Abstract

This study aims to find out and try to analyze how much the Influence of Job Enrichment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 75 people with a population and a sample of PT. Semen Padang. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 analysis tool. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence between Job Enrichment and Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between organizational communication and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of communication and teamwork on employee work effectiveness through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UPTD RSUD Sungai Dareh. This research is a structural equation modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample for this study were employees of UPTD RSUD Sungai Dareh. The research results found that there was a significant influence between communication and job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between teamwork and job satisfaction. There is no significant influence between communication on employee work effectiveness. There is a significant influence between teamwork on employee work effectiveness. There is a significant influence between job satisfaction and employee work effectiveness. Job satisfaction is able to mediate communication on employee work effectiveness. Job satisfaction is able to mediate teamwork on employee work effectiveness.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi masa kini yang semakin dinamis menuntut sumber daya manusia (SDM) muda untuk memiliki kompetensi kewirausahaan yang memadai agar dapat berperan aktif dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan di kalangan generasi muda, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan kompetensi yang efektif. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM muda melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kewirausahaan yang terstruktur dan aplikatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, workshop, dan praktik langsung yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif sehingga mampu mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta keterampilan bisnis. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam merancang usaha, mengelola bisnis, serta memanfaatkan peluang ekonomi yang ada. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi strategis dalam menyiapkan SDM muda yang kompeten dan adaptif dalam menghadapi perkembangan ekonomi masa kini.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of organizational culture and school leadership on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at SMA N 2 Pasaman Barat. The research employed a quantitative approach, with the entire population consisting of 46 teachers serving as respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, including assessments of both the outer and inner models, as well as hypothesis testing. Data processing was conducted with the SmartPLS 3 software package to ensure accuracy and reliability in statistical analysis. The findings reveal that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation, indicating that a supportive and constructive organizational environment fosters higher levels of teacher motivation. Similarly, school leadership demonstrates a substantial impact on work motivation, emphasizing the importance of principals in inspiring and guiding teachers to remain engaged in their professional roles. Furthermore, the analysis shows that organizational culture significantly affects teacher performance, suggesting that strong cultural values and shared norms within the school enhance overall effectiveness in teaching. In contrast, the results indicate that school leadership does not have a direct significant effect on teacher performance, highlighting that leadership influence may be indirect, primarily channeled through motivational factors. Additionally, work motivation itself is found not to exert a substantial effect on teacher performance, suggesting that motivation alone may be insufficient without being supported by other organizational and contextual factors. When tested as an intervening variable, work motivation does not significantly mediate the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance, nor between school leadership and teacher performance. Overall, the study contributes to the understanding of how organizational culture and leadership interact with teacher motivation and performance, with implications for educational management strategies aimed at enhancing teacher outcomes in secondary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Ketersedian Produk Dan Kecepatan Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Mie Gacoan Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dengan Mengunakan Data Primer Yang Diperoleh Dengan Menyebarkan Kuesioner Kepada 100 Mahasiswa UPI YPTK Jurusan Manajemen Sebagai Responden. Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kuantitatif Dengan Pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Analisis Menunjukkan Bahwa (1) Ketersedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (2) Kecepatan Layanan Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (3) Ketersedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (4) Kecepatan Layanan Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (5) Kepuasan Konsumen Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. (6) Keteresedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen. (7) Kecepatan Layanan Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen.
