Abstract

Salah satu Sekolah Dasar yang menerapkan pendidikan inklusi di Kota Marabahan adalah SDN Ulu Benteng 4. Kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut untuk ABK dan anak regular di kelas inklusi masih dibuat sama oleh guru kelas. Di sekolah tersebut juga belum terdapat GPK yang mendampingi ABK di kelas inklusi dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga perlakuan guru kelas dalam membimbing peserta didik ABK masih bersifat klasikal dan belum tertuju penuh kepada peserta didik khususnya ABK, disinilah tugas dan peran guru kelas dalam membimbing dan mengajarkan pelajaran kepada ABK, sehingga terdapat kendala saat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran peserta didik anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di SDN Ulu Benteng 4 Marabahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru kelas VI, dan guru PJOK di SDN Ulu Benteng 4 Marabahan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi dari segi ABKnya yaitu peserta didik ABKnya masih lambat belajar dan kurang fokus dalam menerima pelajaran, dari segi GPK, tidak adanya guru pembimbing khusus yang ada di kelas, dari segi kemampuan guru, guru belum menguasai proses pembelajaran ABK, dari sarana prasarana, tidak tersedianya sarana prasarana yang menunjang pendidikan inklusi di SDN Ulu Benteng 4 Marabahan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar yang ada ABKnya yaitu dengan pendekatan individual, dengan memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman khusus untuk peserta didik ABK, menggunakan sarana dan prasarana yang ada, serta mengikutsertakan guru mengikuti pelatihan pembelajaran peserta didik ABK.

Abstract

The occurrence of differences of opinion is very likely to occur as a consequence of holding trials with the composition of the panel of judges. As happened in the employment dispute case at PTUN Bandar Lampung Number 7/G/2020/PTUN.BL. Where the plaintiff filed an objection regarding the object of the dispute which was decided when the plaintiff was still a Candidate for Civil Servants and did not have a certain position but only obeyed his superiors. The plaintiff received administrative sanctions for crimes that were considered disproportionate to the crimes committed by his superiors. Of the three judges who received and examined this case, there was one judge who had a dissenting opinion in deciding the case. Therefore, the researcher conducted an in-depth analysis of the differences in opinion of the judges. The result of this study is that if there is a difference of opinion between the judges in the PTUN decision on employment disputes, voting or the most votes are taken according to the principle in determining a decision if there is a dissenting opinion.

Abstract

This study examines the unilateral price-setting practices by toke (middlemen) on indebted palm oil farmers in Muara Sabak Timur District from an Islamic economic perspective. The findings reveal that price determination occurs without farmers’ consultation or mutual consent, leading to significantly lower prices for indebted farmers compared to debt-free counterparts. This practice exacerbates economic injustice and deepens farmers’ dependency on toke, who use debt as a covert mechanism of price control. The study identifies elements of gharar (uncertainty), zulm (oppression), and ikrah (coercion) in the pricing practices, which violate the Islamic principle of an-tarāḍin (mutual consent) in transactions. Recommendations include establishing Sharia-compliant cooperatives and microfinance institutions offering interest-free financing and transparent, fair pricing mechanisms. Additionally, the study proposes the implementation of hisbah supervision as a social control instrument to prevent exploitative practices. The research contributes to the agrarian economic literature by integrating maqāṣid shariah principles to promote social justice and economic empowerment for small-scale farmers, ultimately supporting sustainable development and equitable market systems

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning of speaking instruction using the role-play technique for eighth-grade students at SMPN 14 Sorong Regency. The research problem is focused on four aspects: the completeness and relevance of the components of the Lesson Plan (RPP), the clarity of the speaking skill indicators, the variety of role-play scenarios, and the assessment instruments used. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with the subjects being the Indonesian language teacher and lesson plan documents, as well as eighth-grade students as participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that the lesson plans for speaking instruction using role play at SMPN 14 Sorong Regency are administratively complete, but the speaking skill indicators remain general and lack measurability. The role-play scenarios are limited to certain themes and thus not fully contextual, while the assessment instruments tend to emphasize linguistic aspects and do not adequately address non-linguistic aspects such as expression and intonation. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of speaking instruction planning through role play needs improvement by formulating more specific indicators, designing more varied and contextually relevant scenarios, and developing more comprehensive assessment instruments. This research contributes the concept of a “Context-Based Role Play Lesson Planning Analysis Model,” which can serve as a reference for teachers in developing more effective speaking instruction plans.

Abstract

This research aims to improve fine motor skills in Kasih Ibu PAUD children. The subjects in this research were 15 class A students. Where the researcher made initial observations on the 15 students. The research procedure uses Classroom Action Research , the researcher collects data by observation and documentation. The results obtained from the first cycle test are 53%, including in the incomplete value category, while the second cycle test results are 80%, including in the complete value category. So it can be concluded that using the Puzzle playing method can improve children's fine motor skills very well.

Abstract

Children's fine motor skills in kindergarten. Santa Maria Regina has not developed optimally, especially in the activities of moving her fingers or the ability to grasp and hold objects. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in implementing finger painting activities to improve children's fine motor skills, because through finger painting activities children's fingers will move and rub against the coloring paint. The aim of this research is to improve fine motor skills through finger painting activities in kindergarten. Santa Maria Regina, Raja Ampat Regency. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out through 2 cycles, namely including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that finger painting activities can improve children's fine motor skills at Santa Maria Regina Kindergarten. This can be seen from the results of the second cycle assessment which shows that fine motor skills have reached the expected development criteria, namely BSH (Developing According to Expectations). This can also be seen during the finger painting process, children are able to coordinate their eyes and hands. This can be seen from the child being able to use his hands and fingers to paint well and the child's fingers seem flexible during painting activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif melalui Permainan Kartu Ulat Angka Pada Anak kelompok B Paud Nazareth. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini dalah siswa kelas B berjumlah 22 orang siswa. Dimana peneliti melakukan observasi awal terhadap 22 orang siswa tersebut. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapat dari tes siklus yakni anak dengan Kriteria berkembang sesuai Harapan (BSH) berjumlah 9 orang dengan nilai presentasi 69% termasuk dalam kategori nilai belum tuntas, sedangkan tes siklus II mendapatkan hasil yakni anak dengan kriteria Berkembang sangat Baik (BSB) berjumlah 22 orang dengan nilai presentase 85% termasuk dalam kategori nilai tuntas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan metode Kartu Ulat Angka Pada Anak Usia 5 – 6 Tahun dengan baik.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out whether using number trees as a medium can improve the cognitive abilities of class A children at Paud Nazareth, Raja Ampat Regency. The subjects of this research were the research teachers and students in class A of Nazareth Early Childhood Education, Raja Ampat Regency, totaling 9 children with an age range of 4-5 years. The standard value for a process indicator is said to be successful if the results achieved are at least 85%. In cycle I, activity obtained a percentage of 73.33%, then increased to 93.33% in cycle II. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis on students' learning outcomes in initial observations of children's cognitive abilities were 54.54%. After implementing the action, the research results showed that there was an increase in children's learning outcomes in cycle I by 72.73% and increased to 92.85% in cycle II. These results show that at the end of cycle II, there was an increase in children's learning outcomes of 92.85% in the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) category.

Abstract

early childhood education plays an important role in their growth and development. Development of moral and religious values such as the ability to behave, behave and act. In order to improve religious values and morals in early childhood, several methods are needed. The aim of this research is as an effort to advance the role of teachers in increasing moral religious values in class B children at PAUD Shekinah Waisai, Raja Ampat Regency. In this research the author used a qualitative research approach. Because based on the author's experience in the field in improving moral religious values in children at Shekinah PAUD, the participants play an active role in providing direct examples and this becomes a guide for early childhood children at Shekinah PAUD. Where this method can be used to understand and discover what is hidden behind phenomena which are sometimes something that is difficult to understand satisfactorily

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini adalah, Jenjang pendidikan dasar yang merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan bagi anak sejak lahir sampai dengan anak usia 6 tahun yang dilakukan melaui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut, yang diselenggarakan pada jalur Formal, Non formal dan Informal. Yang pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini lebih dituangkan melalui media bermain. Namun bukan berarti bahwa pembelajaran khususnya kemampuan mengenal huruf atau membaca diabaikan, tapi bagaimana menggunakan trik yang tepat untuk membuat siswa mudah mengenal huruf bahkan membaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah si peneliti ingin meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus Anak dengan menggunakan permainan ular tangga khususnya pada pada anak kelompok B di TK Penuai Waisai Raja Ampat. Dengan menggunakan metode Tindakan Kelas (Action classroom research) dengan jumlah siswa 13 anak (umur 5-6 tahun), yang mana awalnya hasil pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi terdapat peningkatan motroik kasar dan halus anak menggunakan media bermain ular tangga.
