Abstract

Kabupaten Enrekang berada di tengah Semenanjung Sulawesi Selatan, dengan lingkungan pegunungan dan luas sekitar 1.786,01 km2. Wilayah ini memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk pertumbuhan agribisnis, termasuk kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola kemitraan dalam menunjang kinerja pemasaran kopi di Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik purposive sampling, yang berarti informan dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa mereka memiliki pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan pemahaman tentang masalah objek penelitian serta penentuan informan terdiri dari 2 sumber yaitu dari pihak CV Garis Tengah Kopi dan petani yang bermitra sebanyak 30 petani kopi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin antara petani kopi di Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang, dengan CV Garis Tengah Kopi adalah pola kemitraan kerjasama operasional agribisnis (KOA). Pola kemitraan ini ditandai dengan kerjasama saling menguntungkan di mana petani menyediakan lahan dan tenaga kerja, sedangkan perusahaan mitra atau CV Garis Tengah Kopi, menyediakan sarana produksi (saprodi), bimbingan, dan pelatihan dari budidaya hingga pasca panen. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memberikan jaminan kepastian pasar kepada petani, membantu dalam pemasaran hasil produksi, dan memberikan bimbingan teknis untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi kopi. Enrekang Regency is located in the center of the South Sulawesi, with a mountainous environment and an area of approximately 1,786.01 km2. This region has abundant natural resources and has enormous potential for agribusiness growth, including coffee. This study aims to identify partnership patterns in supporting coffee marketing performance in Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research applies purposive sampling technique, which means that informants are selected intentionally based on the consideration that they have knowledge, experience, and understanding of the problem of the object of research and the determination of informants consists of 2 sources, namely from CV Garis Tengah Kopi and farmers who partnered as many as 30 coffee farmers. The results showed that the partnership pattern established between coffee farmers in Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency, and CV Garis Tengah Kopi is the agribusiness operational cooperation (KOA) partnership pattern. This partnership pattern is characterized by mutually beneficial cooperation in which farmers provide land and labour, while the partner company or CV Garis Tengah Kopi, provides production facilities (saprodi), guidance, and training from cultivation to post-harvest. In addition, the company also guarantees market certainty to farmers, assists in marketing production, and provides technical guidance to improve the quality of the coffee.

Abstract

The problems that occur in the Asoka Women Farmers Group include agricultural activities, increasing product innovation capacity, resulting in a lack of access to agricultural education and training which hinders the progress of the women farmers group. The problem that occurs with domestic waste is difficulty in management. Overcoming the domestic waste problem requires a holistic approach through innovative green waste management. The aim of the implementation is to carry out mentoring activities for green innovation in the transformation of agricultural waste into quality products. The method is a method of counseling and training in making dodol from banana peels, crackers from tofu dregs and candied watermelon peels. The partners involved in this activity are the Asoka Farming Women's Group, Kelurahan Kadidi. The activity was implemented on January 13 2024. The results of this activity were an increase in knowledge which could be seen from the community's activeness in the activity. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity is that the implementation of the activity ran smoothly in collaboration with Kadidi Village officials. Participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in the activity.

Abstract

The problem with the Asoka Women's Farmers Group (KWT) is the lack of access to agricultural education and training that KWT requires. The main problem in diversifying local food products is the consistent availability of raw materials. Variability in raw material quality can be a problem. The aim of the activity is to carry out mentoring activities, namely the diversification of local food products in supporting national food security by making sweet potato flour brownies. The method used is the counseling and training method for making sweet potato flour brownies. The partners involved in this activity are the Asoka Women's Farmers Group. Implementation of outreach activities on diversification of local food products to support national food security and training on making sweet potato flour brownies, on June 17 2023. The results of this activity increased knowledge from community activity in the activity, as well as the number of people who took part in the activity. The conclusion of this activity is that the implementation of the activity ran smoothly in collaboration with Kadidi Village officials. Participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in the activity.

Abstract

Komoditi ayam buras merupakan komoditi andalan strategis bagi masyarakat perdesaan di Indonesia yang berpotensi dan berpeluang ekonomi sosial di masa depan. Sistem pemeliharaan tradisional ayam buras asli dalam upaya menghasilkan bobot 1 kg memerlukan waktu sekitar enam bulan. Peternak menyadari pentingnya menerapkan program intensifikasi dan pengembangan populasi ayam buras yang selanjutnya mampu meningkat pendapatan peternakan. Lingkungan yang lebih tertata karena tidak ada lagi ayam yang dipelihara ekstensif juga bisa dicapai, artinya tidak ada lagi kotoran ayam ditempat yang tidak seharusnya dan tanaman yang sengaja ditanampun aman dari gangguan ayam. Ayam buras memeliki keterbatasan dalam budidaya. Tujuan pemeliharaan oleh masyarakat pedesaan belum spesifik, biasanya sebagai penghasil telur sekaligus penghasil daging. Akibat permintaan pasar yang semakin luas maka pada akhir-akhir ini ayam buras mulai dipelihara intensif (Intab). Perubahan ini diperkirakan sebagai akibat harga output yang tinggi sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan. Peningkatan produktivitas tersebut diharapkan agar dapat menjadi solusi peningkatan pendapatan peternak ayam buras melalui program Intab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari sampai April 2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ongkoe, Kecamatan Belawa, Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Aspek Finansial. Produktifitas ayam buras beragam, bergantung pada sistem pemeliharaannya dan keragaman individu baik produksi telur, pertambahan bobot dan lain-lain. Pola pemeliharaan intensif ini diharapkan dapat dikerjakan secara meluas di berbagai daerah diluar Desa Ongkoe, Kabupaten Wajo khususnya. Berdasarkan aspek Finansial usaha peternakan ayam buras melalui sistem pemeliharaan intensif ini layak sesuai kriteria kelayakan usaha.

Abstract

Kemajuan Internet di Era seperti saat ini telah menjadi momok yang menarik di setiap instansi dalam mempromosikan jasa, termasuk berbagi informasi sebuah instansi. Desa. Perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat, membuat kita harus tanggap dan cepat dalam berinovasi merespon perubahan dan kemajuan yang terjadi di sekitar kita. Sistem informasi data penduduk pada tingkat desa biasanya masih menggunakan sistem yang manual, sehingga menimbulkan beberapa kendala, terutama pada ketidakvalidan dan ketidakcocokan data.Berdasarkan hal-hal diatas, maka melalui Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata dan Magang III Angkatan I tahun 2019 Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang yang mengangkat Tema “Universitas Membangun Desa Berbasis Teknologi Informasi”, dilakukan satu program kerja yang diusulkan yaitu dengan membuat “Pengembangan website desa untuk pelayanan publik melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata di kelurahan Rappang Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten sidenreng rappang”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Rappang Kecamatan Pancarijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dengan tujuan dapat memberikan informasi pada masyarakat serta membantu aparat desa/kelurahan dalam pelayanan public dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat

Abstract

Buah apel mengandung banyak komponene gizi, baik mineral maupun vitamin. Salah satu produk yang dijual di UMS Rappang Store yakni buah apel. Buah apel merupakan buah yang mudah rusak sehingga untuk menambah nilainya dengan melakukan pengolahan produk. Pengolahan yang dilakukan yakni pembuatan selai. Selain itu, dilakukan analisa kelayakan usaha untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya dilakukan pembuatan selai apel untuk alernatif usaha. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam analisis ini adalah usaha pembuatan selai apel layak untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

Nasu palekko, made from duck meat, is one of the typical dishes of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The amount of duck bone waste produced has increased due to the rising demand for this product.The business potential of duck bone meal; the livestock feed production process, which includes production inputs, receipts, and revenue; and the added value generated from processing duck bone meal.This study was conducted in Sidenreng Rappang Regency from June to November 2022.Qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis of the production process and its inputs, income and profit analysis, and the Hayami method for calculating added value were used in this research.According to the research results, the duck bone flour industry has a lot of potential.The production capacity of duck bone meal per day is 4,400 kilograms with a margin of Rp15,168,000.Meanwhile, the added value per production according to the Hayami technique is Rp5,603,000.

Abstract

The problems that occur in the Massumpuloloe Women's Farmers Group are (1) Limited access to efficient technology for managing waste and processing food into ready-to-sell products; (2) Lack of understanding of methods for processing domestic waste into other products that can be used in agriculture; (3) Food diversification skills, namely limited knowledge about food diversification and how to process food ingredients into innovative agro-industrial products. The aim of implementing the activity is to increase public knowledge about the importance of managing domestic waste and the benefits of food diversification, as well as implementing sustainable practices that can be applied in everyday life. The method used is the counseling and training method for making (1) fish bone cookies; (2) banana flower fish floss.  The partners involved in this activity are the Massumpuloloe Farming Women's Group. The activity will be implemented on July 5 2024. The results of this activity are an increase in knowledge which can be seen from the community's activeness in the activity, as well as the number of people who take part in the activity. A follow-up plan that can be carried out is to coordinate with the village/sub-district and local government so that this activity can be carried out regularly so that access to women farmer group services for the entire community can be implemented. The conclusion is that the implementation of the activity went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in the activity.
