for nursing staff absolutely needs to be developed and studied in depth so that their time and energy and abilities are really utilized to the fullest so that they can support the work productivity of health service organizations. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the factors that influence the nurse's self-concept on the work productivity of implementing nurses in the inpatient room at Datu Beru General Hospital, Central Aceh Regency in 2021. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 341 people. This population sample was taken by purposive sampling. The number of samples to be studied was 77 people. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results of the research on variables of care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership obtained p-value = 0.001 <0.05, meaning that there is an influence between care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership on the work productivity of implementing nurses in inpatient rooms. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the most influential variable in this study was the care variable with an OR value of 47.802. There was an influence between care, knowledge, staff relations, leadership on the Work Productivity of Implementing Nurses in the Inpatient Room of RSUD Datu Beru Takengon, the results of multivariate analysis showed The results show that the most dominant factor is the care variable. It is hoped that RSUD Datu Beru Takengon will prioritize improving care because it will affect the work productivity of implementing nurses in inpatient rooms in providing excellent service that the community is proud of (consumer satisfaction), service providers (provider satisfaction) and service institutions (institutional satisfaction).Keywords: Work productivity, care, knowledge, staff relations, Leadership

Abstract

Hasil terjemahan mbak Google: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap secara komprehensif pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja militer, pemikiran kritis terhadap kemampuan berpikir strategis berpangkat letnan kolonel di Mabes TNI. Penelitian ini melibatkan 85 responden terpilih dari total 477 target populasi berpangkat letnan kolonel yang ditugaskan di Mabes TNI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir strategis. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir strategis letnan kolonel, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja militer, dan pemikiran kritis perlu ditingkatkan melalui beberapa saran-saran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan pada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) se-Kecamatan Kapontori. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi terdiri dari pelaku usaha yang ada di Kecamatan Kapontori, Kabupaten Buton dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana melalui software SPSS 23. Hasil analisis uji-t menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan dimana tingkat signifikansinya yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pemahaman pelaku UKM terhadap literasi keuangan maka semakin baik pelaku UKM dalam membuat perencanan keuangan dan skala prioritas dalam usahanya

Abstract

Pembinaan kesadaran bela negara di masyarakat merupakan strategi penting dalam memperkuat nasionalisme dan mencegah disintegrasi bangsa. Dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai bela negara, seperti cinta tanah air, kesetiaan pada Pancasila, dan semangat persatuan, pembinaan ini bertujuan membentuk warga negara yang tangguh dan siap berkontribusi terhadap stabilitas nasional. Melalui pendekatan edukasi, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, diharapkan masyarakat memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya persatuan dan tanggung jawab kebangsaan. Pembinaan ini juga melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan organisasi kemasyarakatan, guna menciptakan ketahanan nasional yang kokoh dan mengurangi potensi ancaman disintegrasi.

Abstract

IntroductionIn today’s dynamic and competitive organizational landscape, leadership is a critical determinant of work behavior, motivation, and managerial effectiveness. In the Indonesian Islamic banking sector, leadership presents unique challenges due to the need to balance operational efficiency with Islamic ethical and spiritual values. Despite asset growth, reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) highlight stagnation in organizational effectiveness attributed to weak employee motivation and commitment. While Islamic leadership has shown potential to enhance work culture and motivation, its integration into management practices remains inconsistent.ObjectivesThis study aims to empirically examine the effects of transformational and transactional leadership styles on managerial effectiveness, mediated by Islamic leadership and work motivation, within the context of Indonesian Islamic banking. The study addresses gaps in the literature regarding the mediating role of Islamic values and work motivation and compares the effectiveness of two dominant leadership styles in a religious-based organizational setting. MethodUsing a quantitative explanatory research design, the study surveyed employees from three Islamic bank branches in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The total sample consisted of 57 respondents selected through purposive total sampling. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire using validated Likert-scale instruments. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) using SmartPLS to evaluate both measurement and structural models, ensuring robustness for small sample sizes and non-normal data distributions. ResultsThe analysis revealed that both transformational and transactional leadership significantly influenced managerial effectiveness, with Islamic leadership and work motivation acting as partial mediators. Transformational leadership demonstrated a stronger direct and indirect effect compared to transactional leadership. Islamic leadership emerged as a pivotal mediating variable that bridged modern leadership styles with religious organizational contexts, enhancing motivation and managerial outcomes. ImplicationsThe findings provide theoretical insight by introducing a new conceptual model positioning Islamic leadership as a core mediating construct in leadership dynamics. Practically, the study offers actionable strategies for Islamic bank leaders to align spiritual values with performance targets, informing policy development and training programs on Islamic leadership capacity building.Originality/Novelty Despite growing interest in leadership models in Islamic organizations, few studies have systematically examined the mediating roles of Islamic leadership and work motivation in linking transformational and transactional leadership styles to managerial effectiveness—particularly within the Indonesian Islamic banking sector. Moreover, comparative evaluations of these two leadership styles in religious-based institutions remain underexplored. Addressing this gap, the present study proposes an integrative model that reflects both the spiritual context of Islamic organizations and modern leadership theory.

Abstract

Tindak pidana terorisme merupakan salah satu contoh gangguan terhadap keamanan negara, yang melibatkan aksi teror oleh non-state actor yang mengancam kedaulatan negara, melemahkan stabilitas politik, bahkan berujung pada hilangnya nyawa bagi masyarakat sipil. Menurut International Centre for Counter- Terrorism  (ICCT), terorisme merupakan suatu tindakan melawan hukum yang membahayakan komunitas, dan dilakukan dengan direncanakan untuk mencapai tujuan politik atau keagamaan.Peristiwa serangan terorisme di Indonesia, melibatkan pentingnya peran negara atau pemerintah melaui unit-unit kerja yang menjalankan tugas-tugas pertahanan dan keamanan dalam membentuk pasukan-pasukan khusus untuk menangani aksi terorisme. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pengaturan peran Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat (TNI AD) dalam upaya penanggulangan terorisme di Indonesia, dengan fokus utama pada Satuan 81 Kopassus. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan teori strategi kontra- terorisme serta pendekatan criminal justice dan war model untuk menganalisis kendala, hambatan, serta efektivitas keterlibatan TNI AD dalam menangani ancaman terorisme. Metode yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan design penelitian fenomenologi yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara serta studi pustaka. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun TNI AD memainkan peran yang signifikan   dalam penanggulangan   terorisme, masih terdapat masalah tumpang tindih kewenangan dengan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (POLRI), yang memerlukan pengaturan lebih jelas agar efektivitas operasional dapat ditingkatkan. Peran Satuan 81 Kopassus dalam penanggulangan terorisme di Indonesia sangat penting dan strategis. Namun, efektivitasnya masih terganggu oleh berbagai permasalahan, termasuk tumpang tindih kewenangan, kurangnya koordinasi antar lembaga, keterbatasan regulasi, kendala dalam penggunaan kekuatan militer, serta dukungan operasional yang belum optimal. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penanggulangan terorisme di Indonesia, diperlukan langkah- langkah strategis, termasuk revisi regulasi, peningkatan koordinasi, serta peningkatan dukungan operasional bagi Satuan 81 Kopassus

Abstract

The concept of corporate governance has played an important role, especially in the process of submitting financial reports. However, the literature reveals inconsistent findings regarding the impact of corporate governance characteristics on financial performance. Despite numerous studies on corporate governance, there remains a lack of evidence, particularly in the banking industry, specifically concerning foreign exchange banks in Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the influence of board size and audit committee characteristics, namely audit committee size, frequency of audit committee meetings, and audit committee expertise, as integral components of corporate governance, on financial performance. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research that utilized data obtained from the annual reports published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the websites of 38 foreign exchange banks in Indonesia from 2007 to 2021. The research findings indicate that board size exhibits a non-significant negative relationship with financial performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). In addition, the results regarding audit committee size and frequency of meetings show no significant relationship with ROA and ROE proxied financial performance. However, audit committee expertise shows a significant negative relationship with financial performance as measured by ROE, and not significant with ROA. These findings will assist management in making informed decisions regarding optimizing board size and audit committee characteristics to meet the needs and interests of all stakeholders within the company. Overall, this research emphasizes the need for continuous improvement in corporate governance practices for sustainable growth and development.

Abstract

Collaboration between pharmaceutical and medical staff at Norman Lubis Hospital plays a crucial role in supporting quality healthcare services for soldiers and their families. This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges in this collaboration and to formulate strategies for enhancing its effectiveness. The primary focus of the research is to support the safe and effective use of medications, particularly in the care of Indonesian Air Force personnel at Sulaiman Air Base. Findings reveal that the main challenges to collaboration include differences in organizational and professional cultures, limited resources, lack of interprofessional training, rigid hierarchy, and restrictive policies. Miscommunication and a lack of role understanding due to cultural differences often exacerbate the situation. Resource constraints in both personnel and infrastructure increase workloads, while the military hospital's hierarchical structure limits pharmacists' roles in decision-making. To address these obstacles, policy changes, interprofessional training programs, and resource improvements are needed. These steps are expected to strengthen collaboration and enhance the quality of healthcare services in military hospitals, thus accelerating the health recovery of soldiers.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of South Buton Regency. This study aims to determine and provide an overview of the Analysis of Regional Fixed Asset Management at the Regional Finance and Agency (BKAD) of South Buton Regency. This type of research is comparative, the type of data used is qualitative data with data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods include field research (fieldnote research) and library research (library research). The data obtained is then analyzed using the comparative method, which is a method or procedure in the form of numbers that compares the budget data with the realization data. The results of the research and discussion show that Permendagri No. 19 of 2016 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Management of Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of South Buton Regency.

Abstract

In today’s highly competitive fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, sales promotion performance continues to face serious challenges due to the persistent imbalance between knowledge acquisition and its actual application in daily work practices. This issue is particularly evident among Sales Promotion Girls (SPG), whose performance directly affects customer engagement and company sales outcomes. This research aims to investigate how knowledge sharing and the transfer of training contribute to enhancing SPG performance at PT Unilever in Kendari City. Using a descriptive qualitative design, the study involved 25 key informants selected purposively from a population of 32 SPGs. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that knowledge sharing significantly enhances performance through two dimensions: knowledge collecting (facilitated through formal training sessions, which increased conceptual understanding of product mastery and personal selling) and knowledge donating (through voluntary peer exchanges that strengthened practical competence). However, its effectiveness is often constrained by uneven knowledge distribution and limited institutional recognition. Successful training transfer is driven by field-based practice opportunities, cohesive teamwork, and motivation provided through reward systems. This study provides a novel perspective by highlighting how the integration of formal and informal knowledge flows can reinforce sustainable SPG performance and inform more adaptive human resource development strategies in dynamic sales environments.
