Every humanitarian organization needs to raise funds and channel these funds. Distribution of funds from donors is often not in accordance with the programs that have been planned by social service agencies. This study aims to prioritize logistical assistance for flood disasters using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method as a supporting material that can be taken into consideration in making decisions about providing assistance on the crowdfunding platform which is used as an online fundraising medium, the AHP method is used as a supporting material for analyze the reference variables that are considered in making a decision to provide assistance. AHP analysis results recommend the order of potential beneficiaries from the highest priority to the lowest. In determining assisting decisions by sorting prospective recipients based on priority, the AHP method produces a consistency ratio value that is less than 0.1 so it can be concluded that the results of these decisions have consistent characteristics as supporting materials for decision making

The current generation of smartphones is increasingly sophisticated, equipped with several sensors such as accelerometer, gravity sensor, and gyroscope that can be used to recognize human activities such as going up stairs, going down stairs, running and walking. To get information, the data will be grouped using statistical methods. The performance of statistical methods has shortcomings in classifying data because of the procedures that must be met. To cover this shortcoming, the ensemble technique is used. In this paper, we propose to apply the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm to improve the performance of the logistic regression method in classifying such as climbing stairs, descending stairs, running and walking. The process of taking data using a smartphone by designing an Android-based .apk system. Then, the entire dataset was separated into training data and test data with a comparison percentage of 70:30. The results obtained show that the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm succeeded in increasing the logistic regression performance by 27.93%

Abstrak Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan instrument penting bagi penyelenggara pendidikan perguruan tinggi, Proses pelaporan seluruh aktifitas perguruan tinggi harus dilakukan pihak penyelenggara kepada DIKTI secara berkala pada tiap semester. Terimplementasinya SIAKAD pada lingkup Universitas Pancasakti Makassar sangat membantu dalam pengolahan data akademik yang komprehensif serta menjadi jaminan konsistensi dan validasi data, Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi serta sifat mobilitas pengguna mengakibatkan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis Mobile semakin tinggi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Aplikasi SIAKAD berbasis Adroid yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Feeder PDDIKTI. Aplikasi ini dibagun dengan beberapa fitur seperti verifikasi biodata mahasiswa, Informasi hasil studi (KHS), mengisi kartu rencana studi (KRS), melihat jadwal perkuliahan, melihat transkrip nilai dan media informasi berupa notifikasi dari pengelola perguruan tinggi kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi Restful web service menggunakan HTTP sebagai protocol komunikasi data dengan format JavaScript Object Notation (JSon) dan Pemrograman Java untuk Aplikasi Mobile. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi dapat terimplementasi dengan baik sehingga memudahkan para Mahasiswa dalam menjalani proses akademik dimana setiap proses pengisian data tetap terintegrasi dengan Feeder PDDIKTI secara real time.

Since being designated a global pandemic by the world health agency (WHO), the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak has become a scourge worldwide; various standard transmission control procedures have been set by WHO to break the chain of transmission.  Bone District Government through the Circular of the Regional Secretary No. 800/1919/VI/BKPSDM/2020 dated June 4, 2020, regarding the work system of State Civil Apparatus Employees (ASN) in the new standard order regulates employee attendance using manual attendance and not using fingerprint attendance machines, and this will undoubtedly affect the recording of the performance of each ASN where the attendance data is already connected to the e-performance application that is applied to the Bone district. The purpose of this research is to create an online attendance application based on Android Mobile to be an alternative way of being absent by using the data communication method using the Representational State Transfer (Rest) web service architecture and utilizing the HTTP protocol with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format and the Java programming language as a language. Mobile Application programming. Kebutuhan akan efisiensi dan fleksibilitas pada sistem pemerintahan sangat dibutuhkan di era teknologi dan informasi seperti sekarang ini, tidak terkecuali pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Bone yang mencatat seluruh berkas-berkas kepegawaian dimana seluruh sistem pemberkasan masih dilakukan secara manual yang memakan tempat dan biaya yang banyak untuk perawatn. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi digitalisasi arsip kepegawaian untuk proses percepatan pengurusan berkas kepegawaian baik dari segi kemudahan mengakses atau menyimpan berkas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk perancangan sistem yaitu dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, dan implementasi program. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh BPKSDM Kabupaten Bone saat ini dan mampu mempercepat proses pemberkasan sehingga efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan menjadi lebih baik. Target luaran wajib penelitian ini adalah Artikel Ilmiah yang dimuat pada Jurnal Teknik Informatika Terakreditasi Sinta 5 serta luaran tambahan buku ajar. Inventory control is an important thing that must be considered by every business actor, especially in the retail sector, too much inventory results in increased and inefficient sales time and can even result inlosses. the need to estimate demand and inventory Stock is very necessary to minimize over stock and also under stock to reduce the risk of loss, the ability of retail business actors to predict demand is certainly very helpful in carrying out good inventory management, utilization of transaction data in a certain amount using machine learning methods can be one approach to see consumer behavior trends. The purpose of this study is to analyze and performance testing the forecasting accuracy, using machine learning approach with the Naive method on sales data transaction in automotive companies and then compare the accuracy between the Stock Order Quantity approach methods used so far. The results of this study indicate forecasting accuracy with a forecasting error of 2% (MAPE), This research tries to analyze the time series data of the spare parts sales transaction, predict the future demand, The results of this study indicate forecasting accuracy with error of 2% (MAPE), This is expected to be an added value in inventory management.

Human Activity Recognition is a technology that introduces human body movement using an accelerometer, gyroscope, global positioning system, and camera. The early emergence of the support vector machine method was used to classify 2 classes, so development was needed to overcome multiclass problems and a large number of large-scale datasets resulted in suboptimal performance. The purpose of this paper is to apply the ensemble Support Vector Machine method in classifying the movement of walking, running, and climbing stairs based on accelerometer and gyroscope sensors on smartphones. And see the performance of the Ensemble Support Vector Machine method when using linear kernels and RBF. The results of the Support Vector Machine linear kernel accuracy of 79.66% and an increase of 88.01% after using the ensemble. Pelaksanaan pelatihan pengelolaan referensi dengan menggunakan Zotero bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pancasakti dalam hal keterampilan penggunaan perangkat lunak Zotero untuk pengelolaan referensi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu riset pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pancasakti dalam memahami pengelolaan referensi ketika penyelesaian tugas akhir, pemberian materi dan praktik tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak Zotero. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa pelatihan ini berdampak signifikan terhadap pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan referensi dengan rata -rata hasil post test peserta yaitu 95.2%.

Customer behavior analysis is crucial for companies, especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), to make strategic decisions. Through customer behavior analysis, patterns of customer behavior in purchasing a product or service can be identified. This provides insights into preferences and the right strategies to maintain or increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze customer behavior using the ensemble logistic regression method. Data was collected from the company's customer database over the last 5 years. Customer behavior is characterized by gender, age, and the preferred vehicle transmission type. The ensemble logistic regression method was implemented to improve model accuracy. The results show that the ensemble technique can enhance the accuracy of the Logistic Regression method. Model accuracy significantly increased with boosting, achieving an accuracy of 76%, while the model with bagging achieved an accuracy of 75%.

Industri perhotelan merupakan salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, maka oleh karena itu suatu hotel yang ingin bersaing ketat dengan hotel lainnya harus memiliki fasilitas, kemudahan, dan struktur manajemen yang lengkap. Namun menurut hasil wawancara dan observasi di Hotel Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla, mereka masih melakukan pengoperasian status kamar secara manual terutama operasional pembersihan kamar dengan informasi yang terdapat celah, sehingga dalam berkomunikasi pertukaran informasi selalu menggunakan WhatsApp. Penulis berinisiatif melakukan penelitian serta penerapan uji coba dengan membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman kepada bagian housekeeping, serta supervisor housekeeping dalam melakukan pemantauan room status untuk setiap kamar.Aplikasi ini berbasis web application juga untuk memantau keadaan room status. Aplikasi web ini juga memiliki beberapa fitur diantaranya adalah dapat mengubah status kamar ke dalam beberapa status sesuai keadaan status kamar secara aktual, diharapkan dapat mengubah status pada pukul 2 pagi dengan metode sesuai dengan operasional yang telah berjalan metode penelitian dengan metode waterfall, karena metode penelitian paling tepat digunakan dengan memanfaatkan observasi dan wawancara.
