Abstract

The principle of social proof is one of the most powerful cognitive heuristics in decision making. This phenomenon is particularly relevant in the context of financial decision making, especially when individuals face uncertainty or complexity in financial product information. The purpose of this study is to describe the most dominant forms of social proof in encouraging the use of Islamic microfinance institutions in rural communities that are steeped in social and religious values. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences and perceptions of rural communities regarding social proof in their decision-making to become customers of Islamic microfinance institutions. The results of the study show that the role of religious leaders, the community, the community's experience interacting with Islamic financial institutions, the participation of microfinance institutions in the community, and the support of village officials and apparatus are able to motivate and convince the rural community to make decisions in transactions with Islamic microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren have an important position and role in contributing to the protection and management of the environment and internal and external communities, Pondok pesantren as Islamic educational institutions hold control in creating community order and relationships about understanding, living and practicing Islamic guidance with an emphasis on the importance of morals based on Islamic rules in guiding activities. Student entrepreneurship through community work training centres is a person's willingness and ability to face various risks by taking the initiative to create and do new things for students to contribute benefits through the use of community work training centres. The important points are 1).the role of pondok pesantren in student entrepreneurship; 2).building student entrepreneurship through community work training centres. The research methodology used uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis, Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon supports the entrepreneurship of students and the cottage community by creating the Al Burhany Community Work Training Centre supported by instructors who have certified competencies, with the community work training centre there is a synergy between the students and the cottage environment community who are craftsmen as well as entrepreneurs in the field of fashion. With the existence of this community work training centre, it can further develop the motivation and desire to have expertise which is expected to be a provision to be able to contribute to the benefits of both the santri themselves and the santri environmental community. So that the Al Burhany Community Work Training Centre of Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon is able to provide added value for stakeholders to be able to play an active role in developing, empowering and improving the economy. Keywords : Pondok Pesantren, Entrepreneurship, Work Training Centre AbstrakPondok pesantren mempunyai posisi dan peran penting berkontribusi dalam perlindingan dan pengelolaan lingkungan serta komunitas internal maupun eksternal, pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memegang kendali dalam menciptakan tatanan dan hubungan masyarakat tentang memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan tuntunan Islam dengan penekanan pentingnya moral berbasiskan kaidah Islam dalam tuntunan beraktivitas. Kewirausahan santri melalui balai latiahan kerja komunitas merupakan kemauan dan kemampuan seseorang dalam menghadapi berbagai risiko dengan mengambil inisiatif guna menciptakan dan melakukan hal-hal baru bagi santri untuk berkontribusi manfaat melalui pemanfaat balai latihan kerja komunitas. Point penting yaitu 1).peran pondok pesantren dalam kewirausahan santri; 2).membangun kewirausahan santri melalui balai latihan kerja komunitas. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kualitatif deskriftif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon- Cirebon mendukung kewirausahaan santri dan komunitas pondok dengan menciptakan Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al Burhany dengan didukung para instruktur yang mempunyai kompetensi yang bersertifikasi, dengan adanya balai latihan kerja komunitas terdapat sinergis antara para santri dan komunitas lingkungan pondok yang merupakan pengrajin sekaligus pengusaha dibidang tata busana. Dengan adanya balai latihan kerja komunitas ini dapat menumbuhkembangkan lagi motivasi dan keinginan untuk mempunyai keahlian yang diharapkan menjadi bekal guna mampu berkontribusi manfaat baik santri sendiri maupun dari komunitas lingkungan santri. Sehingga adanya Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al Burhany Pondok Pesantren Assalafiyyah Bode Plumbon-Cirebon mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi stakeholder untuk dapat berperan aktif dalam pengembangan, pemberdayaan dan peningkatan ekonomi. . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategyimplemented by the HAZZA COLECTION ONLINE STORE in an effort advanced business development. As well as to know the strategy online marketing HAZZA COLECTION ONLINE STOREin review Islamic perspective. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the technique data collection in the form of in-depth interview guidelines and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation data and drawing conclusions. From the research results it can be concluded that The online marketing strategy used is concentrated marketing with marketing models through e-commerce and marketing using social media. The marketing strategy undertaken is to cooperate with Lazada to help offset promotional costs Review of Islamic business in online marketing that is done is good enough and in accordance with the characteristics of Shari'ah marketing. Principle and characteristics of sharia marketing strategies include: Theistic (Rabbaniyah), Ethical (Akhlakiyah), Realistic (Al-Waqiyyah), and Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah).Keywords : Online Marketing Strategy, Business Development Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh TOKO ONLINE HAZZA COLECTION dalam upaya pengembangan usaha yang lebih maju. Serta untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran online TOKO ONLINE HAZZA COLECTIONdalam tinjauan perspektif islam. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara yang mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran online yang digunakan adalan concentrated marketing dengan model pemasaran melalui e-commerce dan pemasaran menggunakan sosial media. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah dengan bekerjasama dengan Lazada untuk membantu meringankan biaya promosi Tinjauan bisnis islam dalam pemasaran secara online yang dilakukan sudah cukup baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik pemasaran syari?ah. Abstract

This study aims to determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest in shredded catfish products at Winny Shredded Fish Sukapura-Cirebon. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive study. Qualitative research is research that describes current events, and describes these images, systematically and relates to the phenomenon being studied. This method seeks to present data and facts about the analysis of strategies to increase consumer buying interest in shredded catfish products at Winny Shredded Fish Sukapura-Cirebon by way of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and triangulation. The subjects studied were owners, marketing, and consumers of Winny Shredded Fish. Based on the results of the research, the sharia marketing strategy in increasing consumer interest in buying shredded catfish products at Winny Shredded Fish Sukapura-Cirebon applies a word of mouth system with door to door and online marketing with a 4p marketing strategy. The sharia marketing strategy in increasing consumer buying interest for shredded catfish products at Winny Shredded Fish Sukapura-Cirebon has been quite good by applying the characteristics of sharia marketing, it has been proven that it already has many customers and agents as well as resellers in the Cirebon area and outside the city of Cirebon.Keywords : Marketing, Interest, Shrdded and Catfish Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran syariah dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen produk abon ikan lele di Winny Abon Ikan Sukapura-Cirebon. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menggambarkan peristiwa masa sekarang, dan mendeskripsikan gambaran tersebut, secara sistematis dan berhubungan dengan fenomena yang diteliti. Metode ini berusaha menyajikan data dan fakta-fakta tentang analisis strategi meningkatkan minat beli konsumen produk abon ikan lele di Winny Abon Ikan Sukapura-Cirebon dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu owner, pemasaran, dan konsumen Winny Abon Ikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi pemasaran syariah dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen produk abon ikan lele di Winny Abon Ikan Sukapura-Cirebon ini menerapkan sistem word of mounth dengan dor to dor dan pemasaran lewat online dengan strategi pemasaran 4p. Strategi pemasaran syariah dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen produk abon ikan lele di Winny Abon Ikan Sukapura-Cirebon sudah cukup baik dengan menerapkan karakteristik marketing syariah terbukti sudah memiliki banyak pelanggan dan agen-agen juga reseller di wilayah Cirebon dan diluar kota Cirebon. Abstract

Accessibility of financial services is access to financial services in a timely manner, and the adequacy of financing required by economically weaker, low-income groups at an affordable cost. The ability to face various risks with the initiative to create and do new things through the utilisation of resources with the aim of obtaining profits as a consequence. Women no longer only play the role of housewives but have been actively involved in various fields of life, whether social, economic or political. The discussion focuses on the accessibility of Islamic microfinance with entrepreneurship through empowering women as household managers and economic activity capabilities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method and data validity is based on triangulation technique. The existence of financing institutions that focus on empowering women microfinance, which has been difficult for entrepreneurs in villages to access capital needs. Through various business assistance activities carried out by sharia-based microfinance institutions, it is very helpful for the growth and development of women microbusiness entrepreneurs through women's empowerment, because the presence of sharia-based microfinance institutions supported by strong capital from the government is very helpful in efforts to achieve the special benefits of empowering women as drivers of economic independence by becoming self-employed women. Keywords: Islamic Microfinance Accessibility, Entrepreneurship, Women's Empowerment Abstrak Aksesibilitas jasa keuangan merupakan akses pada jasa keuangan secara tepat waktu, dan kecukupan pembiayaan yang diperlukan oleh kelompok yang lebih lemah secara ekonomi, berpendapatan rendah dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Kemampuan menghadapi berbagai risiko dengan inisiatif menciptakan dan melakukan hal-hal baru melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan sebagai konsekuensinya. Perempuan tidak lagi hanya berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga tetapi sudah aktif berperan di berbagai bidang kehidupan, baik sosial, ekonomi maupun politik. Pembahasan fokus pada aksesibilitas keuangan mikro syariah dengan kewirausahaan melalui pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai penata kelola rumah tangga dan kemampuan aktifitas ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan validitas data dilakukan berdasarkan teknik triangulasi. Keberadaan lembaga pembiayaan yang fokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pembiayaan mikro sangat berperan meningkatkan tingkat aksesibilitas keuangan mikro syariah yang selama ini wirausaha di desa-desa sulit untuk dapat mengakses kebutuhan permodalan. Melalui berbagai kegiatan usaha pendampingan yang dilakukan lembaga pembiayaan mikro yang berbasis syariah sangat membantu tumbuh kembangnya perempuan wirausaha usaha mikro melalui pemberdayaan perempuan, karena kehadiran lembaga pembiayaan mikro berbasis syariah yang didukung permodalan yang kuat dari pemerintah sangat membantu dalam upaya mencapai kemaslahatan khusus pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai penggerak kemandirian ekonomi dengan menjadi perempuan wirausaha mendiri.
