Abstract

IPAS subjects are often considered difficult due to abstract concepts that require effective visualization so that the delivery of material can run well and can increase student participation. This study aims to increase the learning motivation of grade III students at SD Negeri Sungguminas V through the implementation of Canva-based learning media. This research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which was carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were third grade students with a total of 32 students in the 2024/2025 school year. The results showed that the use of Canva-based learning media can significantly increase students' learning motivation. This shows that the pre-school learning motivation of students was 54.06%, while in cycle 1 there was an increase of 61.97% and in cycle 3 it was 60.72%. There is a significant increase from each cycle. This can be seen from the increase in students' activities in participating in learning, the positive response of students to the use of Canva-based learning media, and the increase in students' learning motivation. The conclusion of this study is that Canva-based learning media can be an effective and efficient alternative or solution to increase students' learning motivation, especially in IPAS subjects.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low literacy of third grade students at SDN Sungguminasa V. This is evidenced by the observation results. This is evidenced by the results of observations; The purpose of this research is to describe the application of reading corner media through the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in improving the literacy comprehension skills of grade III students at SDN Sungguminasa V. The type of research is classroom action (PTK). The subjects of this study were third grade students consisting of 32 students, 15 male students and 17 female students.  This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection and consists of 2 meetings. The results of the application of reading corner media are carried out with several steps, so that it can improve the literacy comprehension of third grade students of SDN Sungguminasa V. This shows that the literacy comprehension ability in cycle 1 has increased by 73% and in cycle 2 by 87.5%. This increase can be seen from the test results which show that the average student score increased after the reading corner media intervention. In addition, students also showed greater interest in reading about their reading. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the reading corner media through the School Literacy Movement (GLS) is an effective strategy to improve the literacy comprehension skills of Grade III students at SD Negeri Sungguminasa V.

Abstract

Program stimulasi deteksi intervensi dini tumbuh kembang (SDIDTK) merupakan program pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak secara komprehensif dan berkualitas. Indicator keberhasilan SDIDTK di kota Bengkulu masih 70,07% belum mencukupi pencapaian indikator keberhasilan yang diterapkan kementrian kesehatan Indonesia yaitu 90% dari total populasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya pelaksanaan SDIDTK di puskesmas kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Informan kepala puskesmas, bikor, dan bidan pemegang program sdidtk di puskesmas penurunan, puskesmas anggut atas, puskesmas lingkar barat. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan jumlah tenaga kesehatan di 1 puskesmas kurang, pemegang program SDIDTK di 2 Puskesmas belum mendapatkan pelatihan, pada ditahun 2020 2 puskesmas tidak menjalankan posyandu dan SDIDTK dikarenakan covid-19. Ketersedian sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup bagus hanya saja belum digunakan secara optimal oleh tenaga kesehatan. Dana sudah ada anggaran dari BOK hanya untuk transportasi tenaga kesehatan saat turun kelapangan. Diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada petugas kesehatan terutama bidan untuk mendapatkan pelatihan khususnya dalam pelaksanaan SDIDTK

Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi pada tahun 2021 cakupan ibu hamil KEK sebanyak 592 (Dinkes Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, 2022). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Penyengat Olak pada tahun 2021 jumlah ibu hamil yang menagami KEK sebanyak 14 penderita, kejadian ini meningkat pada tahun 2022 ibu hamil KEK sebanyak 35 penderita.  Salah satu faktor penyebab tidak lansung yaitu ibu hamil pernah mengalami cacingan, Penyakit cacingan merupakan penyakit cacing usus yang ditularkan melalui tanah atau sering disebut “Soil Transmitted Helminthes” (STH). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crossectional bertujuan melihat hubungan cacingan dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil, penelitian ini dilakukan di puskesmas Penyengat Olak pada bulan Februari 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah adalah seluruh ibu hamil  pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 38 ibu hamil. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pengisian pengukuran LILA dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini secara Univariat dan Bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 38 responden tidak ada responden yang mengalami cacingan pada ibu hamil dan mengalami KEK sebanyak 9 (23.7%) responden dan tidak KEK sebanyak 29 (76.3%) responden. Hasil uji statistic Tidak ada Hubungan cacingan dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil di puskesmas Penyengat Olak Tahun 2024. Ibu hamil diharapkan untuk terus dapat menerapkan tindakan pencegahan infeksi cacingan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari sehingga ibu dan calon bayi dalam kandungan tetap sehat. Puskesmas khususnya di bagian Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) agar dapat meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan pada ibu hamil terkait infeksi cacingan. Petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi dan informasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terkait faktor risiko infeksi cacingan.

Abstract

Abstract Background : Diarrhea with dehydration in toddlers remains a major cause of child morbidity and mortality. This may be due to parents' inadequate implementation of early rehydration principles at home, leading to dehydration by the time they are brought to the health care facility. It may also be due to the child's physical condition during diarrhea, which is not optimal for nutritional support. Objective : This study aimed to determine factors associated with dehydration levels in toddlers with diarrhea. Method : This study used a descriptive analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The study site was Ruang Perawatan Anak of Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. The sample was toddlers with diarrhea treated there. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data were obtained from surveys, interviews, and direct observation upon patient arrival, as well as primary data from the Pediatric Ward of Labuang Baji Hospital. Hypotheses were tested using the Chi-square test with a p-value <0.05. Results : The results obtained during the study were a sample size of 32 respondents. The Fisher test analysis revealed a relationship between parental knowledge and dehydration levels with a p-value of <0.001 (<0.05), and a relationship between nutritional status and dehydration levels with a p-value of <0.001 (<0.05).

Abstract

Diare tetap menjadi tantangan medis signifikan yang memicu angka kesakitan dan kematian pada balita di Indonesia. Komplikasi serius berupa dehidrasi sering kali dipicu oleh keterbatasan pemahaman orang tua serta kondisi fisik balita itu sendiri. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan karakteristik balita penderita diare melalui parameter tingkat pengetahuan orang tua, status gizi, dan derajat dehidrasi di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah balita yang dirawat inap di RSUD Labuang Baji. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk memberikan gambaran frekuensi pada tiap variabel. Hasil: Temuan riset menunjukkan mayoritas wali pasien memiliki pengetahuan yang tergolong rendah (59,4%). Di sisi lain, 71,9% balita memiliki status gizi yang baik, dan 68,8% pasien masuk dalam kategori dehidrasi ringan hingga sedang. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar kasus diare pada balita di lokasi penelitian terjadi pada anak dengan gizi yang memadai namun disertai rendahnya pemahaman orang tua mengenai penanganan diare, dengan kondisi klinis dominan pada tingkat dehidrasi non-berat.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in Citizenship Education about My School Rules. This study applies learning videos with the research subjects are the students of class III.A in SD Negeri V Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency in the first semester of the 2024/2025 and total of students are 32 students consisting of 15 male students and 17 female students. The instrument used is the Form test of the ability to understand concepts at the end of the cycle. The results of pre-cycle learning with KKTP 70 obtained an average class score of 67.5 with a percentage of learning completeness reaching 71.87%. In cycle I, the average class score increased from 67.5 to 71.6 with a percentage of learning completeness of 78.13%. In cycle II, the average class value increased to 83.12 with a learning completion percentage reaching 93.75%. From the observation data from the pre-cycle to the cycle II stage, there was an increase in student learning completion of 21.88%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that teaching and learning activities using video learning media can improve student learning outcomes. Its because video of learning presented sound and picture so the students can improve their comprehension and meaningful understanding about the concept which will be teaching.
