Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of remedial education in achieving completeness in Indonesian language education subjects, as well as to provide an overview and information on the use of remedial education on student learning difficulties in class XI SMAN 1 Bandar Baru Pidie Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.NThe key concern addressed in this study is how the improvement program in Indonesian language learning is implemented and influenced in class X1 of SMAN 1 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya Regency, for the academic year 2019/2020. This study employs a quantitative method based on the product-moment formula to answer this question. The acquired data will be triangulated, including questionnaire data triangulation, interviews, and documentation.The findings of this study show that (a) remedial learning occurs when the categories of student learning issues are identified. (b) as a subject that instructs and guides pupils in learning and comprehending Indonesian language instruction. (c) it is discovered that remedial learning has a considerable impact on learning issues following implementation. Based on experiments utilizing the product moment formula, it was discovered that the remedial program had a considerable influence on learning challenges in Indonesian language education, as indicated by the r count of 0.763 from the r table, both at the 1% level (0.361 percent).

Abstract

Ilmu Tarbiyah Al-Hilal College of Sigli is an institution of higher education and a center for strategic study of Islamic religious knowledge that requiring lecturers who have the ability and reliable performance. This study is aimed to determine the performance of lecturer at the Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli College of Sciences. This study uses a descriptive approach and qualitative methods with data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and interviews. Research subjects were College chairpersons, study program chairpersons, lecturers, administrative chairpersons, and students. Data analysis were performed by: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research shows that: 1) the performance of lecturers in conducting the learning process has followed the principles of learning, this is seen from the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning carried out by lecturers. 2) The motivation of lecturers in conducting the learning process is reflected in the willingness and awareness of lecturers in carrying out the tasks assigned to them.

Abstract

Several studies have shown that low spirituality in critical patients results in reduced expectations, strength and motivation to face the critical conditions they face. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spirituality level and motivation to recover in critical patients at Tgk Chik Hospital in Tiro Sigli. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 30 critical patients who were selected by accidental sampling. The variables in this study were spirituality as the independent variable and the dependent variable was the patient's motivation to recover. Data collection instruments in the study consisted of a demographic and characteristic data questionnaire, a Spirituality questionnaire and a patient recovery motivation questionnaire using the Acceptance Illness Scale (AIS). The relationship between spirituality and patient motivation to recover was analyzed using the Spearman Rank (Rho) test. The results showed that almost half (47.1%) of critical patients had moderate spirituality and low spirituality (29%); almost half (47.1%) experienced moderate and high motivation to recover (32.1%). There is a relationship between spirituality and motivation to heal patients (p = 0.002), where patients who have high spirituality have high motivation to recover.
