Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Workload (X1) and Work Stress (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at CV Nusantara Cipta Pratama, Tangerang City. Data were collected using a questionnaire involving 30 employees at the head office of CV Nusantara Cipta Pratama. The results of the analysis using IBM SPSS V.26 software showed that Workload (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a t-count of 10.428> t-table 2.052 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. On the other hand, Work Stress (X2) did not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) where the t-count value was -1.295> 2.052 and a significance level of 0.206> 0.05. Simultaneously, the results of the F Test show that Workload (X1) and Job Stress (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) where the f-value is 55.862> f-table 3.354 and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05. This study concludes that Workload and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance at CV Nusantara Cipta Pratama, Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Central Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency, the purpose of this research is to find out training and compensation for career development. The research method uses software, namely SPSS Version 20 with a population and sample of 45 employees of the Central Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency. The data used were primary data by distributing a questionnaire through google form to the respondents and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the research for the training variable had  a partial significant effect on career development with a tcal value of 4,567 > 1,681 and a significant of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, the compensation variable had a partial significant effect on career development with a value of tcount 2,962 > 1,681 and significant of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, while the variables of training and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on career development with a value of fcal value of 23,516 > from ftable 3.21 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results  of the R-Square (R2) determination coefficient test, it is known that 52.8% of the bound variables, namely career development, can be influenced by independent variables, namely training and compensation. While the remaining 47.2% were influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation on work productivity at CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS Version 22 program with a population of 41 employees of CV. Buana Jaya Sentosa. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form to respondents and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, f-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2) partially or simultaneously. From the research results for the variable of cooperation ability, partial significance on work productivity with a calculated t value of 3.044> ttable 2.024 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, the work motivation variable has a partial significant effect on work productivity with a calculated t value of 2.194> ttable 1.648 and significant of 0.000 <0.05, then the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, while the variables of cooperation ability and work motivation have a simultaneous significant effect on work productivity with a calculated f value of 14.899> ftable 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work engagement and job stress on job turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Turnover intentions are a conscious and deliberate willingness to leave the organization, where this phenomenon is interesting to study because the increasing number of turnovers in the company will be detrimental. The influencing factors include Work Engagement, Stress and job satisfaction. This study used 100 selected respondents, namely partners or Gojek drivers around DKI Jakarta. The analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that Work Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Stress did not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions. Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions, Work Stress does not significantly affect Turnover Intentions, Job satisfaction mediates with a significant variable work engagement on turnover intentions.

Abstract

The marketplace application is a new technology. The presence of perceptions in the acceptance of a new technology has a great influence on a person's interest in using or not using the new technology. The success or failure of the acceptance of online shopping applications by consumers can be predicted through correlational relationships and cause-and-effect relationships, which are influenced by perceptions of ease of use and user trust in the application. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the perception of ease of use and trust in the application has on buying interest using a marketplace application. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to users of the marketplace application. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 23.00. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on buying interest, there was a significant positive effect of trust on buying interest, there was a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and trust together on buying interest.
