Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of parents in dealing with the shift in human values ​​in modern society. The type of research in this study was used a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was used includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of the research on factors that influence the inculcation of humanist values ​​in modern society are activities outside the home, parents are too excessive in giving advice, parents also have different jobs and are too restrictive of children with rules. Efforts are made by parents in providing an understanding of human values ​​to their children, such as through example, advice, attention, affection, and discussion. The importance of the parents role was to know in instilling humanist values ​​in children is that children are not easily influenced, know how to act and behave, children are always cared for and believe by their parents.

Abstract

Relita in the field, many students sometimes cannot control the academic anxiety that is being felt, resulting in disharmony in the body and causing stress. This paper belongs to the type of library research, using a literary approach in the form of scientific journals, books, documents, notes, and so on with the aim of generating ideas. Data was collected by reading a number of references from journals, books, and previous results. As for the results of this study that: Music has many benefits, especially for mental health, According to Al Gazali there are 4 levels in listening to music including: lowest level, second level, third level up to the (highest) level While in reducing student academic stress levels there are several reasons which allows music to be used such as: demands that students feel are too heavy which they consider unable to live up to so that the emotions within students become chaotic.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the types of APE used by teachers in fostering children's PAI learning motivation, teacher preparation in implementing educational game tools to foster children's PAI learning motivation and finding out the obstacles faced by teachers in children's PAI learning at ANAK SOLEH IT Kindergarten. Type of qualitative research. The instruments used in this research were the researchers themselves and notebooks. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show the obstacles faced in implementing APE in children's PAI learning, such as the different concentrations of children, there are only 5 types of APE relating to children's PAI learners, APE is not sufficient, the majority of children like other types of games according to they are more interesting. And lack of order in APE management. There are five types of APE media used by teachers in children's PAI learning activities, namely hijaiyah letter puzzles, ablution movement puzzles, prayer movement puzzles, Muslim places of worship puzzles and prayer time displays. And the APE implementation process includes: appropriate APE, attracting motivation to practice how to play.

Abstract

This research aims to prepare teachers in implementing the Montsessori method in instilling PAI values ​​in children and knowing the successes of teachers in instilling PAI values ​​in children at RA Marzukiyah. Type of qualitative research. The instruments used in this research were the researchers themselves and notebooks. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in applying the Montsessori method in instilling the values ​​of Islamic religious education in children, there are 2 things that need to be paid attention to, namely preparation and delivery. delivery, communication skills, provoking questions and teaching aids to support the smooth learning process. and the teacher's success in instilling the values ​​of Islamic religious education in children using the Montsessori method in the form of changing attitudes and behavior for the better and children becoming independent.

Abstract

This article discusses the views of the Indonesian Ṣiddīqīyah Sufi order on Indonesian independence and national identity. This tarekat has offered a new perspective to the study of Sufism and its relationship with national politics in Indonesia. This article discusses how members of the Ṣiddīqīyah tarekat view Indonesian independence, the role of its founding fathers, and love for the motherland. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach focusing on Mircea Eliade’s sacred and profane theory, utilizing literature sources and interviews with several figures in the tarekat to collect the relevant data. The data analysis found that the Ṣiddīqīyah views national independence as related to the dimension of barakah and achieved through the efforts of the Walisongo. The tarekat is also aware of the importance of loving the motherland, which is one of its core teachings, as reflected in the phrase “Love for the motherland is part of the faith” decorating their communal buildings.

Abstract

Teknik pemodelan sebagai interpresi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan teknik pemodelan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak-anak di RA AL-Marzukiyah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai agama yang ditanamkan pada anak-anak di RA AL-Marzukiyah terkait rukun iman, rukun Islam, nama-nama indah, mengenal Tuhan, kisah 25 Nabi tata cara berwudhu, sholat dan membaca ayat pendek sholat sebelum dan sesudah makan, keluar masuk kamar mandi, tidur dan bangun, keluar masuk masjid sholat kedua orang tua dan kebaikan akhirat, sholat Khatamul Qur'an dan lain-lain, sedangkan untuk teknik pemodelan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama guru menggunakan tiga jenis teknik pemodelan yaitu teknik pemodelan langsung, simbolik dan ganda dan sedangkan proses penerapan teknik pemodelan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada anak dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor penghambat yaitu keterbatasan ruang, keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya pengawasan orang tua sedangkan untuk fakultas penunjang berupa guru di sana, rata-rata lulusan pondok dan memiliki gelar S1 serta memiliki kemampuan mengajar yang baik. Kata kunci: Teknik Pemodelan, Nilai-nilai Keagamaan, Anak-anak.

Abstract

PMM merupakan platform teknologi yang diberikan kepada guru dan pimpinan sekolah untuk mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah. Banyak guru yang hanya login ke PMM tanpa mengakses atau menjelajahi konten, sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pemanfaatan PMM untuk memaksimalkan peran PMM sesuai dengan tujuan peluncurannya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Mendeskripsikan evaluasi pemanfaatan PMM di SMA Negeri enam Surakarta;  Mendeskripsikan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi pemanfaatan PMM di SMA Negeri enam Surakarta. Model evaluasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Evaluasi Berorientasi pada Tujuan atau Goal Oriented Evaluation Model. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus atau Case Study. Data diambil dari informan yaitu guru yang merupakan tim komunitas belajar dan merupakan evaluator dalam kegiatan PMM. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu: Berdasarkan evaluasi pemanfaatan PMM diketahui hambatannya yaitu diperlukan waktu yang tidak singkat untuk mempelajari fitur di PMM, implementasi aksi nyata sulit dilaksanakan, proses validasi yang terlalu lama, akun belajar id yang tidak bisa diakses, aksi nyata yang tidak otentik, dan guru mengikuti webinar secara tidak terarah, Tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi pemanfaatan PMM yaitu pembentukan Tim Komunitas Belajar atau Tim Kombel dengan konsep Tutor Teman Sebaya, pelaksanaan kegiatan Jum’at Merdeka, kegiatan praktek baik, seminar dan webinar yang diselenggarakan melalui PMM berskala nasional.

Abstract

The Research, "Responsibility of Defamation Actors in Indonesian Positive Law Studies" aims to describe the arrangements for criminal acts of defamation in the Indonesian criminal law system as well as analyze criminal responsibility for perpetrators of defamation in the Indonesian criminal law system. This research is a normative legal research, which examines laws and regulations in a coherent legal system as well as unwritten legal values ??that live in society, which are related to the responsibility of perpetrators of defamation in the perspective of positive law in Indonesia. The results of the research can be presented in an outline: Arrangements for criminal acts of defamation in Indonesian criminal law are regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP), and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The Criminal Code regulates Article 310 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), as well as Article 311 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Whereas in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions regulated in Article 27 paragraph (3); Criminal responsibility for defamation in the Indonesian criminal law system is borne by anyone who intentionally attacks the reputation or reputation of a person, by accusing something with clear intentions so that it is publicly known (Article 310 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code), and is also borne by every a person who intentionally and without rights distributes and/or transmits and/or makes accessible Electronic Information and/or Electronic Documents that contain insults and/or defamation (Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions

Abstract

This study aims to explore parents’ perceptions of religious education and its impact on children’s psychology. The research employs a qualitative case-study design. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved interview transcription. The findings indicate that some parents perceive IRE as playing a highly significant role in life because it provides direction and guidance. However, several factors may influence the implementation of IRE for children, as expressed by parents, including educational background, economic conditions, environment, and peer associations. Furthermore, regarding the impact of IRE on children’s psychology, parents believe that religious education significantly affects not only individual life but also family life, neighbourhood relations, and civic life in general.
