Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. The research was carried out at the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency office. This research distributed questionnaires to 57 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method by testing hypotheses, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination.The results of the research show that integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. In the second variable, commitment has no effect on the performance of the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. In the third variable, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employees of the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency.In the simultaneous test, namely the variables Integrity, commitment and work ethic, have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Regional Disaster Management Agencywhile the Determination test contributed 65.3% to employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other variables not included in the research.Keywords: Integrity, commitment, work ethic, and employee performance.

Abstract

              The results of the research show that 1) The emotional intelligence variable has no effect on the performance of employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Health Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of t-count> t-table (1.427 < 2.002) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Health Control Service Population and Family Planning of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with t-count > t-table (4,173 > 2002) on the third variable, namely 3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Health Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. because t-count >.table (6,002 <2,002), 4) In the simultaneous test, the variables emotional intelligence, work ethic and motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Sidenreng Rappang District Population Control and Family Planning Health Service. because F-count > F-table (36,094 > 2.77), while the determination test contributed 65.9% to employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other variables not included in the research. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, work ethic, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus of Control baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Maros. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil uji t bahwa self efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Hasil uji t bahwa locus of control berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh self efficacy dan locus of control sebesar 70,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Self Efficacy, Locus of Control, Employee Performance.
